The Bungalow was extremely comfy and homely The welcome goods above expectation. The number and species of birds that visited the seeder each was amazing, Mr Twigg (October 2017)
Pott Row was spacious, clean and everything we were looking for in holiday accommodation. We liked it so much - we have re-booked it for next year. :-) Ms Enever (June 2017)
Our third visit to Willow Sunrise with our family. We love the feel of the bungalow, it just flows. Plenty of space for the six of us. Five adults and a six year old. The garden is spacious and we were fortunate this year with the weather. Mr Ford (April 2017)
Home from home had everything you could need and more. Miss Mann from Woodbridge (October 2016)
It was a very lovely place to stay Mr Ball from Norwich (October 2016)
Willow Sunrise exceeded all our expectations, a home from home in lovely surroundings, with everything in place that you would expect and more! The day after our return we booked a return visit, you cannot get a better recommendation than that! Mrs Gentry from Hatfield (September 2016)
No Wifi and with poor O2 connection this was a real disadvantage as I am a small business owner and it was very difficult/impossible to keep in touch. Mr Thorpe from Leeds (September 2016)
We booked over the telephone because of the fact that we needed to enquire about taking our dogs. The lady we spoke to was very helpful and the booking was taken without any problems. Fantastic bungalow, and the description on the website was very accurate. The Bungalow was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the owners are really friendly and helpful, we much appreciated the welcome gifts for us and our dogs. We both felt so at home there and were very sad to leave - we plan to book again for next year. The owners have thought of absolutely everything, so very much a home from home, plenty of space, and the garden was huge and just beautiful - dogs loved it! For us it was perfect - quite close to Sandringham and Old Hunstanton beach, both fabulous dog friendly places for long walks. Ms Burness from Birmingham (July 2016)
We have been to Willow Sunrise before and would definitely recommend it, clean, comfortable and well equipped, just about everything has been thought of. The owners should be commended for their thoughtfulness. We really enjoyed our stay. Mrs Gridley from Sudbury (July 2016)
As we were 4 ladies holidaying together, we found that the fact that there 3 toilets and 2 showers in this property, absolutely wonderful! It was a very cosy and comfortable bungalow with everything we could have wished for. The property was very well kitted out and lots of helpful little notes dotted around from the owner. Mrs Tyrrell from Hemel Hempstead (July 2016)
Willow Sunrise is a very comfortable and spacious bungalow. It is the ideal place for fairly short journeys to several lovely seaside beauty spots. It felt very much like 'home from home'. Mrs Kings from Norwich (June 2016)
We liked the amount of room we had against other holiday properties we have been too, the storage space was great in the bedrooms and the amount of bathrooms and toilets was an asset. We enjoyed Pott Row and have already booked again for next year. We loved to sit and watch the birds in the garden and hope they are still there next year. Mrs Lee from Ware (June 2016)
Well placed cottage, being a bungalow excellent for elderly folk, with mobility problems . Easy access to North Norfolk attractions, particularly Sandringham estate, handy for walking dogs. Good access to supermarkets Miss Littleford from Nottingham (May 2016)
Like a home from home. So well equipped and clean. Perfect for my elderly parents, so relaxing. Dog loved the spacious, secure garden. Our 3rd visit in 2 years - need I say more. Miss Lee from Hertford (October 2015)
Lovely bungalow. Had everything you could need. Beautiful secure garden for the dogs. A quiet village but easy to access King's Lynn and other coastal towns. Miss Mercer from Nottingham (September 2015)
Fantastic property, so comfortable and very well equipped, the owners have thought about everything. Beautiful garden, loved sitting in the conservatory watching the birds feeding in a morning. Even when the weather wasn't good we didn't mind staying in because there was so much to do. Mr Savage from Chesterfield (August 2015)
A spacious, welcoming cottage that felt like a home from home. Everything you need is included; we would definitely visit again. Mrs Phillips from Colchester (August 2015)
Fantastic accommodation, couldn't fault it. Would definitely return. Mrs Canvin from Scarborough (July 2015)
Fab property and fab weather. It was lovely to be able to take the dogs and was perfect for my elderly mum and dad. It was so relaxing and homely. Stayed Oct 2014, just spent a week in April 2015 and booked another visit for Oct 2015 - need I say more!? Miss Lee from Hertford (April 2015)
What a fabulous holiday property! Was perfect for elderly members of my family and the secure garden was lovely for the dogs to let off steam. A good base for visiting the area, very relaxing. Can't fault anything really and hope to return next year. Mr Warwick from Ware (October 2014)
A lovely spacious home, comfortable, very well equipped and clean. There was plenty of information supplied about the house with books, brochures and advice on places to go, see and eat. We were grateful to have a special welcome pack on our arrival. Our stay was very pleasant and we were sorry to leave at the end of the week. The only addition this house needs would be to have WIFI available. We would certainly recommend this property. Australi1234 (October 2014)
We found Willow Sunrise a very clean, comfortable & homely cottage. An ideal holiday base for the Kings Lynn area. Had a friendly welcome from owners on arrival who provided a very useful welcome pack. Loads of helpful info was provided, it basically had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay & owners had clearly gone out of their way to provide plenty of family extras like beach toys. The place had a homely feel which was nice to return to. We were sorry to leave! Mrs Cunningham from Chesterfield (September 2014)
A lovely spacious, comfortable house and garden. A good location to see West Norfolk. Mr Tunnicliffe from Heanor (August 2014)
The best equipped and well kept property we have ever rented. Mr Hinton (June 2014)
This was our third visit to Willow Sunrise, which really speaks for itself. We liked the comfort of the bungalow, the high standard of cleanliness, the fact that every need is catered for and the very useful information provided by the owners. In addition to this, the garden is excellent for our little dog as well as for ourselves on a sunny afternoon. The location of Pott Row suits us with it's proximity to everything we look for in a holiday. Finally the owners are very helpful and obliging and make you feel they have made every effort to make the holiday a really good one, which in our case it was - every time! Mrs Ashfield from Llandrindod Wells (May 2014)
We had a delightful time at Willow Sunrise, everything was provided, there was nothing to fault. The bird life was varied and given the opportunity would book this again. We will definitely recommend this to family members and friends. Mrs Hogarth from Hove (April 2014)

The accommodation layout was great, and spacious! Mr Marshall from Manchester (July 2013)
My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Willow Sunrise, it was comfortable and well situated. The owners Joy and Colin were very welcoming. It was also great that we could bring our dogs who I must say also enjoyed themselves. We certainly would have no hesitation in staying here again when holidaying in Norfolk. We can highly recommend Willow Sunrise. M.Griffiths (July 2013)
Very large bungalow, very large garden, very well equipped. Lovely area too. Mr Orr from Ryde (May 2013)

Ideal location to get to many interesting villages and craft centres. Superb enclosed garden for the dogs. Warm welcome from the owners on arrival to show us around the bungalow, which was very spacious and comfortable. Mrs England from Colchester (February 2012)
Pott Row is a very central position for exploring Norfolk. There are many great walking opportunities. Sandringham is a must if you like houses and the dog walking there is excellent. Willow Sunrise a very comfortable home-from-home. Mrs Hanbury from Newbury (October 2011)

Pott Row is a quiet little village but within easy travelling distance to many places of interest. Willow Sunrise is a charming bungalow with plenty of space and a lovely atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and helpful and are contactable if need be. I would certainly go again. A FlipKey verified reviewer (September 2011)
A lovely home-from-home to return to each night and eating evening meals in the garden! Mr Coad from Frodsham (August 2011)
This was our second visit to Willow Sunrise and we found it just as charming, comfortable and enjoyable as the first one. The bungalow is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a superb garden which is highly suitable for children and dogs. The owners, Mr and Mrs Barlow go to great lengths to make your holiday as happy as possible, providing not only a kind gift of fruit and milk on arrival for the humans but a nice little dog treat for the pooch, which I think is a lovely thought. The village of Pott Row is an extremely convenient location for going out and about and exploring the area, and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. There is a pub nearby where the food is excellent, and a chip shop, petrol station and store a couple of miles away at Gayton. I can thoroughly recommend booking this property, it is a happy place to be. I honestly can't think of anything we did not like about it. Many thanks indeed to Mr and Mrs Barlow for providing a super holiday venue. A FlipKey verified reviewer (August 2011)
This was our second visit to Willow Sunrise. It is a excellent property and we really enjoyed our visit. The property itself is very well equipped, furnished and very spacious. You are given an excellent welcome by the owners. Would definitely recommend to friends and definitely visit again. Mrs Hodkin from Sheffield (July 2011)
A lovely spacious and comfortable bungalow in a very peaceful village. We got a great welcome from the owners so it was three old-age-pensioners off to a flying start. We were out sightseeing every day and the place very quickly began to feel like home when we returned to rest and recover from our daily excursions. We would go to it again. Mr Fleming from Luton (June 2011)
A very large garden with also an ouside dining area. The conservatory was wonderful especially with all the bird feeders around it. It was very spacious and comfortable. We took my elderly mother and it was very good for her needs. Mrs Sharp from Doncaster (June 2011)
Willow Sunrise is an extremely comfortable 'home from home', and the property owners make every endeavour to ensure that visitors have a lovely stay there. We liked many things about the property, but for us, the main attractions were the spacious living accommodation, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness and the wonderful garden where our dog could play in complete safety. Mrs Ashfield from Llandrindod Wells (June 2011)
The bungalow was extremely comfortable and homely and we shall definitely go again if we go to the UK Mrs Clark from Salles (April 2011)
Large, spacious and very well equipped bungalow in a nice location. Safe large garden for children and dog. The owners provided a warm welcome on arrival and took the time to pass on the necessary information for our holiday. It was quite chilly the week we stayed, but the bungalow was very warm and cosy. A FlipKey verified reviewer (November 2010)
Iwill be going back to vacation as there was nothing to much trouble it was clean the owners very helpful nothing was to much for them it was the best hols we have been on A FlipKey verified reviewer (November 2010)
A great place to stay, best self catered accommodation we have stayed in, pet friendly with a huge garden, ideal base to tour from, loved it so much we have booked again for next year A FlipKey verified reviewer (November 2010)
We stay in lots of holiday cottages and most are nothing more than that. Willow Sunrise is the owners' home and it was a pleasure to borrow it for a week. It is very well equipped with plenty of room and a vast garden which our dogs really enjoyed. Norfolk in springtime is lovely and Pott Row is an ideal centre from which to explore. We enjoyed watching hares and lambs in the fields and an astonishing variety of birds on the coast. The pubs and cafes are welcoming and sell decent food at reasonable prices. We recommend visiting Langham Glass, Le Strange Barns at Old Hunstanton and the Ecotech Centre at Swaffham. There are country houses, castles, farm parks and great museums all within easy reach. If you want a longer but worthwhile trip, try the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire. We were very happy during our stay in Norfolk. It is a beatiful county and one we will be visiting again. A FlipKey verified reviewer (May 2010)
A lovely bungalow in a small village, with many nearby attractions. The owners came to greet us on arrival, everything we needed was there (except food). Spacious lounge with colour TV, ample crockery and cutlery in the kitchen, comfortable beds and a plethora of toilets! Enclosed gardens but we have no dog, bird table outside lounge window visited by a variety of birds. Sandringham, Stettisham, Hunstanton and Norfolk Lavender all within easy reach with other attractions too numerous to mention between them. We found one week was not enough to visit everywhere we wanted to go. A FlipKey verified reviewer (December 2009)
the decor might not be modern or to everyone's taste but it was all immaculately clean, tidy and had everything you could need in a home from home. Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were provided. more than enough room for all and the garden was fantastic. the owner's were lovely and were on call when we needed them. we had a wonderful holiday A FlipKey verified reviewer (December 2009)
