Lovely accommodation - very clean and comfortable and well placed for exploring the area. Made to feel very welcome. Mrs O#&39;Shea (September 2017)
Lovely cottage ideally located for North Norfolk attractions and very dog friendly Dr Reeves (July 2017)
It was a relaxing time away.as I have a dog it was so easy to walk her and I was so very relaxed with the booking Mr Tomkins (March 2017)
Only one request - a standard lamp or similar, for reading in the evenings - as the lighting is generally quite subdued. This is not a criticism! Could not fault the accommodation - everything had been thoughtfully arranged and provided. Mr West from Horsham (October 2016)
The Paddock was always warm as the heating was on for good period morning and evening. Very close to good Chinese take away and Fish & Chip shop. We're able to get in as soon as we arrived although we were about an hour early. Mr Elsden from Huntingdon (October 2016)
To be first met at the property by very friendly and welcoming owner. Property had everything from washing amenities to milk for a cup of tea, sugar and tea bags.Lovely renovation of the property and great heating option of log burner too! Location ideal for exploring the north Norfolk coast. (Also as I didn't want my dog going upstairs to find stairgates in the cupboard was a blessing) I would definitely stay here again Thank you to the owner for making it all part of a great Holiday A TripAdvisor Member (October 2016)
Beautiful accommodation in really quiet surroundings, perfect for a relaxing get away. It is 5 minutes from the main town and seafront, couldn't ask for a better holiday destination. This was a superb barn conversion which was modern, very spacious and spotless throughout; the perfect mix for a great holiday. Mr Garbett from Leeds (July 2016)
A beautiful barn conversion, very spacious and comfortable. Mrs Brooks from Ryhall Stamford (June 2016)
We had a lovely weekend. The property is very large and spacious with a nice social kitchen & dining area. Great for family and friends to get together. Mrs Lansdell from Bedford (April 2016)
Lovely cottage in a great area with lots to see and do. The sea is very close and you can be in Cromer in minutes. Several supermarkets close by. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. It is very comfortable and clean. There is loads of outside space too, the grounds are very nicely kept and the Paddock is large, would be great for kids to have a kick-about in. I would highly recommend this lovely house and congratulate the owners for getting everything so right. Mrs Wright from Leicester (October 2015)
The Paddocks really suited our family, it was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was also very suitable for our dog, secure garden and an area to exercise her. The location was also excellent. Miss Bayliss from Letchworth Garden City (September 2015)
The accommodation was very good. We have never stayed in a barn conversion before and we all thought it was decorated to a very high standard. Mrs Ratcliff from Spalding (August 2015)
It was very comfortable and quiet, the property was very light and roomy. It's location was central for lots of places to visit. Mr Nyman from Waterlooville (June 2015)
We loved the size, location and style of the barn. The beams looked lovely and the wood burner was a winner! The courtyard was a lovely sun-trap and there was everything you could possibly want; a real home from home. The field at the front was ideal for dogs to run around safely. The owner that showed us round when we arrived was very helpful and informative. Mrs Manderson from St. Ives (April 2015)
The cottage was lovely, decorated really nicely and very spacious. We all loved it and plan to return. Miss Duffett from Gillingham (March 2015)
A excellent home from home in a lovely quiet location. The enclosed garden for our dog and the paddock was a bonus. Convenience shops and a vets were just a few minutes walk away. House was kept warm by the heating at all times, the wood burner was nice but not really needed. Had the bonus of a shower room and two toilets downstairs! The kitchen was a lovely space to cook in and the dishwasher a bonus. The rear patio was a lovely sun trap early morning. Mr Stock from Lowestoft (February 2015)
Great location and standard of accommodation. The cottage was well equipped and lovely and clean. It was also very warm and cosy. Miss Walker from Nr Rugby (February 2015)
Lovely accommodation and little extras provided (wine, tea, biscuits). Would definitely visit again. Mr Wykes from Hinckley (February 2015)
The barn was ideally situated for walking into Cromer as my son had taken his puppy with us. We also had spoken to the owner to find out what pots/pans baking trays etc were availible as we were planning to cook come dine with me experinence on 3 nights as travelled with older children and we all enjoy cooking. the owner bought extra mixing bowls and was going to buy a yorkshire pudding tin for us. We took our own but one had been bought and placed in the property. The accomadation was ideal for family only downfall is no en-suite in 1 x upstairs room but it did not spoil our stay.. The kitchen was definatly home form home coudl not have asked for more. The gardens are very clean and tidy, so was property, a few cobwebs but to be expected in a barc conversion. Owner availble if we had any problems, which we didnt. Certainly would recommend and would be more than happy to go back. dawn h (January 2015)
The house was stunning and had everything we needed which made for a very enjoyable weekend away with family. Miss Granville-Smith from Sandy (November 2014)
This was a lovely barn conversion with everything that we needed. There are plenty of things to do and the weather was brilliant - a real plus. Mrs Morten from London (October 2014)
Overall the property and area was excellent and very quiet which with having a dog with us was what we were looking for as we were able to let him out of the door without worrying about him running off. The owners were very nice people and made us feel very welcome. We will certainly wish to return for another holiday there providing the cost does not increase very much as for a totally self catering rental we felt it was just right . Mr Giddings from Sandy (October 2014)
A really enjoyable stay. It was a beautiful property which was very well maintained. Finding extras that were not mentioned in write up like baby gate, trampoline in paddock, additional toilet (en-suite) and welcome pack were a lovely surprise. The owner was very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Mrs Hull from Canvey Island (August 2014)
We stayed in June 2013. What a great place clean comfortable and cental for getting to other sights. There were four of us plus a dog so easy as well secured for pets or children. It was so good we are going back this year 2014. A FlipKey verified reviewer (August 2014)
The owner welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around the accommodation. The Paddocks was a great area for the grandchildren to play and exercise our dog. The accommodation was comfortable with great facilities. Mr Clements from Stevenage (July 2014)
The owner met us at the house and was very friendly and welcoming. He showed us how to work everything and suggested some good places to visit. The house was brilliant and a good base for exploring the local area. Mr Lait from Louth (May 2014)
The warm welcome by the owner on arrival, and the complimentary wine and short bread. The Paddocks was very comfortable and spacious and close to the beach. Mrs Thatcher from Kidlington (April 2014)
Fabulous accommodation, really spacious. Particularly liked the enclosed paddock opposite the accommodation where the owner said we could exercise the dog and let the children play in. Real bonus. Mrs Plummer from Lincoln (April 2014)
Beautiful accommodation, would recommend. The owner was very helpful and it was nice to have a welcome pack when we arrived. We took my husbands elderly parents with us and so the downstairs en suite room was ideal for them. Mrs Delday from Halifax (March 2014)
Everything was fine, the owner met us when we arrived with a bottle of wine, container of milk and a packet of teabags. Gave us a short talk on the operating of equipment etc. and invited us to contact him if we had any problems. As we were departing he appeared and asked if we had enjoyed our stay which of course we had. Mr Davies from Llanelli (February 2014)
The owner was very welcoming. The cottage was excellently situated for visiting Norfolk. Everything in the cottage was very well maintained. Mrs Palmer from Market Rasen (October 2013)
We were given a friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival. Our family consisted of 5 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. The accommodation was spacious, well equipped and above all clean. All the beds were made ready for our arrival. We had to request some bedding for the toddler. Which was dealt with quickly and we were not made to feel we were asking above and beyond. The field opposite was an absolute bonus to walk the dogs and our grandson loved feeding the ducks. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend. We will be returning in the future. A FlipKey verified reviewer (October 2013)
Quiet area with a paddock available for children to play ball games. Owner extremely helpful. We had a good week! Mrs Fuhr from Brentwood (August 2013)
