Rubbish piled outside next Lodge old scrap etc Mr Flanagan (March 2019)
Upon enquiring we were told they knew nothing about it and these couldn’t be supplied until the following morning. Advisable to double check as we had an 8 month old baby. Linen/towels were a bit worn. Wifi intermittent. Mrs Jeffery (March 2019)
We LOVED, the lodge was beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, everything you would want. The hot tub was amazing. Staying here with friends was the perfect little holiday, and we are considering booking for next year, we really did love it! Mr Donohoe (November 2018)
We really enjoyed ourselves and the lodge was perfect. We really could not fault it in any way. The manager was most helpful and very pleasant. Would recommend the lodge to anyone. Booking was easy and communication from Sykes was very efficient. Mr Lucas (November 2018)
Parking spaces not as advertised there are two spaces but these serve 3 properties there is a car park though and we didn't struggle to park as it was quiet. Might be different in summer holidays. Hot tub was lovely but a bit too hot! Kitchen ill equipped to cook for 6 people the lodge holds. Only one small saucepan and two milk pans. Boiler backs onto main bedroom and droned all night until I turned down the thermostats that controlled the underfloor heating which was ok as it was warm. Great location for visiting the area. Whisby Nature park nearby is excellent just take bug repellant! Mrs Hill (May 2018)
Unfortunately for us we had a power cut on the site at 17.30pm everything went black literally! We lost all power, electricity, heating, hot water, lighting, WiFi (we paid for separately) hot tub heat everything went off, cooker went off the lot! We couldn't drive anywhere as we had a drink, we have 2 teenagers and ending up with snacks to eat as the tea wasn't cooked and power gone off. We contacted the relevant people, asking what was happening, eventually we were told nothing could be done until the morning as a replacement part was needed. We were plunged into darkness and left with nothing but a tiny torch from 17.30pm - 08.45am next day, the weather was freezing that week during February too, so we basically lost a night and everything in the lodge! Nobody's fault maybe, certainly not ours who paid for five nights expecting everything to be working. On returning home we have now been told the owners of the lodge are not willing to reimburse anything for our inconvenience of totally losing an evening and night with no use of all the facilities in the lodge, oh and having our coats on all night!! So yes lovely surroundings, lovely lodge when all's well but just be mindful if you have any problems don't expect any help or compensation from the owners of this lodge as they don't want to know. Mrs Whitfield (February 2018)
! Looking now to see if available for 2 visits next year !! Mr Richmond (December 2017)
We had a fantastic family weekend break, the lodge was superb like home from home and the extra fun of a hot tub. Nice location, quiet and peacefull site but close enough to Lincoln for a day visit. Pubs and places to eat within 3 minutes drive. Derek N (November 2017)

We stayed here over the Christmas period 2016, when we first arrived we were greeted with a Christmas hamper and bottle of champagne which was complimentary, the lodge was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very pleasant, we did have a problem with a TV but this was rectified immediately, the hottub was superb and crystal clean, we've already booked for next year. Keitht17 (January 2017)
From the moment we arrived we found our lodge very easily, instructions were given to access keys, inside the property was stunning, hot tub was ready too! This lodge really made mine and my partners weekend, we needed a nice weekend away somewhere we can just enjoy ourselves and relax and this was perfect for that! We will be recommending to everyone we meet, returning every few months for a weekend! Thank you to all the staff for making this such an amazing weekend for us both!
