The cottage is extremely well equipped, and the bed wonderfully comfortable. Mrs Santry (December 2018)
Cottage was well equipped and a little home from home for the week. Would recommend. Ms Hillier (December 2018)
Wood provided for the fire which was nice and cosy in the evenings. A lovely greetings card was left explaining the property and where everything was. The tea bags which were left for us were amazing, I'd love to know what they were, English Breakfast but with a taste of digestive biscuits....amazing! Mr Odam (November 2018)
Great dog walking area with local park, woods, Riverside walk and public footpaths galore. Owner lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of local information provided at cottage. Mrs Barrett (October 2018)
Welcoming muffin on our arrival, milk in fridge, tea and coffee. Cottage was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would definitely rebook this cottage, it's perfect Mrs Melville (October 2018)
The muffins and milk were most welcome. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located for visiting family and friends. Mrs Price (October 2018)
The cottage was brilliant with everything we needed ( except a hair dryer!). Hope, the Dog was most appreciative of the facilities including doggy bowls and a beautifully designed enclosed, safe garden. The owners were lovely and very welcoming. We enjoyed a visit to their amazing garden in aid of RHS charities. We plan to go back and explore more of Sussex and thoroughly recommend it to others. Ms Davidson (July 2018)
There is a nice garden to sit in after a busy day sightseeing. Plenty to do in the area. Chichester is especially nice and there are so many national trust properties it was difficult to decide which ti visit.. The instructions to the cottage need improving though. Ok if you have a sat nav but ours broke on the way. Fortunately we had printed a map of horsham before we went otherwise we wouldn't have found it. We would recommend this cottage and not hesitate to return. Mrs Parker (June 2018)
Good outdoor space for sitting out and plenty of parking. Personally we found the sofa and easy chair uncomfortable but good enough for a weeks stay. Twenty minute walk into Horsham which is a lovely town and plenty of places to visit locally. Would recommend this cottage. Mrs Driver (June 2018)
The directions were not correct when arriving, had to call owners for help. Also do not like travelling on a Friday. So will probably not book with you again Mrs Hooper (May 2018)
It was very light, clean, warm and comfortable. The cottage was extremely well equipped with lots of lovely touches-we felt instantly at home and had a most relaxing week there. Thank you to Terry and Peter for the delicious blueberry muffins, milk and tea and coffee to hand-so welcome after a long, rainy journey down! Would we book again? Absolutely! Mrs Deen (April 2018)
The bed in particular was fantastic. One little thought, it would make just a finishing touch to have a high backed settee to finalise that extra comfort while watching television, or reading etc Mr Bradbury (March 2018)
They were very welcoming but not intrusive, Mrs Wright (February 2018)
We much enjoyed our stay and were able to visit friends and family and NT houses in several areas of both Sussex and Surrey. (The town is well situated centrally in S England with good communications except during the rush hour!). Our hosts Peter and Terri could not have been more helpful even providing a 'starter pack" which included freshly baked muffins. We would not hesitate to make a repeat booking and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Thank you. Mr Copas (November 2017)
Much care had gone into presentation, decor and furnishings. There is so much to do and see in that area. Ideal for walking, cycling and sightseeing. We visited Horsham park, Warnham wetland ideal for Bird watching, Historic Arundel, Chichester, sea side town of Worthing and many beautiful villages. Prof Amini (November 2017)
