Overall this has been a fabulous week in a delightful setting just the right walking distance from Chester city centre. The love that has gone into preparing this cottage is plain to see and even the tortoises were in on it! Highly recommended. Mr Robinson (April 2019)

Not only is it outstanding in its decor and comfort, but has every conceivable amenity you could possibly need. There has been no expense spared in its furnishings, both inside and outside the cottage. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming, leaving as much information as possible about Chester and the surrounding area. I didn't expect this to be honest and when I say this,it's because it is extraordinary!The personal touch in every little thing that the cottage offers is truly amazing and you can see that the owner went above and beyond to make the guests at home! This is one of the best cottages we have stayed in I cannot recommend it enough, everything was just as it should be and it could be seen that thought was put in to the smallest detail. Stay for yourself you won’t regret it! Customer 9
The cottage is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. A welcome bottle of Fiz, with a decanter of sherry are great touches. Plus milk in the fridge and kitchen necessities ie salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea bags, coffee etc in the cupboard meant you didn't need to rush out to the supermarket asap, also washing up liquid, and hand washing soap, plus shower gel, infact all these little touches made you feel like you'd arrived at a 5star hotel Customer 10
