We are all now in our 60’s but still young at heart! ... Mr Smith (March 2019)

The two main public rooms, which were ideal for a family of 12, were decorated for Christmas and very cosy. Highly recommended. Gerald Weatherall Mr Weatherall (December 2018)
This lodge which sleeps 12 is just perfect for this type of large group event. The property is in a stunning rural location with long distance views across the fields to the North Wales coast and a lovely country pub serving great food about a mile down the road in Gwaenysgor. It is very well equipped and well managed by the owner, Carolyn, whose private living quarters adjoin the lodge. Carolyn went out of her way to make sure our holiday was comfortable and memorable. Although our stay was the last week in November the lodge had been decorated ready for Christmas and looked beautiful at night with all the fairy lights on and a log fire burning in the grate. Carolyn was discreetly attentive and responsive to all our needs and requests. I would have no hesitation recommending Bron y Bryn. It's a cracker! Customer 4
Bron y Bryn is a beautiful lodge Took bags of logs to use on fire however the lodge was so warm and cosy didn't need to use them Mine was a party of 12 we spent the 1st night in the games room doing competitions and the 2nd night in the lounge with all the comfy leather settees and 3rd night chilling out after two very late nights Carolyn the owner was superb' so friendly we left as though we had known her for years and we even got a lovely welcoming from Lilly the familys dog WILL DEFINATELY BE RETURNING Will definitely be returning next year Customer 5
Lovely house with glorious views, and every facility. We all had en suites which was great particularlly with young children. The games room with its football game and full size snooker table was a real hit with the 'lads' and Carolyn couldn't t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you we hope to come again ! This place is amazing with spectacular views. The 2 separate (although not separate) living areas were ideal and so spacious. Playing pool whilst overlooking Rhyl Bay was brilliant. It was decorated for Xmas too which also gave it an extra special experience and was beautifully done. We spent New Year here and watched all the fireworks going off along the coast. Carolynn the owner was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and was on hand next door should we have needed her but everything was great and we had no need to bother her. We would not hesitate staying her again. - Thank you to Carolynn Customer 7

9 of our family (aged 39 to 83) stayed here for a week over Christmas and we had a fabulous time. The place was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree, lights and garlands which made it feel very festive from the moment we arrived. There were even yummy mince pies waiting for us! OK, so the place is a little tired and does need some TLC and some of the bedrooms were a little chilly (just make sure all radiators are on full and the rooms will be fine by bedtime); however, this did not detract from what is a fabulous place for a group gathering, be that family or friends. Make no mistake, this place is HUGE!!! 6 double (some twin) bedrooms all en suite was a key factor to us picking this place initially and it certainly suited our group. The social areas of this lodge are what made our stay....the large fabulous living room with real fire, bar!! (yes a bar, that came in very handy over the festive period) which was connected to a very spacious conservatory with pool table, games, extra seating and fabulous views. It is worth returning just for these two rooms. It enabled us all to engage in some sort of activity without being separated and great fun was had by all. We did need to take our own towels and we took extra supplies of things like loo rolls, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tabs etc but, having stayed in many self-catering properties, this is not uncommon. It's all about being prepared! The place was recently sold and was taken over by Carolyn just before we arrived and she could not have been more helpful. She was always on hand whenever we had any questions and even popped round with some new wine glasses for Christmas Day. I have no doubt that she will be working hard to put her stamp on this place and give it a new lease of life. I would be happy to return in its current state so I cannot wait to return to see what Carolyn achieves. Good luck Carolyn, we will be back!! Customer 10
