well equipped, parking, great property we all had a very comfortable stay at 29 Egerton Street it was exactly what we wanted and all were very happy Mrs Jackson (April 2019)
Car parking space is secure and invaluable. Mr Wilkins (November 2018)
It had everything we needed and was very convenient for the city. We had a slight problem with the television, but the house keeper was very helpful and did her best to resolve the problem. All in all it was great ..Thank you Mrs Squires (October 2018)
Great location, 10 mins walk from centre of Chester. Only bugbear was the parking, permit only on the street and we had three cars ( only enough room on the drive for a large car), the Mill Hotel nearby would not allow parking. Would be great if a permit was available. Other than that, all good Mrs Clegg (September 2018)
Very spacious and in a very central position in the town. However, getting entry , then keys ,is rather a fiddle. Couldn't it be simpler ? Also another set of keys would be useful as a party of eight is not always together. Parking is really for only one car and parties of eight are obviously going to have more than one, so be prepared to drive around the local environment to find another ( not so easy with all the one way streets) Having said that, we really did like the house and loved Chester. Mrs Mountford (September 2018)
Lovely and clean and very well thought out. The close proximity to Chester was fabulous......as was the log burner in the front room! Overall the group were very impressed with this property and would definitely recommend Mrs Miller (September 2018)
The property is spread over three floors and feels very spacious. Unlike the previous visitors we had no issues with cleanliness on arrival, in fact we found it to be spotlessly clean. We felt that some little welcoming touches were missing - but we are sure these will be solved for future visitors. Mrs Mccafferty (August 2018)
It has everything you can possible need and more. The rooms are spectacular, everything was spotlessly clean, I really can't pick 1 thing wrong. The house is so close to the city of Chester but far enough that at night you don't hear anything. Pubs, shops, bus station and train station are all within walking distance. I cannot highly reccommend this accommodation any more. We hope to return next year. Miss Moug (July 2018)
Beautifully decorated and high quality. Location was ideal, so close to the city centre. Mr Evans (June 2018)
Loved the character of the house full of all the facilities you could require, just perfect. Owner was very helpful providing high chair and travel cot and furnishing us with relevant information prior to arrival. Location is superb close to city everything in walking distance, even bus station if you want to go further afield. The property was quiet at night which is ideal for families but great being a short stroll to centre, We will return and we will recommend, happy customers:) Customer 10
A bit of singing or a boot left outside is the order of the day, haha. The cottage is only a 10 minutes stroll by the canal to get right into the heart of the city, which is beautiful, and it's only a 5 minute stroll in the opposite direction from a cheap 24 hour car park, as well as having a safe space for 1 car. I think the instructions listed on the info for entering the house need a bit of work though as we found them very confusing. I would definitely book 29 Egerton St when visiting Chester again. Could not fault the location or the facilities of the accommodation, both of which were just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend and we were really happy with the service we received. Access to the property was smooth and completely explained in the email prior to our arrival. We were given everything we needs for a great stay. Thanks for a great weekend Customer 12
The shower broke on our first day though so 7 of us trying to use one shower!! Chester itself lovely, well worth a visit Customer 13
The owner was very flexible and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here and will be back one day! Customer 14
