Hire a hot tub - make your cottage holiday a hot tub holiday
I've often waxed lyrical about hot tub holidays. We've been on several lodge and cottage holidays where
a private outdoor hot tub is included. A hot tub can add that extra something to your holiday; after all not many of
us have the luxury of a hot tub at home. But when you get away for a few days it is really lovely to finish a day by taking
to the hot tub.
This is the hot tub we hired
As the hot tub holiday has become more popular, many holiday cottages and lodges come with a hot tub. However,
the majority of holiday cottages don't have a hot tub, which, if you're keen, can rule out that accommodation for your holiday.
You may have chosen the perfect spot for your holiday, found the perfect cottage, and found out that the cottage is available
for your holiday dates - and all at a price that's right. Only then do you realise that your cottage of choice doesn't
have a hot tub. I'm sure we've all been there. Never mind, you think, I'll search again.
Well, all is not lost. With the burgeoning appetite for hot tubs, you can now easily rent a hot tub for the duration of your holiday.
How fantastic is that? Of course you'll have to check with the owner that they are happy for you to hire a hot tub, and that there is an area outside for
your hot tub to be placed - but if the owner of the cottage is happy, you may well be able to have that hot tub holiday.
We recently wanted a hot tub for a week, so set about hiring one. We are on the coast in Suffolk, so contacted East Coast Hot Tubs. Fortunately for us
they had a hot tub available, and booked us in. Gareth turned up at the appointed hour, and a later that evening our hot tub was up to temperature, and our hot tub holiday
could commence.
A cottage without a hot tub isn't necessarily a non-hot tub holiday
What I saying is, just because your holiday cottage doesn't have its own hot tub, doesn't mean that you have to forego a hot tub holiday. Gareth might not
be able to deliver you a hot tub all over the UK; but for those in Norfolk and Suffolk, it's well worth contacting East Coast Hot Tubs. And
for those taking a holiday in other parts of the UK, it's well worth searching to see whether there's another Gareth who can sort you out.
