May Cottage is a credit to its owners, we absolutely loved it..cosy, warm and very comfortable with excellent decor, furnishings and the garden is a true delight ...thank you for a great stay what more could we ask for...after many years of booking holiday cottages - this beats the lot. Sue Gosling (May 2018)
Beautiful cottage, enjoyed evenings sitting in the garden. Location perfect for us, we love the Norfolk coast and were able to explore some fabulous coastal routes around brancaster and deepdale. Angela Osborne (May 2018)
A lovely weekend - we were very pleased with May Cottage. Very nicely presented and cosy. Can imagine parking gets a bit tricky when busy but we were ok. Scones and jam were a lovely touch thank you. The weather was beautiful and we sat out in the garden which was an unexpected bonus. Ideally located with easy access for the coast - Holkham and Wells one way and Brancaster the other way. We had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to recommend and re-visit. Jane Alderson (March 2018)
We have had a lovely week. Weather has been very good and May Cottage is very comfortable. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby - RSPB Titchwell, Holkham Hall and beach, steam railway from Holt to Sheringham is lovely too. One item which would be handy is a tea cosy! We will recommend this area and cottage to friends and would like to visit again. Thank you. Sheila, Neale & Gillian Blackford (September 2017)
We have enjoyed our stay in your delightful cottage, the decor is lovely and the garden. Weather has been kind - we walk a lot, have only got damp a couple of times! Thank you for the scones and jam, kind thought. Kathy and Peter Foskett, Hertfordshire (September 2017)
We had a brilliant week at May cottage, helped by glorious weather. We are regular visitors to North Norfolk and found South Creake to be in a great position for exploring (by car). The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with plenty of room, especially upstairs. The garden was very pretty. We thought it excellent value for money. Caroline Bradley (September 2017)
What a delightful cottage - one of the nicest we've stayed in. Really comfy and homely and also well-equipped. We've enjoyed returning to our favourite places, Wells, Brancaster, Morston Quay for a seal trip and Cley. Have also found new things to do - Blickling Estate, CleySpy Art Cafe and bird walk, and Cley beach and nature reserve. We've been so lucky with the weather too. Thank you Tammy & Phil for opening up your home to those of us not able to have our own little piece of Norfolk ....yet! Caroline, Adrian and Benjamin & Bradley and Monty (September 2017)
May Cottage is a lovely cottage with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed staying in Norfolk and thank you for a lovely stay! Jenny, Chan, Amrick & Hannah (August 2017)
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage.. it's absolutely stunning. Walked the 'boys' every day at different beaches and ate at some great pubs - going home wishing we could stay for longer! Dan, Sylvia, Rolo & Bertie (July 2017)
Lovely cottage and location.Very comfortable. Also beautiful weather and a central location for beaches. Jennifer Palmer (June 2017)
May cottage was a perfect find. Traditional flint and stone with original features and with a glorious cottage garden in full bloom. The cottage was well equipped, comfortable and extremely cosy. South Creake is quiet and our walks with our dogs checking on the ducks and their babies was a nightly treat. The local pub is also the only local shop so you can get newspapers, milk, ice cream and takeaway fish and chips there. We shopped at North Creake, ate out in Brancaster and Burnham Market, and spent a lazy day at Holkham Beach. The week went far too quickly and we can't wait to return Nash Family (June 2017)
Our second stay in May Cottage and as before a very well presented property. It really was home from home complete with homemade scones and jam awaiting our arrival !! and masses of extras to make our stay extremly comfortable. Many thanks to the owners Tammy and Phil for all those extras. Blackman (May 2017)
perfect week in a perfect cottage. Weather kind and lovely food. Lovely walk and wonderful scenery. Norfolk never disappoints. 2 little boys (Charlie & Dylan) going home very happy. Sure to return to May Cottage again in the future. Richard & Lorna (February 2017)
Our third trip to North Norfolk this year with our two dogs. We have been lucky to find very comfortable accommodation but without a doubt this has been the best for both comfort, facilities and location - we hope to return. Weather great. the Duck at Stanhoe is outstanding but do book to avoid disappointment, even in Sept. Thank you. Penny & Paul Diamond (September 2016)
A lovely cottage with all the items in the house you would wish for ranging from a dishwasher to high quality beds! A very central location to get to all the top spots in north Norfolk. The owners are helpful and have some great tips for local restaurants , esp. Duck inn in Stanhoe and dabbling duck. All round a place to go to and certainly worth a revisit! Voskamp (July 2016)
