This is the second time we have stayed at April cottage, we love it. It's perfect for the dogs too. It's clean and comfy, a real home from home. We will be back in October. Anne Wilson (May 2018)
Delightful cottage and really enjoyed our day trips to Brancaster, Felbrigg and Pensthorpe. Local shop sells everything and kids loved the nearby playground. The Wheaters (April 2018)
Great cottage, had everything to assure our stay was comfortable and cosy. Brilliant location - so many wonderful walks and dogs. Alan and Helen (March 2018)
Wow, beautiful cottage, enjoyed fire and peace and quiet. Stunning village and pub. Thank you for a brilliant break, ready to face life's challenges again! Kim, Allison and Tracy (March 2018)
Third visit and as lovely as ever. Well-equipped and perfect location, thank you. Noel and Amanda (February 2018)
Wonderful couple of nights in a very spacious but cosy cottage. We stayed in this cottage as part of a larger group weekend with friends who live on Chapel Lane. It was a great space, lovely feel and very handy for the village amenities. The general location was great as we were not far from the beach and lovely walks. We didn't have time to do much else but will be back to visit our friends again so hopefully get to see what else there is to do in the area. Thank you. Sarah Grant (January 2018)
Just perfect - the cottage was ideally placed with walking from the door and a good food pub just two minutes walk away. Andrea Hing (January 2018)
We stay in this area for New Year often, we love it here. This is the best cottage so far we have had the pleasure to stay in. Lovely and clean, fantastic fire, a great kitchen with everything we need. Very comfortable. Diana, Nigel, Freddie, Charlie Brooks (January 2018)
Lovely winter break - April cottage is very warm and cosy with a delightful wood burner in the living room. The garden is great if you have a dog as it is fully enclosed, and there are numerous walks from the cottage itself. The village has a fantastic shop 10 yds from the front door, and the Gin Trap pub in the village is particularly dog friendly where we enjoyed a couple of good meals. We love the local Farm Shops and were spoilt for choice in the area. Tilly's Cafe in Burnham Market is another very dog friendly place if you fancy a bite to eat or just a coffee. We had a very relaxing week. Jacqui Furr (November 2017)
Lovely cottage, clean with everything you need. Great walks on the beach at Old Hunstanton and Wells - recommend the small cafe, beach cafe in Old Hunstanton, Eric's Fish and Chips OK but pricey. Really lovely part of the country, will definitely re-visit. Annie and James (November 2017)
A perfect holiday cottage Anne Wilson (October 2017)

Delightful cottage - clean and well equipped. Lovely walks with the dog. We enjoyed exploring the local area. We would definatley come back! Norma & Family (November 2016)
The cottage location is superb as it is a couple of miles away from the busier coast road yet allows you to use the quiet country lanes to access Brancaster, Holkham, Burham Market etc. The village is perfect as (100 yards away) it has a great pub, The Gin Trap', which serves great food and great beer. There is also a delightful village store (50 yards away) which deserves all the business you can give it! The cottage is delightful and all the rooms are a really good size. It was also a bonus having an additional shower room and loo downstairs. Hudson Family (September 2016)
Every bit as enjoyable as our week here in May! Complimants to the housekeeper - Cottage immaculate yet again! Jim & Judy (September 2016)

Lovely cottage, fantasic sunny garden. Thank you. Mark & Family (July 2016)
Great village to explore the beautiful countryside Ringstead has many great walks and is so near to the coast for relaxing by the sea. The cottage is well equipped and the decor inside really nice, the garden is pretty and ideal for having a few drinks our dog was completley safe outside. Great to have an a shop and pub only a few steps away. Kingley Family (July 2016)
The cottage was well equipped, the sunny garden was a bonus and the proximity of the pub, shop and local walks was handy. Parking space a little tight for an estate car. A freezer or fridge with freezer compartment would be a useful addition. Palethorpe Family (June 2016)
What a great cottage! Lots of home comforts, the beds are so comfy that I thought my teenage son would take root! The Gin Trap is a great asset too and is just up the road. I'd definitely recommend April cottage - a really lovely getaway. Backus-griffin Family (June 2016)

Just a little bt of heaven in the corner of Norfolk. April Cottage has got 100% wow factor, really lovely. Dot & Family (June 2016)
Beautiful little cottage - perfect for us. Really well appointed and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Thank you so much. It was a lovely stay. Harriet and family (June 2016)
Very clean & well-maintained corner property. Good-sized rooms. Comfortable, cosy & homely. Plenty of storage. All mod cons, including FreeSat TV & excellent BT wifi. Very well-equipped kitchen. Lovely bedrooms & bedding. Upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet immaculate. Access is from small, pleasant & secluded rear garden. Although it fronts on to the village main street, any traffic noise was never an issue. (Only one small negative comment would be that it's a larder fridge in the kitchen, whereas one with a freezer box would have been much handier for self-catering). However, this a lovely cottage in a nice peaceful little village. Will certainly book again. Burton Family (May 2016)
A wonderful stay in a delightful cottage! Cosy, comfortable and very homely. We will be back!! Jim & Judy (May 2016)
