Harrod : Proposed Wind Turbine in LowestoftLocal firm, Harrod UK, have submitted plans to build a 48 metre turbine next to their factory at Pinbush Road in Lowestoft.Sports equipment manufacturer, Harrod UK, plan to use the power produced by the wind turbine to run to their factory. The planning application is still awaiting planning approval from Waveney District Council, although it is hoped that permission will be granted for the wind turbine. Waveney District Council are keen to support renewable enrgy projects in the area. As more information becomes available, we will update this page. |
