We had an amazing time in this exquisite little villa, perfect for two people looking for privacy, romance, breathtaking views (especially at sunset) and within easy reach of all the amenities of the delightful town of sant agata. A teeny suggestion would be to have a more comfy sofa but in all honesty, we spent every minute outside, with so many areas to chose from we were completely spoiled. Would we book again? without hesitation! Nicholas from Oxford (01 September 2018)
Great villa, great location. Perfect James (18 August 2018)
Fabulous in every respect. Lovely gardens and very well cared for by the friendly but discreet owners. The pool isn't huge or particularly deep, but just right for the job. David from Walton-On-Thames (11 August 2018)
Very, very clean. Gorgeous outsides areas and gardens, stunning views. Villa was the perfect size for a family of 3 (2 year old) Mark (21 July 2018)
A lovely peacefully location , owners are delightful but discrete. A perfect villa to be able to wind down and relax. David from St Austell (14 July 2018)
Lovely setting with glorious views towards ischa. hire a small car. John (05 May 2018)
Case rosa is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The villa itself is big enough for two but very outdated inside. As it was october when we stayed, we had to retire indoors from 6.45pm and the only place to sit was on a very small, uncomfortable sofa. There is a lovely roof terrace but no lights on it so again no good after dark. The kitchen was ok but not well equipped ( a travel kettle rather than a proper one??) I guess ok in the summer as you could use the outdoor kitchen and bar b que etc. The garden is lovely and well tended. Unfortunately we were kept awake most nights by a barking dog from a nearby house. We had a great holiday but sadly I could not recommend the villa to friends. Wendy from Bridport (08 October 2017)
Fantastic villa with stunning views from the roof top terrace. William from Northumberland (16 September 2017)
Villa rosa is an amazing holiday venue. It is a renovated farm building and has been done absolutely beautifully. The outside space is incredible, beautifully landscaped and meticulously well kept. it has so many different areas to sit and relax. the owner, nando, has spend a lot of time and effort making the villa and the garden a delightful environment to spend the warm evenings. . the pool, whilst not large is plenty big enough for two people and is well maintained and well positioned overlooking the hillside and the sea in the distance. The sun sets in front of the villa in the evenings behind the island of ischia and to watch it from the sun terrace is the ideal way to end the day. S'ant agata is a pleasant little town with everything you need and sorrento and positano not far to travel to by car. . I would not hesitate to recommend villa rosa to any couple looking for a secluded, quiet and beautiful villa to spend some time unwinding. Nigel from Wilmington, Kent (20 August 2017)
Beautiful views across the bay. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday. Julie from Hornchurch (05 August 2017)
Case rosa was ther perfect location for an absolutely peaceful, relaxing holiday. the setting is beautiful with some spectacular views of the bay of naples. . the owners are attentive, attending to the garden and pool everyday without imposing on the private peaceful space. . such was the tranquility of the villa we rarely left preferring to take advantage of the gardens and pool. Getting up with the sunrise, sitting late into the evening watching the sunset over the island of ischia. Because we have visited the amalfi area a few times before, we did not feel the need to sightsee much, but if we had wanted to the villa is perfectly placed to visit all the many sights. . getting there from the airport is easy if you follow the directions. . the villa has a typical italian rustic charm, perfect for a summer holiday spent out doors, with outside cooking facilities under a large covered shady space. surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees it is an absolute joy to live there for two weeks, eating simple meals and in my case painting everyday. It is only 1km from sant'agata where there are shops, places to eat and supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery. perfect for easy self catering. Difficult to come home and take up the stress of everyday life. thank you. Julia from Cornwall (08 July 2017)
The location of the villas is superb - very peaceful but not too isolated. Local town is an easy walk away (although it's uphill on the way back!). a car is essential, and a small car is best, given the narrow lanes to the villa. The villa itself is also superb, with everything you could possibly need. The outside living space (pool, eating area, barbecue, terrace) is great in the warm weather. The owner and his family are very helpful and eager to make your holiday as good as possible. Edward from Lewes (15 June 2017)
