Good air conditioning. Wi fi good once you could find password. Fantastic proximity to beach, shop and a restaurant. Pool nice but small and shallow at one half of the pool. Information for villa needs to be more specificific to villa venere, ie: bin days, wi fi code, position of fuse box. Needs to have a deeper clean. Susan from Cheshire (02 September 2017)
We enjoyed our stay in venere, which was clean and ready for our arrival with everything in good working order. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Water is heated by electricity and was fine for the larger of the two bathrooms. The second bathroom has a smaller tank apparently shared with the kitchen supply, so once we understood this it was adequate for a quick shower. The garden is lovely, and quite private. There are sun-loungers but the back adjustments no longer work properly - not a real issue for us. The indoor dining and living area was fine for our party of four; there is three seater sofa and matching chair around the tv/dvd player, but this area would be a little cramped if the villa was fully occupied. Out of the main holiday season torre delle stelle is very quiet - either an advantage or a disadvantage depending on your point of view. However the options for dining locally are limited to say the least - the hotel at the village entrance is open all year with a limited menu out of season, and there is a pizzeria on the main road about a mile away. This villa is ideal if you want to escape the crowds - but be prepared for a five minute drive over bumpy and un-made roads to reach it once you leave the main sp17 road (car is essential). spend time in the villa itself, outside in the sun or take a stroll to the local beach which is beautiful, mostly sandy, very quiet and unspoilt. Thanks for a great holiday. John from Cheltenham (14 May 2016)
Very pleasant. a kettle would have made life easier as would a dish washer but well equipped apart from that. the position was lovely and ideal for children. A well equipped garden and this made living outside a real pleasure. Margaret from Bristol (26 September 2015)
Shops less than 1km as listed. Only short walk, about 5/10 mins tops. Mrs Morris from Chislehurst (23 August 2014)
