"Modern two storey double glazed villa. Ground floor: Bath with overhead shower or shower. Patio with garden furniture. First floor: One double, one twin and one single. Balcony. No pets."
A thoroughly enjoyable break. The villa was very warm, well equipped and modern. The whole park was beautifully clean and the staff were friendly. The childrens play area was an unexpected bonus as it wasn't listed in the brochure and the games room was also well equipped. A peaceful park which is also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas. We were discussing booking again before we'd even left - thank you! Mrs C from Dover
Because it is in a beautiful location, with the finest facilities, with plenty of things for all the family to do! Mrs S from Wemyss Bay

The newly refurbished accommodation was absolutely up-to-date. We loved the accommodation; the interior design being very tasteful. The kids were thrilled to have their own bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good Luck for the future. Mrs C from Berkhamsted
Well, what a fantastic holiday! Eerything from booking to leaving was fantastic, we had a fabulous holiday. The park was easy to find, reception were very helpful and the accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable. I would recommend Waterside Village to friends and family, I'm just about to go online to book my next holiday there! Mrs F from Southampton
The location of Waterside Village was a major plus for all modes of transport. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance with frequent and fast services to Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, we left the car in the car park for two days because the bus was better for us, could go into Great Yarmouth and spend the day exploring, then a good pub meal with a few pints then take the bus home. It is also an interesting 2.5 mile walk into Lowestoft, or again an easy bus journey. The village is also located just minutes from the A12 so Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft are easily reached, as are the Norfolk Broads including Reedham. Mr B from Guildford
Extremely good value for money! Miss B from Tonbridge
Good value for money for big families or couples. Mr M from Letchworth Garden City
Great park for children as no roads through the park and it's all grass, so they can run around and not have to worry about cars. Has potential to be a star holiday park when the swimming pool is up and running. Miss W from Leicester
This holiday is well worth packing for! Stunning views over the sea and a very quiet and peaceful location, great value for money and I would definitley recommend it! Miss H from Coventry
Good location, Banham Zoo is a must for everyone!! Mrs W from Normanton
A good location, clean and friendly. Mrs D from Thame
There is currently lots of renovation being done on the site, with path ways being blocked by workmen or their tools, and getting my car blocked in on one occasion. The table and chairs in our bungalow were very unsteady, due to the nature of what they were. I would have liked to park my car adjacent to the accommodation, but understand why you can't. However we did enjoy our stay and had a lovely view. Miss C from Ipswich
A wonderful sea view and very reasonably priced! Ms P from Nottingham
Waterside Village is located on the cliffs in the small village of Corton. Great Yarmouth is only a 10 minute drive and Lowestoft is 20 minutes walk away. Mr S from Stockton-On-Tees

The bungalow that we had was very clean and bed comfortable. As the weather in March was cold it was lovely to be able to have warm accommodation. Mr H from Cramlington
It is a good central point to access the South of Norfolk and North Suffolk. Mrs B from Boston
