We took our twin two year old grandsons was nothing for them there the food in the pub wasn’t anything special
Jill from Barnsley (31 August 2018)

Good holiday nice surroundings
Sharon from Sunderland (31 August 2018)

Quiet location
Allyson from Essex (31 August 2018)

First class location with great facilities
Colin from Southport (25 August 2018)

There was nothing to do on site ,and no entertaiment only on a saturday night
Tom from Louth Lincolnshire (25 August 2018)

Good location but bathroom was mouldy and would be nice if towels were supplied. Dvd player in caravans would also be a benefit for the rainy days.
Dan (24 August 2018)

Brand new caravan with fridge freezer with an awful buzz. Could hardly hear the tv. Like chinese water torture. Rang security who said they would come and have a look. They never came. Next day tv lost signal. Rang security to get your call cannot be answered. Waited 30 minutes same reply. Walked to sales office. Told go to the bar. They looked at each other as if it wasnt their problem. The chef made a phone call and recalled the accommodation woman. So really in an emergency there is no clear instructions on how to contact someone after 5 when your call cannot be put through!!! so she fixed the tv couldn't fix the buzz. Said she had nowhere to move us to. No apoligy. Been here 4 times. The newest caravan being the worst. The oldest the best. Based on this experience I don't be looking to return any time soon.
Mandy from Durham (20 August 2018)

A very nice and quiet site, lovely views, handy for lots of local stuff to do, easy to find. Drinks in the bar are a fare price but wasn't to excited about the food, would be happy to stay here again,
Ray from Merseyside (20 August 2018)

We were very disappointed with our holiday to todber holiday park. . the caravan was disgusting. Considering the amount of money we paid to stay in the caravan we were very disappointed with what we got. The caravan was supposed to be a 2017 model of which we paid extra for because we also took our 2 small dogs. However, our dogs were cleaner than the caravan we were given. I have a long list of the issues we had with the caravan of which I handed to the staff on leaving. However, I feel that this list will probably end up in their shredder! after reading some of the other reviews about this site & it's caravans, nothing seems to be changing & they certainly are not learning anything from these reviews. On our first night we went to the very small clubhouse on site for a meal after our long journey to the park. However, they had already stopped serving food. We were not given any information on check in that they stop serving food at 8.00pm. I think this is very poor considering most people would probably choose to eat on site on their first night. I can honestly say that this was the worst caravan site I have ever stayed on and certainly won't be back in the future.
Debbie from Derbyshire (13 August 2018)

We booked a last minute weekend away and had read reviews beforehand, so weren't surprised to find the site in the middle of the countryside and minus a swimming pool etc. We were also aware it was not a "lively" site. However, there were a couple of disappointments. Firstly, we hired a 2 bedroom caravan with the second bedroom advertised as being a twin room. When we arrived, it actually had what appeared to be a bespoke triple bunk bed fitted across the width of the room. As you can imagine, it was quite a squeeze for my well built 12 year old to squeeze into! the second disappointing part of the trip was the children's entertainment. A leaflet in our information pack advised it was on 3 evenings a week for 2 hours. Fine, we knew it wasn't a site that particularly catered for children, so we went down to the pub on the saturday night expecting our 4 year old to be able to do the usual party dances etc that you get for these things. What we got was a member of staff who was barely older than the children themselves, who basically just sat there whilst a handful of children (who either lived on site or who were regulars there) played karaoke for 2 hours, controlling it themselves and even announcing each other..i can tell you 2 hours of the same 5 kids singing the same 5 songs (badly) over and over is not a particularly enjoyable experience! otherwise it was a well kept, quiet site. The play area was good. Obviously a lot of privately owned caravans. The caravan we had was lovely (apart from the odd 2nd bedroom). I would suggest people do their research first and don't expect too much, so not to be disappointed. The barmaid in the pub was rather miserable too!
Tracey from Northampton (13 August 2018)

Staff great park a little run down and the club more like a locals meeting place and very noisy
Philip (13 August 2018)

Great base for exploring the area. Not sure it would suit young families or those without transport as the site doesn't have a lot of open space to roam. Our neighbour, a more permanent resident, was charming, very friendly and welcoming.
Ruth from Aylesbury (10 August 2018)

It was amazing first time visit but good experience have lovely places surrounding to visit,
Rizwana from Birmingham (06 August 2018)

The mouse caravan we were given was terrible. The seating was thread bare and ripped, the shower had mould in it. Very disappointing after viewing the typical mouse on the website the actual caravan was nothing like it.
Sharon from Houghton Le Spring (06 August 2018)

The caravan was nice but a bit warn loose buttons and padding in the furniture had failed and gone hard. The club house was ok staff very helpful but in my opinion the meals were a bit expensive so I done a lot of my own cooking. I took my two grandsons one ten the other twelve and there was nothing on the holliday park for them to do it only caters for small children only.
James (06 August 2018)

Very enjoyable. quiet site. Just wish there had been entertainment while we were there (as advertised)
Susan from Warwickshire (03 August 2018)

Would of been better but had no electricity on the thursday I think this should of been done out if season
Joseph from Sunderland (03 August 2018)

Caravan clean and tidy park was clean staff always friendly
Brian from Flintshire (30 July 2018)

The park is in a good location for some lovely scenery and there are plenty of nice places to visit.
Sarah from Worcestershire (27 July 2018)

Lovely park very clean but entertainment not the best
Gary from Stowmarket (23 July 2018)

To sum up a great holiday in a lovely place helpful staff and even got checked in early. Ready to book again
Bradley from Doncaster (20 July 2018)

Excellent
Joyce from Warrington (20 July 2018)

Site was nice , parking was not great at caravan most parked on road . we had a dog and the dog fiels was not great to get too if your down the bottom , and a steep climb at 6.30am . lots just letting dogs go around caravans which is not great when kids are around too , yes they picked up but still not great . our caravan was decent , not spotless and the wife cleaned it before we settled in . a dog friendly caravan should have a gate on the veranda(decking area) we had to buy one at argos . not really any walks near by without driving to them . seemed to be quite a lot of people living on the site too . on a brighter note the staff were friendly helpful and top class , a very friendly park .
Steven from Durham (16 July 2018)

A lovely quiet location for a base to have a break and to do some lovely walking exploring the beautiful countryside.
Alice from Brighton (13 July 2018)

The site is too steep
Ronald from Wigan (13 July 2018)

Fantastically beautiful place to go. just a pub and a shop on site and some parts were a little difficult to get around because of a little lack of maintenance. For the price I would go back. peaceful, beautiful scenery, excellent break. Thank you
Kev (06 July 2018)

Had issues with door of caravan not opening told reception guy came and looked and said you have to push door up well after 2days off this after l pulled a muscle in my neck which is still sore we complained again another guy came over and said l will get screwdriver and adjust door closing bracket apparently l should take a screwdriver with me when l go on holiday. Also asked for bedding for pull out bed so as our grandson aged 3 can sleep on his own like he does at home and his mum our daughter can have her own room, was old l will ask accommodation manager will obviously that did not happen because we waited that evening on first night nothing turned up better off saying there was more people when book then you will get bedding foreverone
Carol from Blackpool (06 July 2018)

Just a weekend. Accomodation very poor and the site needs more in the way of facilities for children.
George from Lytham (02 July 2018)

We had a three night stay and our two older boys and we loved it. The weather was lorious which was a bonus the caravan was lovely and the surroundings are gorgeous. Staff in the bar were friendly and the beer was very cold which is just what we needed in the hot weather we will most certainly return.
Jenny from Halifax (02 July 2018)

Brilliant place for a quiet chill out
Jacqui from Amersham (02 July 2018)

The caravans shower was a dribble.. the van was dirty .. not clean and the vans were parked very close to one another . other vans were having party's till silly o'clock so we did not get much peace and quite neither any sleep the park basicly let's other caravan owners do what they want .. and all this was with a baby not very pleasant but we made the most of it
Cheryl (02 July 2018)

We were allocated a very nice 3 bed room holiday home. Have to say that the site is not disabled friendly. wobbly steps to enter home. Hill is a bit severe.
David from Pontefract (29 June 2018)

Ideal quiet location. Lovely views & clean tidy caravans.
Mark from Gateshead (22 June 2018)

I really enjoyed my few days away on a quiet site with no hustle or bustle which you get on the bigger sites. I would definitely recommend this site.
Stephanie from Salford (18 June 2018)

Site was well laid out & our caravan was perfectly adequate for two people & our dog. the site is well situated for visiting the many attractions in the area. If visiting nearby downham village a trip to the ice cream shop is a must. Also chatburn is beautiful with it's riverside walks. We were blessed with nice sunny weather & really enjoyed our stay so I would definately return to todber.
Paul from Tees Valley (08 June 2018)

Great holiday
Peter (08 June 2018)

Seemed to be lots of owners. No entertainment on in the pub on the friday evening. Shop closed at 5- very limited stock anyway. No breakfast served on monday morning, so I was unable to feed my baby before our journey home- we had already left our caravan before we discovered this! I was aware of the location so therefore thought the site would be better equipped.
Kerry (04 June 2018)

Great clean and quiet site
Elizabeth from Nottingham (01 June 2018)

Lovely holiday park, beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful
Sam from Hull (28 May 2018)

For the amount we paid the caravan needed a bit of work doing. The bathroom was a tad grotty and the oven was minging. A piece of metal from inside actually came away inside when we was cooking. Parking spaces could be doing with being at the side of the caravan not on the main road the cars drive that is like brands hatch not 5mph like stated
Janet (28 May 2018)

Great location great staff.
Wilma from Shropshire (28 May 2018)

Caravan park-superb . play ground-great. Location-not to bad. Bar staff-terrible. 15mins for two drinks, family waited over an hour for egg, ham and chips. . had a great holiday, and spent most our time site seeing but if you want to use the bar and resturant, i'd make alternative plans
Laura (28 May 2018)

The view was fantastic and it was so relaxing and quite where we were staying
Angela from Heywood (21 May 2018)

The holiday park was very quiet picturesque and peaceful. the caravan was clean and the bar in the evening was friendly with decent singer on the saturday evening. You need to car to explore this area as I could not see many bus stops around the campsite area but plenty of walking and gisburn was in easy reach.
Andrea from Rotherham (23 April 2018)

Clean, comfortable beds with good quality bedding. All the equipment we needed. Decent shower, small cubicle but to be expected in a caravan. Countryside location, easy to find. No outdoor table or chairs, one car width between most vans. Set on very steep hill. . we enjoyed our holiday, we had 2 minor issues that the staff rectified quite quickly given it was the weekend.
Ni from Middlesbrough (21 April 2018)

Check in staff were helpful . food from the bar was terrible, several of our our party couldn't eat it, and we were over charged for it. Would not return here.
Zoe from Stockport (16 April 2018)

Site is overloaded. Just a mass of caravans very close together. Parking not always available at side of van so have to park in front of van. Not able to walk anywhere as site is on a busy road road with no footpaths and quite far from the village.
Anne from Chorley (16 April 2018)

Our holiday was ladt minute so we weren't expecting too much and we didn't get it .. throughout the holiday there was no food onsite becaause the chef was ill, staff didn't seem to know when food might be available again and when I asked questions the gentleman in the office went on a rant about the perils of running a business .. I understand them, I run one but I was on holiday !!!!! also there is no entertainment at this park whatsoever.
Wendy from Northumberland (13 April 2018)

I really wish I could say it was what we booked but was far from it ..was no foodat the pub .which no1 in formed us ..no entertainment on at all .when we arrived we got a down grade caravan..heating didn't really work ..some lights didn't work and other people's bathroom stuff still in there .out side lights didn't work ..we spent 30 mins going up and down trying to find out caravan .(we got some paper with arrows on it to try and find it ) no one informed us of the shop times when we finally found where we was stopping..we came to complain but was all shut up shop ..we found it hard to find things to do very local to the area not the parks fault but it's a good hour to get to most places . when ordering out drinks we then asked about food got told theybdont cook monday but will rest of the week ..apparently they where not ! ended up having to drive miles as all local ones where all booked up . all in all we left after 2 days in stead of our 4 ..lesson learnt

The caravan was clean and tidy. The layout was good, plenty of living space. . the area is beautiful, close to clitheroe and skipton and great for country walks. . we were disappointed that the pub wasn’t serving food on the sunday. The leaflet in the caravan said it served a roast every sunday, but they had no chef.
Rachel from Chester (09 April 2018)

A lovely site - very quiet but great if used as a base to explore the surrounding towns and villages. On site shop and park. We went with our 2 children under 8 and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

Helen from Oxfordshire (06 April 2018)

Had a couple of issues with the caravan that could not be helped just one of those things but the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They really went over and above and we ended up moving to a bigger caravan and getting vouchers for the pub on site. Overall had an amazing week despite the weather. The site is quiet but that’s exactly what I wanted and the location is perfect for going off on an adventure. Thank you very much for a great week!

We liked the surrounding area including the park, but the visit was spoiled for us as the caravan was not clean. We even had to wash plates and cutlery before use, and empty the tea pot! surfaces and surrounds in the kitchen were greasy and dirty, the shower room was dirty, old sticky sweets in the wardrobe, generally very dusty. We were charged an extra £40 as we were bringing our little dog, which seems a bit rich as she lives in a cleaner room than the caravan. as we were only staying for a couple of days , we put up with it, but mentioned our concerns as we were leaving, we got a shrug.!!

Fantastic caravan really impressed with it, would definitely book the same one. Overall disappointing no entertainment on during oct half term, so nothing for kids to do, which means you only pay for accommodation. Not sure if i'd go again.

Susan from Blackpool (15 September 2017)

Holiday home inside clean but outside cigarette ends lying on decking , decking very slippery when wet needed a power wash ,also grass and bushes over grown , also when we were leaving no one about to hand keys back to and just had to put them in post box
Elizabeth from Perthshire (15 September 2017)

We had a fantastic holiday, great location for exploring the local area.
Elizabeth from Harlow (09 September 2017)

We really enjoyed our short stay holiday and would certainly come back again. Very dog friendly
Michael from Sunderland (04 September 2017)

This is our second stay at todber we don't use the facilities on site so can't comment. We chose this site as a base to explore we recommend trips to malham cove, howarth, burnsall, ribble head, if you enjoy walking or cycling and stopping off to enjoy the breathtaking scenery this site is a great choice. The site is rather hilly so not suitable for everyone, our caravan was modern and had great scenic views the electric fire was very good and soon warmed up the caravan, it was also well equipped and had every thing you needed if you wanted to cook. We will certainly return again.
John from Ellesmere Port (04 September 2017)

Nothing there for kids was supposed to be kids entertainment ye 15 mins of it
Mark from Liverpool (02 September 2017)

Lots of places to visit as is a central location
Lynn from Littleborough (28 August 2017)

The actual site is ok, but our caravan was dirty, the fire wasnt working, had to call out someone to fix it and he dropped our key outside the caravan and left it there all day whilst we were out, giving anyone free access to our caravan. All in all, I wouldnt stay here again,as you cant rely on your caravan being cleaned before your arrival and everything being in working order. If you complain you get nowhere either as they dont care. I would not recommend a stay here.
Amanda from St. Helens (21 August 2017)

Good to use as a base to explore skipton and the yorkshire dales. Caravan was lovely. The play area was adequate. More children's entertainment would be nice. We was also woken up at 3.30 am in the morning by the caravsn behind us having their tv unbelievably loud. Apparently the occupants are owners of the caravan. we stayed in e 27. The caravan was clean on the surface. But I did discover a sack of mouldy potatoes and children's clothes left in a bedroom drawer. The lady running the arts and crafts and kids disco was lovely and the pub food was adequate.
Darrell from Manchestet (21 August 2017)

Lovely place, too quite for my family. Not enough to keep the kids interested. Staff are fantastic and so helpful
Amanda (18 August 2017)

Caravan was very basic, and cold could not really use the heater or fire supplied due to having a 1 year old. Not sure to do within walking distance and only a pub and park on site.
Laura from Hartlepool (14 August 2017)

This was a lovely caravan park but was to hilly for me I have a heart condition and walking up towards reception was quite a challenge I was constantly out of breath, not much of a shop on site very little to do on site really!
Michelle (12 August 2017)

Caravan was dirty and smelly has put us off from hiring a caravan in the future
Fran (05 August 2017)

Lovely clean caravan in a lovely holiday park! park is close to lots of interesting places to visit or just a nice place to relax in! . we will be back to stay again
Pauline from Middlesbrough (28 July 2017)

Cheap and cheerful holiday!
Danielle from Oldham (21 July 2017)

Comfortable caravan in a nice location in easy reach of market towns
Geoff from Preston (21 July 2017)

Had a lovely holiday visiting local area, park needs some updating but this did not spoil our holiday, had a lovely meal and drinks at the steamer inn, shop didn't stock much but ok to get basics. Caravan was quite old with no heating but was ideal for a base.
Susan from Manchester (17 July 2017)

We really enjoyed it the staff was more than helpful restaurant was nice caravan cclean and comfy looking forward to coming againb
Sheila from Burnley (26 June 2017)

Todber holiday park is great to use as a base. There is plenty of things to do in the area. Clitheroe tourist information centre has loads of leaflets that you can pick up for ideas on what to do. The park is in a rural location so you do need to be prepared to drive to the local shops as they aren't in walking distance.
Gillian from Rushden (03 June 2017)

The caravan we stayed in was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this park to other people.
Carol from Peterborough (20 May 2017)

We booked this holiday with our walking club. A caravan was ideal.
Catherine from Lincolnshire (20 May 2017)

Our caravan which was a deer proved basic but adequate for what we needed. it was clean and comfortable, had everything we required and good value for money. A lot of little extras were provided which were much appreciated, such as a bath mat for the bathroom and a little hospitality tray with tea/ coffee etc, much needed after a journey before we had unpacked. We did not stay on the site much as the surrounding area had so much to offer. This was the reason we decided on this site. We visited malham cove and malham tarn, the bolton abbey estate, grassington and skipton, all within easy reach. There is a shortcut, b road via gargrave to malham via that avoids having to go into skipton. If visiting this side of the dales again we would certainly stay at todber.
William from Cheshire (05 May 2017)

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very dog friendly on the site which was an added bonus. Ideal location if you like walking and days out like us however if you prefer to stay on the site and local not much to see or do. Unfortunately though we will not return here as our weekend was spoilt with challenging behaviour which I believe is a regular occurrence.
Michelle from Staffordshire (17 April 2017)

We enjoyed a restful break at todber during the easter holidays. This was are second visit and we upgraded to a squirrel caravan. It was lovely each evening to relax in the caravan and watch the sunset. We found todber a great location for exploring the local countryside, visiting nearby skipton, clitheroe and further out to knaersborough. . staff are friendly and there is a small but well stocked shop. The staff at the steamer inn welcome everyone and we enjoyed a game of pool in the evening. We returned well rested and hope to visit again.
Ella from Liverpool (07 April 2017)

This is the second holiday we have enjoyed at todber we will be returning again in june of this year. The site is set in beautiful surroundings and the food is excellent althoughbeing early season the restaurant was only open from 5pm onwards. The caravan was most comfortable and well heated.
Kathleeen from Whitley Bay (31 March 2017)

Dirty marks on the walls toilet seat coming off shower dirty lots of really tired bits. All of the furniture was frayed. Knobs off cupboards. The extraction unit above the cooker had been taken out. The staff were very good and moved us but if that was your idea of a gold star caravan then i'm afraid its not good enough.
Robert from Loughborough (23 September 2016)

Great place to stay for access to many places of interest. Caravan warm and homely. Food available at breakfast and evening. Lovely area.
Kathleeen from Seaton Delaval (16 September 2016)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Caravan was lovely and clean. . . only down sides beds are to soft and if you don't drive it's a bit in the middle of knowhere but that aside we liked the location.
Patrick from St Leonards On-Sea (09 September 2016)

We were not happy with the fact that all the nets were not hanging from the windows and that there was no facility to hang them ourselves and that they were hidden under the wooden shelf between the couches!! apart from that everything else was great.
John from Ellesmere Port (12 August 2016)

Excellent location. Excellent holiday park. Excellent staff. Great value for money and would recommend to others
Amanda from Ormesby (08 August 2016)

A lovely peaceful park
Cecil from Cawston (06 August 2016)

Had to leave a day early as our caravan had previously been used by smokers and as our family are non smokers it was horrible you could almost taste it. . the staff at the camp were very helpful and tried to clean it by using sprays but it didn't help.
Sharon from Bury St Edmunds (01 August 2016)

Cleanliness really bad lots of dead flies along window edge and dead spiders in various places. Pretty dirty in general in the caravan. The light shade above dinning table full of cobwebs and dead spiders two of the four chairs with the table were broken one of the chair tops was not attached at all and the other only half attached. Nothing to do on site other than go to pub but we knew that before we left and stayed there as we knew there wouldn't be many kids about and weren't taking our own kids away with us. We just used the caravan as a base to visit other places. Didn't really speak to staff so no comment on them. Area was really nice. Paid for the silver plus 4 don't bother upgrading though save your money for cleaning products. Would stay in area again but not at this holiday park.
Oliver from Chelmsford (29 July 2016)

Second time here. First ruined by noise from a wedding in a farmers field. This time peace and quiet. Lovely spacious caravan. Lovely food and drink in the bar and not expensive. Lovely area. Just love skipton. Visited southport but wasn't what I expected. I would return to this park.
Mandy from Durham (25 July 2016)

Lovely peaceful site in the middle of stunning countryside. caravan was gorgeous & staff were extremely helpful & friendly
Hayley from Spalding (22 July 2016)

Beautiful scenery, absolutely gorgeous!! caravan very clean and tidy with all mod con, amenities, looking too book again very soon highly recommended.
Scott (15 July 2016)

Beautiful location, very peaceful. Only thing missing is an indoor pool for the kids. staff friendly and welcoming.
Nicola from North Ayrshire (08 July 2016)

Excellent location
Margaret from Doncaster (01 July 2016)

Great value, nice caravan, and lovely location ideal for dales and ribble value. Down points were the bar which is in need of a refurb and needs a better family atmosphere. The beds were also very springy (as in you can feel all the springs) and need replacing. But it didn't stop us enjoying our stay and we'd stay again.
Claire from Cheshire (27 June 2016)

The site, staff, shop and bar were good and the location fantastic.
Linda from Norwich (25 June 2016)

Cleanliness of the caravan was an issue. Spending more time cleaning between lets would have benefits

They immediate area around the caravan needed a bit of attention. They steps and stairs were very slippy and dangerous as the weather was rather damp and wet. A new mattress was needed as the springs were very prominent. Seating area was so uncomfortable. None of the pans had been cleaned thoroughly so we had to scrub out before use. The caravan itself needed a good thorough clean as there was a lot of dust and cobwebs. all of this aside we did enjoy our week.

We had a lovely stay at todber valley holiday park. It is an excellent base for touring and stunning views over the ribble valley. There are many local attractions just a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed a day in skipton and would love to visit again. We had a good value meal at the steam packet( our teen cleared his plate so it must be good) with very friendly staff happy to advise on places to visit.

A brilliant base for all we wanted to do. a deep clean would be an advantage for the caravan, and the availability of the advertised wifi would help too. Because we didn't pay for a lodge, the staff were unable to give us the password for the wifi. . my daughter enjoyed the play park, but we didn't use the on site bar.

Booked a fri-mon break in a basic caravan. Check in was from 4 pm we arrived at six. The reception was locked up and a note left to collect keys in pub. very pleasantly surprised with caravan allocated. The caravan was modern with central heating throughout and a lovely range cooker and full size fridge freezer. the only negative comment I would have was the smell in the toilet when we arrived which was soon sorted by opening the window and some air freshener. Also the cleaner had overlooked an empty shampoo bottle and used razor in the shower cubicle and a metal bottle top from a cider bottle under the dining table. I could not use one of the wardrobes due to a couple of small spiders in their webs which looked like they had been there for a while. Don't get me wrong the caravan was otherwise clean and equipped to a very high standard. The caravans were spaced a little too close together for my liking. As a couple wanting to get a way for a few days to read, cook and explore the area this park is ideal as a base. I would not take my elderly mother to this park due to the steep caravan steps or my teenage son due to the lack of things to do. The only other thing is that this must have been an private caravan at some point as the owners had left some horrendous ornaments of an occult nature of witches and dragons. As a christian I felt a little uncomfortable having to put up with them. would I go back? the answer is yes, but only in spring or autumn.

Basic accommodation but spotlessly clean. Staff were great and went out of their way to help. The only reason that we wouldn't return was the early am movement of vehicles but if you are an early riser site would be perfect

The staff were helpful when problems occurred. Although not always instantly. The problem was that the van had recently been moved and was unready to be used. For example the water pipe in the bathroom wasn't fixed on and leaked a couple of times and also a patio immediately outside the front door was being laid over three days of the holiday which detracted from the experience. Staff were apologetic after the event and the pub staff were excellent and friendly. We enjoyed most of the holiday but some aspects could have been improved.
