Delightfully perched among the white cliff-tops of East Sussex, this peaceful park sits on the edge of the sleepy, traditional seaside town of Seaford.
This lovely area is steeped in history and hosts a wealth of picture-postcard beaches and beautiful cliff-top coastal paths. The bright lights of Eastbourne are just half an hours' drive away, Brighton is easily accessible.

Set on a peaceful and calm setting. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for the six of us. The fact that there are no entertainment facilities make it ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway location - we had a very good holiday here. Ms B from London (11 April 2011)
Excellent quality accommodation, friendly management, quiet, peaceful, clean park and in a great position with sea views and local rail and bus services on the doorstep. Welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc) a nice touch! Highly recommend. Mr C from Dereham (11 April 2011)

We had a lovely short break - location of this site was great and the local train line on its doorstep was a real bonus, didn't really need the car! Miss M from Milton Keynes (08 April 2011)
We had a lovely short break at the Sunnyside Caravan site. The couple who owned the place were so helpful and amenable. The site was beautifully kept and so convenient for the satation, seafront and town. I will be booking again soon and recommending Sunnyside to others. Mrs E from Rushden (18 March 2011)
Lovely location, well kept, well maintained park. Mr N from St. Albans (15 October 2010)
Very quiet site, right on the sea front. Excellent quality accommodation but few site facilities. Mr D from Bristol (08 October 2010)
I would recommend it because of the location, the overall feel and facilities and also the peace and quiet. Mrs C from Newton Abbot (21 April 2010)
Very friendly staff and caravan was spotless. Lovely views and location. Mrs W from Norwich (10 April 2010)
The park has a wonderful sea view and Seaford is an ideal holiday destination in good weather, with a range of amenities and easy transport by bus or train to Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne. Mr Y from Forres (25 November 2009)
This is a very clean, quiet site with modern, well fitted out mobile home caravans. It's just on the edge of Seaford with views over Seaford bay and Newhaven harbour entrance. The centre of Seaford is about 15 mins walk away and is a nice town that just happens to be by the sea rather than a seaside town as such. It has a wide shingle beach, about 2 miles long with blue/green sea even on a dull day. There is a small beach outdoor cafe. This is an ideal place to explore East Sussex with many places to visit close by. We both enjoyed staying here and hopefully will be back. Mr L from Cambridge (25 September 2009)
I thought the location of the site was stunning. Views of the sea right across the road was breathtaking. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and decor of the caravan. I thought the organisation and small details such as milk in the fridge, cleaning products and tea avaliable in the accomodation on arrival was a very homely and thoughtful touch. Also the daily availability of newspapers, milk and bread at the site was a very good idea as there are no immediate shops to the site. I would definately recommend this site to friends and families Mrs B from London (05 September 2009)
