If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday park where the kids can go off and play on the excellent play equipment without having to worry about them, then this is the place for you. The park is beautiful, well spaced and the owners very welcoming. This was my first visit to this park and I'm already trying to book to go back again! Off the beaten track, but only 20 minutes from the New Forest and 40 minutes from Bournemouth. This park is a credit to Hoseasons and certainly the best that I have visited! We had a fantastic time at South Hants Country Park. The couple who run the park were lovely. It's central to everything, a 5min car ride and your in Fareham, Gosport or Portsmouth. The accommodation was one of the best we have been in, with plenty of space, a proper fridge freezer in a well laid out kitchen. We hope to return in the summer for more tennis and swimming. South Hants Holiday Park is very well placed for exploring Portsmouth/Southampton areas. It was only about 30-40 minutes drive to the centre of the New Forest area with all of it's attractions. The park itself is quite small, which means it's lovely and quiet. The facilities were excellent with a lovely small indoor pool. The outside pool wasn't open when we went as it was only early April but it was a good size and looked well maintained. We'll definitely consider going back to this park in the future.
