Excellent location and lodge had all facilities and very comfortable with heating if required. We took our 7 year old Grandson with us and he very much enjoyed being able to play football on the recreation ground. Another bonus is the excellent swimming pool. We also ate at the Coach House - fab food, very child friendly with lovely staff with the added bonus of the games room so unobtrusive you wouldn't know it was there but great for all ages and doesn't detract from the lovely atmosphere if dining.
