Each lodge has been stylishly designed with every home comfort in mind, effortlessly blending contemporary design with rural charm and nestled within prize winning gardens and water features. For those of you looking for something more energetic, the private cycle paths and walking trails through the Estate along the Ribble River are perfect.

Nearby Pendle Hill offers a challenge to keen walkers who can reward themselves afterwards at the famous Assheton Arms in Downham village, the setting of the BBC's Born and Breed drama.

Just a ten minute walk through the Estate from your lodge you'll discover the stunning market village of Gisburn, with a delightful pub, award winning Italian restaurant and quaint shops selling local organic produce. A lovely, clean park, quiet and peaceful, very relaxing and the lodges are clean, large, very well furnished and very comfortable.
Mrs F from Stonehaven

Fully recommended as a quiet and comfortable place to stay and use as a base to explore the multitude of attractions and activities that are within easy reach of this well looked after and friendly park.
Mr T from Harlow

This was an ideal location for a peaceful break. The standard of the lodge and the surrounding park and area was excellent, I would definitely recommend this to others. The staff were helpful and thorough when we arrived. This is a very enjoyable holiday, particularly if you are looking to recharge your batteries! We will certainly be making another trip!
Miss M from Leven

A beautiful location within easy reach of wonderful walks and sightseeing. The lodges are modern, fresh and well equipped for a self-catering holiday, and the hot tubs were such a relaxing treat. We even had a dog walking service for a small fee when we needed to go away for the full day which was fantastic!
Mrs G from Inverness

The lodge more than surpassed expectatations and made for a memorable few days!
Mrs H from Ledbury

I would advise anyone who wants a great holiday break to visit Ribblesdale Lodges!
Mrs S from Washington

It is a beautiful park with fabulous, luxurious lodges - there was no need to go anywhere else!
Mrs B from Leeds

The lodge was beautifully finished and every detail had been considered to ensure a relaxing stay and a real home from home feeling. The park setting was so tranquil and staff were on hand to help as needed but in a very inobtrusive way. I would highly recommend it.
Mrs M from Paisley

We had a fantastic relaxing break in a lodge that surpassed all our expectations. The lodges are clean and spacious, and everything you need is provided. The staff on site were very helpful and polite and the guest information pack is full of things to do and places to see and eat - all of these places we tried were excellent. If it is peace and quiet you are looking for, then this is the place to go, and you will love the hot tub. We would book this park again.
Mr H from Glasgow

A fantastic park - ideal if you are looking for a peaceful and restful getaway.
Mr H from Glasgow

A fantastic setting, great for a relaxing stay. The hot tubs on the verandah just round off a perfect retreat and the management team were extremely helpful and eager to please.
Mrs R from Bedford

We enjoyed our short break immensely, the park was clean, quiet and in beautiful countryside.
Mrs S from Colchester

A very peaceful and quiet park.
Mrs W from Stoke-On-Trent

It is peaceful, tranquil and romantic.
Miss. A from London

We were overwhelmed with the helpfulness of the staff both when we arrived at the park and throughout our stay. The log cabins were at a high standard of cleanliness and comfort and provided almost everything you would require throughout your stay. My husband and I stayed here for a short break but we have booked to return again for our summer holidays with our son as our family holiday. We would highly recommend this to anyone!
Mrs L from Hull

I would recommend this holiday for those who want to get away from it all. The park is very peaceful, the hot tubs were fantastic and the accommodation was exceptional.
Mrs P from Glasgow

Immaculate and luxurious lodges which cannot be faulted and extremely helpful staff. Relaxing in the hot tub at night was just bliss. The local Italian is honestly the best we have ever eaten in - you must go!
Mrs S from Paisley

It's a great spot if you are looking for a complete chill-out experience ,very quiet and peaceful in beautiful grounds and in a great location. A must for all those with busy lives and timetables who just need to chill. I have already recommended!
Mrs P from North Berwick

Apart from the above however, the short break was excellent. The lodge was of a very high standard, the hot tub was lovely and we had our own little lawn patch which kept the dog happy - plenty of dog bags/bins as well. The cafe was lovely and the site was in a lovely setting and peaceful. Boundary Mill and large food stores only a few miles away.
Mrs W from Morecambe

Total relaxation in beautiful surroundings with first class facilities. An ideal base for sightseeing.
Mrs B from Halifax

Good value for money, good location, lots to do and see.
Mr D from Motherwell

Cheap it is not - excellent it is. Gamekeeper's Cottage is the perfect hideaway with every possible comfort, and we have already booked it for our main holiday next year!
Revd S from Northampton

An excellent location for a relaxing holiday. A fantastic place to return to and relax after spending the day exploring the stunning countryside and excellent attractions.
Dr O from Sheffield
