Very nice accommodation, great for kids and so close to Alton Towers but yet feels a lightyear away from the park itself. So quiet, and it was great to get into the hot tub after a long day. I would definitely recommend this to families looking to mix the fun of Alton Towers with a nice, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Mr S from Craigavon
The location was ideal for visiting places in the Peak District and Staffordshire areas. The park was peace and quiet asquoted in the brochure, and there are plenty of wildlife in the park with squirrels often gracing our decking. Mr M from Washington
Lovely lodges, secluded and cosy. Mr W from Halifax

This was our second visit and it was just as fantastic as our first. It is in a very peaceful setting and within driving distance of various activities to keep us all busy if we wanted to go out and nice and relaxing to stay put have a BBQ and lounge in the hot tub. Have recommended it to a few friends, some of which have been and others who are keen to book. Mr H from Colchester
Superb location close to varied amenities most notably alton towers theme park, monkey forest and ramblers retreat for superb food. Mr C from Peterborough
I'd definitely recommend this to others, we had a great time. Only 10 minutes from Alton Towers, we had a very relaxing stay. Most of the weekend we just chilled out, we stayed for 3 nights. The lodge had everything you needed to cook your own food. Beds are very comfy & the hot tub was great, although it wasn't a sheltered hot tub it kept hot. The lodge had all under floor heating, it was freezing outside but the lodge stayed warm indoors all the time. I went with my boyfriend, my friend & her boyfriend. I wouldn't recommend going to the park without a car, or going as a group of girls/boys. I'd definitely say this is for families with children or couples to go away & relax. Great time!! Miss M from Grimsby
Truly excellent weekend break, accommodation to a high standard, helpful staff, relaxing break, would recommend the site for anyone wishing a quiet relaxing time.....especially in the hot tub! Mr. D from Bromsgrove

The lodges were of an excellent standard and the hot tubs were well maintained and very clean, being emptied and refreshed for each booking. The park was in a great location for all attractions in Staffordshire, particularly Alton towers. Other great days out were the monkey forest in Trentham and conkers, my daughter also really enjoyed the horse riding at cannock chase. Mr S from Glasgow

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. If you're after a relaxing, get away from it all break I would definitely recommend this place, the surroundings are beautiful and the lodges and hot tubs are out of this world! There is plenty to see and do nearby, we had a lovely walk in the Peak District and a fab day out at Alton Towers. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant, "The Mughal" in nearby town Cheadle which I would recommend. All in all an amazing break! Miss E from Hereford
We stayed in the Woodpecker 2 for our 1st Wedding Anniversary in March and had the most amazing time. Quarry walk is the perfect place for a relaxing break away, and having a hot tub on your doorstep makes it extra special. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. I would recommend any one to go. Mrs G from Radstock
This holiday exceded my expectations. We wanted a holiday in the middle of nowhere that was quiet, peaceful and had beautiful surroundings - we were blown away by the standard of the accommodation, the cleanliness, and the surrounding area was just lovely. Anyone wanting a relaxing, peaceful break away from the busy hustle and bustle of life should definitely consider a break away at Quarry Walk Park. Mrs H from Oakham

It was an excellent park and the accommodation and hot tub was amazing! Miss H from Manchester
I would recommend this for couples or families wanting to have a complete break away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of every day life. Quarry Walk is near many places of interests and the log cabin was lovely to come back to and relax in. Mrs C from Colchester
If you are looking for a break away from everyday issues, to a place that demands that the hardest chore that is thrust upon you is to chill out, relax and forget the outside world for a few days, then talk to the people who can help you get there - Hoseasons designed this with you in mind! Mr D from Leeds
The Woodpecker Lodge we stayed in was extremely delightful. A real sense of privacy was felt which was a definite requirement. The facilities are delightful throughout the lodge which makes your stay there a real delight. It is within easy reach of attractions such as Alton Towers and the various interest points of the Peak District. I would highly recommend this to anyone fancying time away. Mr R from Fleet
The park looked good in the brochure but was even better in real life! Mr C from Prestonpans
A fantastic place to go on holiday and relax. The lodge was very clean with all mod cons and the staff were very helpful. The hot tub was magnificent and very peaceful with the woodland surrounding. A great base to explore the surrounding area and only 15 minutes from Alton Towers - we are looking forward to our next visit! Mr C from Prestonpans
I would recommend Quarry Walk to either couples or families - it is a wonderful experience. Mr B from Ilkeston
I would recommend this holiday if you require peace and quiet, the standard of the accomodation was excellent, as me and my partner booked this park merely to chill out, and chill out we certainly did..especially the hot tub (would recommend anyone to ask for the hot tub with a covered patio, as it can be used when raining) Mr S from Wolverhampton
Peace & quiet guaranteed. Very, very private hot tub, surrounded by countryside/woodlands - fabulous retreat. Mrs P from Milton Keynes
Such a lovely relaxing break for a very reasonable price. Miss R from Yeovil
Ideal for Alton Towers and local attractions, Car is essential as nothing much is local, apart from a pub which is around a 2 mile walk. Miss W from Maryport
Would definately reccommend this holiday, the log cabin was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The use of our own outside hot tub was luxury and very good value for money. Would definately use Hoseasons and have this type of break again, thank you. Miss A from Wellingborough
We stayed in the Woodpecker 4 lodge for a 4 night stay - it was clean and well equipped with everything you need - even a hairdryer in the bedroom and a DVD player with surround sound system in the living room! The dishwasher was handy and they even left us dishwasher tablets! The location was great, very quiet and tucked away, but only a few minutes drive from local villages and supermarkets - and only 2 minutes drive from the Raddle Inn - a great homely feel pub and restaurant with great, reasonably priced homecooked food - I'd definitely recommend a visit (we went back twice)! It is also only about 10 minutes drive to Alton Towers. The staff at the park were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. All in all a great holiday - very peaceful and relaxing with the private hot tub on the covered decked area which was also great when it rained! A recommended holiday! Mr C from Ramsgate
An idyllic location, so peaceful yet close enough to local amenities. We will definitely return. The log cabin was so clean and the hot tub was cleaned daily throughout the stay. A perfect break. Thank you Miss L from Stoke-On-Trent
The park was secluded and peaceful and ideal for a getaway from it all type of holiday. Mrs O from Newport
A very restful break away from the kids, and the hot tub is a great luxury!! Mr T from Sheffield
My partner and myself have just returned from Quarry Walk Park. This is the second lodge we have booked with Hoseasons and once again it has failed to disappoint. The lodge was clean, modern and very comfortable - I would highly recommend getting a lodge with a hot tub. The staff were friendly and provided local information which was very helpful. This park is in a great location to explore the Staffordshire moors and the Peak District. Although it involved a lot of driving to see different attractions in the Peak District, the views are well worth it, and you get to see some interesting places along the way. I would highly recommend this park and hope to return in the future. Miss K from Bury St. Edmunds
This was our second visit to Quarry Walk Park this year! It is so peaceful and relaxing, and the hot tub is just pure luxury! I would definitely recommend this park to everyone! Miss M from Manchester
