My husband and I had our 1st whole week holiday in the UK, and it was just as good if not better than going abroad. We had a log cabin in the mountains at Penllwyn Lodges - the accommodation was far better than we expected and we had such a brilliant holiday. The lodge was out of this world and in such a quiet location with plenty of local walks. I will recommend this place to many friends - thankyou Hoseasons! Mrs B from Peterborough
Holiday was brilliant and the lodge was amazing. Mrs E from Cambridge
If anyone is after somewhere peaceful and quiet to get away and to unwind, then I would highly recommend this place. The park is well sited with lots to do in and around the area. No club facilities, etc, on site, so very peaceful after dark. The grounds are lovely to walk around or to sit and feed the ducks and swans that live in the park lakes. Each holiday lodge is well sited and private with parking beside and the forest that the lodges are sited in is a haven for wildlife - lots of birds and squirrels. A lovely park that my Wife and I aim to visit again very soon. Mr B from Wooton-Under-Edge
Fresh air, wildlife, views, walks - pure escapism! Four days of pure relaxation - we parked the car on the Monday and didn't touch it again until the Thursday - heaven!! Mrs S from Weston-Super-Mare

The location was nice and quiet and the lodge was very spacious. Mr H
Excellent for a quiet restful holiday. Mr B
A wonderful setting with wildlife all around. Peace, quiet and a spacious lodge with fantastic views into the tree tops. I would recommend Nant yr Arian on the A44 going to Aberystwyth if you are a competent cyclist, or if like me who only cycles down the canal towpath go for a walk round the lake and watch the red kites feeding, and there is an animal hunt for the kids, a great cafe and an adventure playground. A good location for travelling around with plenty of attractions in the area from castles to animal parks, and we even went to the Dan-yr-Ogof Show Caves in the Brecon Beacons which was a fantastic day out and very good value for money as you get 10 attractions in 1 ticket - well worth the drive and not theme parky at all. Mum and Dad loved it as much as our 8 year old daughter! Mrs M from Leeds

A really nice location with lovely views, lots of wildlife, and a great pub for Sunday lunch 5 minutes down the road (3 Horseshoes). Miss S from Pontypool
It's a beautiful location away from it all. I've never stayed somewhere so peaceful as this, and I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to get away with no one to bother you.
