Excellent accommodation - small things like having beds made up on arrival make all the difference. Thought that Hoseasons might be a bit 'tacky' but you would never have even associated this park with a big holiday company. We spent a wonderful 4 days at Pen Y Garth Lodges. The site was lovely and peaceful with great views, and from the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a good central base for walking, cycling and sightseeing. There is nothing on the site except for a small children's play area, but Bala Lake is only half a mile down the (rather steep!!) hill and Bala itself another half a mile from there. The kids loved it (aged 6 and 2) and enjoyed watching the rabbits and even the odd fighter plane flying over!! We'd go back tomorrow!!!! Mrs H from Blackpool
