We stayed in a 3 bed chalet. . lots of space , very clean and quite. we didn't meet any staff as so cant comments on their helpfulness. By one recommendation would be for there to be a few more basics that you find in other holiday cottages , iron , ironing board, hair dryer & perhaps a soap , washing up liquid , soap ?
Martin from Milton Keynes (07 September 2018)

Lovely and quiet and bungalow well equipped. Maintenance could have been better e.g. Toilet seat that didn't stop up and lots of cob webs. This was all minor and would love to visit again.
Sharon from Colchestet (07 September 2018)

A lovely peaceful holiday village, would certainly return.
Trudy from Sudbury (31 August 2018)

Absolutely loved the bungalow, very spacious and lovely decorated.
Ali from Kettering (31 August 2018)

Really lovely quiet location and large clean attractive accomodation. very pleased!
April from Braintree (31 August 2018)

Bungalow was beautuful. Very clean and spacious, had everything needed, including white fluffy towels. sea view from the path at the front. My only negatives were the surrounding paths around the park were a bit of a mess. Obviously it's going through some upgrading and they are getting rid of old accommodation but noticed a lot of rubbish and old furniture etc. And a shame about the old entertainment lounge which I presume they are going to do this up so people can have some facilities on the park!!? I knew when I booked there wasn't anything on site but even a play area for kids and a cafe/bar would be a bonus. The lady in reception was lovely and all the staff we saw were very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and a perfect base to explore norfolk. Would defo book again.
Sara from Northampton (31 August 2018)

The lodge / caravan was nice enough inside, and the hot tub was a nice feature. But the whole site looked derelict. I was expecting building work, but not 50% site full of old crumbling buildings.
Stuart (31 August 2018)

Lovely stay in a 2 bedroom bungalow tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay . close to the beach and great walk down the coastal path
Sarah from South Killingholme (31 August 2018)

This is a very pleasant holiday village and the chalet was very comfortable. My only complaint with regards to the chalet was that it should be provided with proper bath sheets for the shower and not the small towels that were provided as these were just far too small. With regards the village, I would be very interested to return once it is all complete. I really feel that it needs a proper communal area like a bar/restaurant and also a swimming pool. I think this would help attract more people and encourage a more sociable atmosphere.
Alastair from Brentwood, Essex (27 August 2018)

Very nice lodge but very unsuitable for 6 people. We were aware there would be a pull out sofa which we had no problem with. But on the first night we found we had not been left any bed linen for it so this made for a very uncomfable first night! we also had only been left towels for 4 people. We had only 4 dining chairs and the patio set only seats 4 also. The 2 sofas only seats four so 2 people always had to sit on dining chairs.
Lesley from Woodbridge (27 August 2018)

Good
Jenny (27 August 2018)

Very nice , only thing would have been nice to have the use of a hoover as we had a dog and baby in the lodge , and having to pick up fluff with a broom and dustpan was not ideal
Tracey from Bedfordshire (27 August 2018)

Fabulous bungalow! beautiful beach. Lovely quiet, relaxing holiday. Thank you!
Amy (24 August 2018)

Lovely lodge with hot tub.friendly and approachable staff. Beach close by perfect for my dogs..would be limited what to do if weather not very good .a swimming pool be useful
Donna from Leicester (24 August 2018)

A very beautiful place to have a holiday! . shame there was no cafe like advertised though. As we had planned to use this for a few breakfast treats as the week went on! . the games room had a pool table that didn’t work however there was lots of sofa space, a tv and a large snooker table which were all free!
Kevin (24 August 2018)

Great location, accommodation excellent. I would love to go again soon.
Anne from Bingham (24 August 2018)

Lovely lodge, practically brand new. Very peaceful spot close to the beach. I’d definitely visit again.
Andrew from Bromsgrove (24 August 2018)

Excellent bungalow and surrounding area. Would definitely return. . only negative was no mirrors apart from bathroom so had to do hair without a mirror.
Tanya (20 August 2018)

Beautiful lodge with an amazing view. very comfortable and in an area with plenty to do
Janine from Leamington (20 August 2018)

This holiday village is very much a work in progress. There was no mention of it still being a building site when we booked with hoseasons. Our nice patio area was completely spoiled by a view of some hoarding which surrounded a row of derelict chalets, blocking a possible sea view. Such a shame as the bungalow itself was very nice, well decorated and well equipped for a family of 4.
Lara from Bedfordshire (20 August 2018)

Great bungalow, clean and tidy. Probably one of the better places I have stayed.
Stephen from Colchester (20 August 2018)

Brilliant comfortable bungalow very impressive. Nice site which will be lovely once developed. Only downside was the cliff edge with young children.
Emily from Maldon (17 August 2018)

I don't understand why this is advertised as a holiday village in the hoseasons collection. This is a private holiday park that sells homes and there is nothing on site. We collected our key from a key safe at the property and that was all the contact we had with anyone. The 1 bedroom bungalow was fine, apart from the bedroom being to small. There was no room down one side of the bed making it difficult for us to get in and out. We came home 1 night early as 3 nights was enough in a cramped bedroom.
Peter from Preston (17 August 2018)

It looked like a good deal. Although we understood when booking the site was not completely finished on arrival even the updated areas of the site were scruffy and badly maintained. The 2018 updated 2 bedroom chalet/bungalow was badly finished and very poorly furnished. The beds are cheap, short and uncomfortable. The furniture was badly put together with the laminate on the wardrobe door ripped. Mould growing where the shower leaked. The site is a short walk along the cliff path into the village but in the winter or dark evenings this would not be advised. Very disappointed, glad we had only booked a four night break. Not great value for money and would not return.
Jane from Lincolnshire (17 August 2018)

Lovely holiday bungalow, perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Cleaning could be much improved, very dusty, crumbs present on tables and previous occupants holiday paperwork was still in a drawer. Perfect location and beds were so comfy.
Lucie from Cambridgeshire (17 August 2018)

Great place to stay in a very good location for surrounding areas. Took the family and we all had an amazing holiday.
Darren from Leighton Buzzard (17 August 2018)

Indifferent to this place, accommodation was small and kids bedroom had no windows, prison cells have at least 1. Had to drive everywhere but end of day we kind of knew what we were getting. Still development so will get better. Kids loved the games room however, but that did little to solve my ‘i need a pint’ a small bar on site would be useful
Alison from York (17 August 2018)

Lovely holiday in a beautiful lodge. Facilities on site were adequate and we are keen to see the completion of the planned works when we revisit
Michael (13 August 2018)

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the village and beach via the lovely coastal path. . . very quiet on the site, great place for walking and relaxing. Already booked for next . . summer !
Lorraine from Stoke On Trent (10 August 2018)

Was very impressed with cleanliness of bungalow, well equipped and a decent shower. The site was still in the process of renovation but well maintained. It was only a short walk to mundesley (10 mins) along the cliff walk. . I thought the bungalow was value for money.
Jean from Kent (10 August 2018)

A perfect holiday for us! the bungalow was gorgeous and well equipped. We have had a difficult few months and mundesley is just what we needed. walk to the beach was a challenge, but we made it anyway. Great that the dog was allowed to come, he enjoyed his holiday also! . please don't spoil the place by putting a club or nightlife in the village.
John from Dover Kent (10 August 2018)

Had a great holiday in august, the bungalow was great clean and spacious, will definitely go back .
Claire from Bedfordshire (10 August 2018)

It was a lovely site to stay on, and beautiful walks to the beach and town and only 10minute drive to cromer. I would highly recommend, staff helpful and the accommodation was done to a high standard and clean and tidy on arrival x
Melanie from Mundesley (06 August 2018)

The bungalow was, very clean and well equipped. the bathroom’s were modern. the lounge and kitchen area were spacious . overall I would highly recommend this bungalow and I certainly would enjoy coming back
Patricia from Lincolnshire (06 August 2018)

Fabulous accommodation very modern and have everything that we needed for our stay ! beds very comfortable. Wifi a bit sketchy much to my children’s annoyance however didn’t bother us. The beach is beautiful and an ideal location to walk too along the coastal path the children loved being so close to the beach. . the only thing I would say is that there isn’t anything around to do for the kids apart from a little crazy golf in village. Although if you don’t mind driving there’s plenty around the area we had some lovely days out. . all in all a great place to stay as a base - would be ideal if had some evening entertainment on site and a bar!
Lisa from Wirral (06 August 2018)

Bungalow was a great size, large and spacious and well equipped. the only downside, the ensuite in the main bedroom would have benefitted from a shower, rather than just a toilet and sink, especially as the main bathroom was very large. Despite reporting the shower issue, and a very helpful gentleman trying to sort the issue, the shower unit really needed replacing rather than keep changing the boiler hot water temp.
Customer 36 from Bedford (03 August 2018)

The location was perfect, very quiet which was just what we wanted. . the site was only half finished but this didn’t both us but it will be lovely once all finished. The bungalow was warm, lovely, a great size and well equipped. The only downside that you allow pets in the bungalow’s, why as they have been refurbished to a high standard and dogs will ruin it! there was an un pleasant smell of dog every now and then and you would see a few stains of the carpet, where clearly there had been an accident. If I had known that dogs were allowed in the accommodation I wouldn’t of booked! this has put me off returning. Please, please do some pet free accommodation!!, then we would definitely be back.
Helen from Sevenoaks (03 August 2018)

Had a great time. Exceptional accommodation in a great setting. Loved the games room which we had virtually to our selves.
Ian from Coventry (03 August 2018)

Beautiful bungalow and location
Jennifer from Lincoln (03 August 2018)

Our journey took longer than expected and our arrival was in near darkness. we found it very difficult to find the unit allocated to us as the number was on the door and could only be seen when you stood in front of it. we only met the person responsible for sales on site but had a very helpful phone message from the site. reception was not manned on the three instances that I went there. The unit was lovely; themed decor, coordinated furnishing and lovely touches like a welcome dish of tea, coffee etc so that we could have a drink our first morning. I found the bed comfortable, easy access to the shower and en suite (i have mobility issues), but it would not have been wheelchair accessible. we would definitely stay again.
Nicky from West Berkshire (30 July 2018)

Good points: immaculately clean and well equipped. Rural setting. Bad points: i’m sure pictures on 2 bed bungalow aren’t, it’s no where near as big as it looks, especially the bedrooms, but perfectly adequate. No beach access, 10-15 minute walk back into mundesley. Didn’t speak to any staff so can’t comment on that.
Michael from Bedfordshire (30 July 2018)

A lovely place to chill out and relax felt at home from the moment we got there.a little work still to be done on the site.
Anthony from Walsall (27 July 2018)

Could,nt expect any more for our purchase price. Staff were extremely helpful and informative. Location was all that was described and expected. Very peacefull and very relaxing stay.would definitely consider a revisit in the future.
Steve from Romford (27 July 2018)

Nice lodge, park still being worked on so lots of temporary fencing up. only access into mundesley is via clifftop path so at night you really would not feel safe walking back. if walking back to main road into village there is no path so is a little dangerous. no member of staff to meet you and you were left to your own devices. before arrival you are sent a key code to release the key from the key safe on the gate of the lodge. no where to have a drink, even though on map it states lounge/games room and café, so please consider this.
Avril from Cambridgeshire (23 July 2018)

Very quiet and almost complete absence of facilities but you know what you are getting and if that's what you like, it's ideal. Good location, very close to the sea and some good walks and views. Chalet itself was comfortable - great wifi. Wife was disappointed with lack of mirrors, especially in bathroom.
Phil from Leicester (23 July 2018)

Very nice accommodation inside. will be great when whole site is fully completed being refurbished. short walk to beach and mundesley. lots of people with dogs like us.
Jane from Loughborough (23 July 2018)

When this site is finished it will be lovely
Customer 47 (23 July 2018)

Lovely place, didn’t see any staff, but didn’t need too. Games room was excellent, the bungalow was clean and ideal for a small family
Sarah from Mansfield (23 July 2018)

Lovely bungalow on a site that has been partly refurbished. we opened our curtains every morning to lovely sea views and the bungalow was lovely and comfy. some of the paths have yet to be finished but everywhere was kept clean and tidy. all the main facilities were a short picturesque walk to the village. Thoroughly enjoyed our chilled out relaxing stay.
Linda from Nottingham (20 July 2018)

Bungalow was fine but it was like being on a building site all the old chalets are in the process of being pulled down and it is certainly not disabled friendly there is no path to walk on only gravel chipping
Customer 50 from Leicester (20 July 2018)

We were very pleasantly surprised! very clean and spacious for just the two of us, plus puppy. Exceeding quiet and no noise or issues from the refurbishment. It does not affect the holiday whatsoever. Would highly recommend. The scenery is wonderful. You take a 2 minute walk outside and you are faced with the sea, and lots of blue sky. Little bit of a walk into the village, via the cliff top, but ok. I would say 10-15 minutes leisurely walk. Beach clean, people exceedingly friendly and helpful. I had the best rib-eye steak at the ship inn! worth a visit. Will certainly book here again. Both of us were more than satisfied with the accommodation and area!
Lorraine from Haverhill, Suffolk (20 July 2018)

Beautifully furnished and designed bungalow. well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. our only problem was that all the carpets were covered in black dog hairs. Maybe the housekeepers vacuum cleaners aren't up to the job. Shame because all the carpets were nearly new. It was a bit of a walk along the cliff top to get to the beach. not as near as we'd first thought but it was only a 10 minute walk. . . we would recommend to friends and family.
Lynne from Corby Glen (16 July 2018)

Site under redevelopment, will be excellent once completed.
Bob from Diss (13 July 2018)

Accommodation was far more luxurious than expected . we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate booking another holiday on this site.
James from Solihull (13 July 2018)

Real perfect location quiet and peaceful yet the village and other attractions not far away but you need a car. the bungalow had everything you would need and was spotless. will be booking again for next year.
David from Manchester (13 July 2018)

The accommodation was first class. That was the only good thing about the site. The new buildings were surrounded by old derelict buildings which were a real eyesore.surely these should been demolished before new builds.there were no facilities on site. It was also like staying at a dog boarding kennels as out of the 5 properties near me 3 had dogs with them. Which were often barking. So not very peaceful. I have nothing against dogs as I kept dogs for over 30 years but there is a time and a place. I never took mine on holiday with me.
Ken from Aldeburgh Suffok (13 July 2018)

The bungalows were very well decorated and homely. Nice you could take dogs. . didn’t see any staff during whole stay which wasn’t a problem. . no direct access to the beach which was a shame. . some of the site still being refurbished will be lovely when complete. . obviously a pool or hot tub option would have been great or somewhere to great a drink or snack but maybe all things for the future.
Carol from Leigh On Sea (13 July 2018)

Had a great time at mundesley holiday village which is located on a very peaceful part of the north norfolk coast amid lovely scenery. The village itself is a 10 minute walk away along the cliff top. The site itself is undergoing a certain amount of redevelopment, although this in no way impinged upon ourselves. The lodges themselves were of an exceptionally high standard, bring only around a year old. i’d certainly recommend and can see that we’ll make a return trip next year.
Paul from Whitstable (13 July 2018)

The bungalow was lovely, well laid out and everything we needed. . the reception staff were helpful and welcoming. However, during our stay there was an unexpected morning power cut, my partner went and found one of the groundsmen who said would go and find out what happened, he never returned to update us and we were without electric for over an hour. There are a lot of improvement works taking place on site which could have been the cause. . the site was in a great location for us as its just a 10 minutes walk to a lovely beach and a village with everything you need as well as lots of places to visit in driving distance. There aren't any facilities on site, other than a family games room, such as bar or shop but due to the near proximity of the village we didn't feel it was needed. . I would definitely consider booking another holiday there.
Emma from Stourbridge (13 July 2018)

Overall we had a nice holiday. The site its self was little too quite, there was a nice activity area, but when we wanted to use it in the evening it was shut. There were a number of derelict chalets by the car park, there were a little off putting, especially when we first arrived, I wondered what I had let myself and family in for.
Paula from Luton (13 July 2018)

Lovely, well-kept site. very peaceful and relaxing. many interesting places to visit within reasonable distance.
Sybil from Biggin Hill, Kent (13 July 2018)

Bungalow recently refurbished and it looks very good. However the mattress was too soft and needs replacing. A small shop on site would have been useful. Park is in the process of being updated and hopefully it will look good once completed. Situated in a nice area and easy to travel to near villages, towns and local attractions.
Caroline from Halesowen (09 July 2018)

Wonderful stay hoping to return later this year. Thank you
John from Bedfordshire (09 July 2018)

Fantastic lodge, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and serene just what I needed it to be - loved being there for the week.
Jo from Gillingham (06 July 2018)

The site offers nothing at all.. lot of refurbishing and rebuilding.. the old lodges and cabins still on the site.. car park right next to the lodge and one day a car parked right under the bedroom window.. the view from the window of the coast line was very impressive but unfortunately the other views were not very impressive.. didn’t feel we could sit on the patio as other visitors were often waling past. I thought the few days we stayed there were not really value for money
Susan from Trimdon Grange (06 July 2018)

Good points. . lovely bungalow with good beds, shower, kitchen and wi-fi. Good to have a washer dryer as well. . few negatives . . very well decorated but sofas were not very comfortable and fabric which is not very practical as pets are allowed in some bungalows. No matter what you do and the cleaning was excellent, there were still dog hairs.
Monica from Kent (06 July 2018)

Great location and well equipped bungalow.
Stephen (02 July 2018)

Wow what a gem of a find. The accommodation was fantastic and very spacious and well equipped. Location brilliant only a short walk into village and ship inn. Is you want a good beach walk go right from slipway for 4/5 miles and a good watering hole to have a beer for the walk back. If you take a trip to brancaster stop at the anchor inn for amazing fish and chips in blakney with a seal trip with temple boats a must. A great week in a lovely area. If you want a special meal visit the gunton arms.
Charles from Harrogate (02 July 2018)

This is a great location on the norfolk coast and only a few hundred metres to the the sea. Set just outside the very nice village of mundesley and only a short distance to cromer, sheringham and the norfolk broads this is ideal for sightseeing or just relaxing. It is also near to some great wildlife and nature reserves. The norfolk coastal walk is right on the doorstep so you can walk with ease into the village. The site is undergoing a transformation with major improvements and facilities due very soon. It is quiet and private and ideal for a getaway. The bungalow we stayed in (sheringham) was very well appointed and spotlessly clean.
Customer 69 from London (02 July 2018)

Had a lovely break and the accommodation was excellent. Would definitely go back.
Liza from Essex (02 July 2018)

Unfortunately there is a lot of building work going so the site looks unfinished and at times very noisy. Could not fault staff they were very helpful and polite. There was no club house but there was a tv lounge. It was a further than expected when the car was parked to walk with luggage to the bungalow although we managed i’m sure elderly or disabled might struggle
Tamar from Melton Mowbray (29 June 2018)

Excellent accommodation and services , and staff
Dan (29 June 2018)

Lovely bungalow, fantastic location.
Sarah from Lincolnshire (29 June 2018)

We had a wonderful time in our lodge. . we did have to request for our carpet to be hoovered again as there was a lot of dog hair on it - we then had the staff deliver us a hoover so we can do it ourselves! we don’t have a dog therefore not our dog hair so this was a little rude for us. . we raised another issue with the office which they took seriously which was good. . lodge was brand new and in great condition and we had a splendid holiday with our daughter.
Rebecca from Cambridge (25 June 2018)

The 2 bed bungalow was lovely with comfy beds , good size living area with excellent décor. there were just a few little niggles which took the edge off the accommodation from being "perfect" : - . the outside seating area needs to be paved instead of stones. Bathroom needs a shelf to place toiletries. For more elderly holidaymakers a handrail would be helpful in the shower. The corner of the bathroom floor was coming away from the wall ( concerns ants/ crawling bugs entering the property. perhaps a hairdryer in a bedroom too . as 3 ladies, we took it for granted there would be one. after all, we expected a kettle in the kitchen ( naturally not noted on items in kitchen ) so automatically thought a hairdryer in at least 1 bedroom. Having put that I called reception and quickly they popped a dryer round.. brilliant staff !
Denise from North Hykeham (25 June 2018)

Great location and accommodation. Would be nice to have a cafe/restaurant on site though
Michelle from Essex (25 June 2018)

Lovely ,quiet site with th wonde ful views along the coast. Bungalow was immaculate and well equipped. Would define rely book to go again.
Vivien (22 June 2018)

Had a great break lovely bungalow
John from Medway (22 June 2018)

Very comfortable accommodation in a great location for exploring north norfolk.
Linda (22 June 2018)

Bungalow was lovely all fresh and new plenty of room and well equipped. The walks on top of cliffs were wonderful views are magnificent. Only problem no shop for odd bits. This place will be a wonderful place for a quiet relaxing holiday when it is completely finished. We will return sometime enjoyed ourselves lovely place .
David from Hertfordshire (22 June 2018)

Lovely, modern, fresh bungalow. No shops on site and no restaurant, but we were prepared so it was not a problem. Peace and quiet was what we wanted what we got. Great clifftop walk for the dog. Great base for days out to cromer and great yarmouth.
Jane from Heysham (22 June 2018)

Lovely new accommodation a couple of teething troubles the only one my wife questioned no mirrors anywhere not even in the bathroom.but that was the top problem so very small and easy to solve.
Anthony from Halifax (22 June 2018)

A fantastic accommodation, very modern and well presented, cleanliness excellent, superb facilities for dogs with the enclosed field. Would definitely go again and have recommended to friends. thank you. . angela and david
Angela from Milton Keynes (18 June 2018)

Although this is a "work-in-progress" site it is coming along nicely. The location is great & the experience will be enhanced once all facilities are in place. Excellent accommodation with tasteful fixtures & fittings. Deserves to do well.
David (15 June 2018)

Location excellent base for sightseeing around the area
Marjorie from Nottingham (15 June 2018)

Loved it, had a wonderful time.
Michelle from Maldon Essex (15 June 2018)

The site was lovely apart from no shop or clubhouse and there was no way down to the beach.
Gillian from Campton, Shefford (15 June 2018)

A lovely time had by all, accommodation very clean, would definitely visit again. Unfortunately no direct access to the beach
Amanda (15 June 2018)

Nice, clean, good sized accommodation. Was very surprised at how good it was. Good location only downfall was the refurbishment going on, will be great when site is complete.
Harriet from Saffron Walden (11 June 2018)

Great place to stay. All local amenities. Quite seaside village?. we highly recommend.
Josie from Birmingham (11 June 2018)

My hoillday was grest thank you
Danny from Huddersfield (08 June 2018)

Lovely property although a very quiet site it suited my disabled partner and myself down to the ground.no body bothered us ,no dogs barking but we were able to see rabbits, deer, pheasants all wild in the vicinity.that was great as we live in a town.the property was clean and looked like all the furniture was new. We loved it.the surrounding area had lots to do.
Denise from Coventry (08 June 2018)

The bungalow we stayed in was the best I have stayed in. The accommodation was excellent. It had everything you needed. The games room was great however I feel that will be spoilt if it's not policed. We stayed there when it was just being refurbished and so was very quite which was lovely. The site needs some entertainment and the cliff top needs fencing off as I feel that's a tragedy waiting to happen. There are no clear warning signs of the sheer drop and there are some pathways that are misleading making you believe that you can get to the beach via them when in fact it's to the edge of the cliff.
Sharron from Sheffield (08 June 2018)

Beautiful bungalow, very clean and spacious and deco to a very high standard. Amazing price which included, all amenities included, dishwasher, washed dryer, tvs in all bedrooms and a on suite to the master bedroom. Although this holiday village is undergoing alterations this did not interfere with our stay and will be definitely returning again. Many thanks hoseasons for a great stay
Sheenagh from Shoeburyness (04 June 2018)

Peaceful location. clean and provided with everything needed for an enjoyable weekend. would book again
Susan from Wisbech (03 June 2018)

Such a wonderful holiday village. Although work is ongoing, the lodges themselves are incredible! . . the lodge we hired for the week was beautiful. Modern, airy and stylishly decorated. It was the perfect luxury home from home!
Emma from Wednesbury (01 June 2018)

A nicely located holiday home, which was beautifully decorated. . we were very close to the beach, and could easily walk to the local pub for a meal. . . . it was lovely and peaceful where we were, which was great.
Terry from Stanway/Colchester (01 June 2018)

We really enjoy our stay at mundsley holiday park. The bungalows were nice and well appointed. The children had great time playing with other neighbouring families. We liked being able to walk to the beach.
Claire from Matlock (01 June 2018)

As the site is unfinished the surroundings were not brilliant but for the price of the accommodation we have no complaints.
Sarah from Barnsley (01 June 2018)

When arrived was shown to bungalow which has a keypad lock outside with key inside. Large fridge freezer felt compact but cosy being only a 1 bed but had garden furniture outside and picket fence so had a bit of own space. Would recommend as the walks were lovely and also bright colours of the huts were different.
Elena from London (28 May 2018)

Well what can I say. This is a site which should not be taking holiday lettings certainly for this year. It's being hugely developed with builders banging and drilling constantly. Site is way down on my estimation of a 4* site. I was told the bungalow.. well I would call it a chalked had a dog proof front garden.. no it had gate but also had small wall in which any dog would jump over. you think you are by a lovely beach. Well it's a cliff top scenario in which you have to walk along a grasses area. Be very careful with young ones. Never again. Was totally misled and out pocket as only stayed 2 days out of five!!!!
Linda from Kent (25 May 2018)

The bungalow was stunning really clean well equipped love the little private garden perfect if you have dogs. Lovely 10 min walk down the coastal path to the beach and village, only one little problem no shop on site and not many shops in village.
Debbie from Anstey Leicester (25 May 2018)

Was there for 4 weeks yes there is building work going on but did not affect my time there at all ,all the staff working there are polite and very pleasant will go there again
Kelvin (25 May 2018)

Bungalow was excellent. everything you needed for your self catering holiday,. heating system amazing preset to temperature so you were lovely and warm at all times. only thing was there was no hook on the bathroom door for a bathrobe and I pointed this out to the very helpful staff and they said they would sort it out.
Jane from Lincolnshire (25 May 2018)

Well presented bungalow with very good furnishings. . beds very comfortable. Good kitchen facilities with a dish washer, washer and full fridge freezer. Particularly impressed with free netflix and free internet. Would recommend highly for couples. No facilities on site is a bit of a drawback but cromer only a short drive away.
Gary from Spilsby (25 May 2018)

We both had a lovely relaxing time 2weeks of peace and quite will be returning for peace ,place was lovely and clean nice staff 2
Elizabeth from Corby (25 May 2018)

We had a great time. Chalet was top quality the bed was a bit to hard everything else was perfect.great base to explore the area
Helena from Uxbridge (25 May 2018)

The accommodation was very good but sadly the surroundings were not. The site is clearly being reorganised and renovated but resembles a building site in parts. The site facilities were basic. . the furniture and fittings inside the unit were good although there was an issue with an extending leaf on the dining table, which kept collapsing.
Sandra from Peterborough (21 May 2018)

Absolutely fabulous great accommodation loads of lovely walks will definitely be back again
Andrew from Boston (21 May 2018)

Had a great 3 feat break. Lovely bright clean property.. perfect for a family getway in norfolk.
Theresa from Kirby In Ashfield (21 May 2018)

We had a lovely time, only downside was size of single beds which were quite narrow
Kim from Ipswich (18 May 2018)

We enjoyed our holiday there
Alfreda from Northampton (18 May 2018)

The lodge we stayed in was almost brand new so very clean and tidy. Spacious layout, walk-in wardrobe was a bit of luxury. The site was quiet despite a bit of work still going on but it didn't effect us at all. Lovely location, great local chip shop. we'd recommend it.
Matthew from Rainham (18 May 2018)

Lovely location..overall park is well maintained, clean and well kept. The apartments are a good size, furnished nicely unfortunately apartment wasn’t so clean, cobwebs on cobwebs and we had to wash everything (plates, cutlery etc) before using as they were so dirty! I also weeded the front garden!!!!
Debbie from Lowestoft (14 May 2018)

Nice relaxing long weekend with my wife and daughter.
Louis from London (14 May 2018)

Great for a little get away with your pet. The bungalow was lovely and clean .short walk to the beach. Pleasant surroundings.
Joanne from Whitwick Coalville (11 May 2018)

The holiday lodge was fabulous, we were a bit nervous of our two dogs muddy paws as the site is under construction, therefore wet muddy paws also due to the rain for the whole duration, however good news due to plenty of towels being supplied for us, we were able to use towels we bought with us to lay on the floor and to dry them before entering the room. Also the lodge being a home from home had a washing machine enabling us to wash the towels daily. . will be a great site once construction work has been completed.
Patricia (30 April 2018)

We had a lovely peaceful 4 night break
Toni from Essex (27 April 2018)

Offer came up last minute, so grabbed it and was great value for money and lucky.to have fabulous weather also.
Lisa from Ipswich (23 April 2018)

Lovely beach staff so helpful and friendly would love to live there
Paul from Kent (23 April 2018)

Site will be nice when fully developed
Susan from Rushden (20 April 2018)

Susan from Rushden (20 April 2018)

Excellent base to see north norfolk. A very quiet site not for those looking for a bar or club facilities. Bungalow well equipped. This was our fourth time staying here and would come again.
Mandy from Stowmarket (16 April 2018)

A very nice holiday bungalow well furnished and we were lucky that it was new and all the furnishings were spotless. our only problem was the heating and hot water kept cutting out, but the staff were able to sort this out for us/
Anne from Norfolk (16 April 2018)

Enjoyable first stay at mundesley holiday village. Our bungalow was comfortable and well presented. . I do feel that the park should keep some of the accommodations pet free as the carpets had visible dog hair on them. Although there is obvious building work going on with the refurb it did not affect our break as we stayed fri-mon. A children’s outdoor play area could be a nice addition to add to the site. Will definitely stay again!
Emma (16 April 2018)

A fantastic place if you want peace and quiet. local village is lovely, with a beautiful, simple beach. the site is still under construction and there is is a lot of building work and improvement going on. I'm sure once that is finished it will be even better.

Lovely place, will be fantastic when completed, cottage very nice clean and comfortable
Martyn from Knaresbrough (13 April 2018)

Constant smell of sewage in our bungalow. Friendly warden staff, no reception as such just a sales office. Nothing much on site except games room.
Aaron from Eastbourne (13 April 2018)

First class, new accommodation, couldn’t fault it. . the location is very peaceful and close to the beach. The only down side is perhaps the ongoing building work surrounding the new lodges, not a very pleasant view.
Fiona from Cambridge (13 April 2018)

A perfect place to get away. Some areas still being renovated but that didn't impact our stay at all. Lovely modern lodges, location perfect for coastal walks and 10 mins to a fab local pub with great food and a gin menu. Couldn't fault it.

It felt like the refurbishment had been a bit rushed as the finishing touches were sloppy. one of the kitchen cupboards hadn't been built properly which was disappointing as the kitchen was of a high standard it included a dishwasher, washer dryer, wine cooler which had a loose handle & a built in fridge freezer. the cupboard door wasn't fastened to the freezer door either. the 2 bedroomed bungalow we were in was in a block of 6 & was at the back. we went out one evening & when we returned the outside lighting was so poor we had to use the torch on a mobile phone. luckily I had left the outside light on otherwise we would never have found the right bungalow . the dining table & chairs had only been put together by hand they were so loose they couldn't have seen a screwdriver. the sofa was very low & extremely uncomfortable luckily 1 of my teenage daughters didn't come with us as you would never fit 4 on it. because the bungalow was in a block 2 of the rooms had no windows, the bathroom & the 2nd bedroom. the 2nd bedroom was very claustrophobic & my daughter would only sleep in there with the door open. there was a large wardrobe in the master bedroom which we couldn't use as there were no coat hangers in it. Positives the white goods in the kitchen were excellent. I managed to do 3/4 of my washing before I came home. the beds were comfy. the tv was a smart tv & I was able to use my netflix account. the wifi was excellent. the shower was excellent & the heating was simple to control. the holiday village was still being built & some chalets were waiting to be demolished. although we had a few problems with the bungalow we stayed in we still enjoyed our holiday. I just wished we had stayed in a larger bungalow.

Pleased with the accommodation and the location. Lovely beach just a few minutes walk. There is some building work going on so it will be nice to go back in a few months and see the finished result.
Janet from Leicestershire (02 April 2018)

Excellent location and first class accommodation. The whole site is being redeveloped and will be stunning when complete

Lovely lodge. well decorated with comfortable furniture. very spacious. will be back again later in the year.
Dorothy from Norwich (30 March 2018)

Would not stay here again. The holiday village is currently a building site and all we wanted to do was chill out but had constant construction noise and workers walking past our windows all day long. Whilst the accommodation is nice, is still needs to be finished in places especially in the shower room where the step needs tiles. We left a night early as we got fed up. Would not recommend. Gas ran out half way through and we had so much difficulty trying to contact someone to come change the gas. We thought a welcome booklet with instructions could have been helpful, for example if your gas runs out call this number..

Did not realise on booking that the place was in the middle of being built! but saying that, the location was lovely and everyone we came into contact with was great.

The village is undergoing a great deal of refurbishment. We stayed in march , so there was a great deal of work being undertaken. Hopefully this will be completed and the village will be fully functional. . the new accommodation look stunning. We stayed in a one bedroom dog friendly bungalow. This was extremely impressive and suited our needs. The shower was amazing. The location of the village is great. Direct access to a coastal path to mundesley about 10mins walk. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend the park for older couples and families
