Approached by a beautiful narrow cornish road and set in 7 acres of idyllic woodland valley between Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast. Leycroft Valley with its shallow stream, waterfall, a mill pond and an abundance of wildlife, flora and fauna is ideal for those who wish to relax in peace and quiet and is a beautiful base from which to explore Cornwall.
Beautiful walks and coastal paths unfold in the surrounding area, together with a host of tourist attractions and outdoor pursuits. Miles of sandy beaches, with excellent surfing, boating, boat charter, horse and pony riding, fishing, many lovely gardens, a cider farm and vineyard all within easy reach.
