A gorgeous place, lovely and clean and a quiet park with only 15 lodges - the interior of the lodge was exactly like photos on website. Lots of outdoor activities nearby, our 12 year old son loved the sailing and windsurfing we had booked for him 5 minutes down the road. Great for dogs as they are allowed in the lake opposite the lodges, and there is plenty of fishing in the anglers lakes to the right of the lodges if that is your thing. Exactly as it says in the brochure. A family run park with friendly staff, great food and amazing surroundings. The pictures in the brochure are spot on, all lodges have exactly the same decor, and the cleanliness was top standard. This is a perfect break if you want peace and quiet, and it is brilliant for taking dogs as it is very pet friendly. A luxury Scandinavian lodge, well equipped and very spacious and comfortable, set amongst a group of similar lodges but not overlooked. There was direct access to the lake including a wide well cut grassy sward. The lake had interesting wildlife and a flat well tended footpath surrounding it.
