This is a perfect holiday for the family. It has lots to offer and caters brilliantly for children of all ages. The pebble beach is great fun with the clear sea, and there are lots of rock pools to explore at low tide. The whole park was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful sea views from our Otterton caravan, a good indoor pool for rainy days, a large amusement arcade with pool tables, air slammers and soft play area and a fun crazy golf course. The accommodation was amazing and the best I have stopped in. The luxury of the hot tub made it all that more special. The views were superb, waking up in the morning to open the blinds and see the sea was breathtaking. The location in Devon is great to get around and go sight seeing without being too far to travel. Ladram Bay is a good location for a holiday. The accommodation was clean and modern and very comfortable. The swimming pool was a reasonable size and safe for children. Really enjoyed the walks to Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton along the coastal path. Staff at the site were all very helpful and pleasant. I thought the shop was well stocked and not too expensive.
