The drinks in the bar were far too expensive and so we did not go.
Carol from Leeds (20 April 2018)

Excellent as always, will be back again next year.
Rebecca from Cardiff (20 April 2018)

Fantastic. all facilities beautifully clean. very impressed with caravan and dining areas. . would certainly recommend for a holiday in this location
Christine from Leicestershire (20 April 2018)

Holiday was brilliant
Kelly (16 April 2018)

Lovely location and clean, pleasant accommodation
Melissa (13 April 2018)

The grandchildren enjoyed the break, as long as their happy that's all that matters.
Ann from West Midlands (09 April 2018)

The caravan was extremely clean and tidy with plenty of storage and equipment. The kids entertainment areas were adequate for a fine summer day but were not enough for everyone to use on a horrible cold wet day. But all in all a well run site. The food was tolerable in the restaurant but improvements could be made there.
Jane (02 April 2018)

This is the second family holiday we have spent at kiln park. This time due to the time of year we upgraded to a prestige to allow earlier check in along with a slightly bigger caravan and the luxury of central heating and double glazing. We were greated by friendly staff on arrival who showed us on map where our van was and appropriate parking. The facilities we were already familiar with as well as some of the activities available on site. During our stay we attended the kids evening entertainment which they loved and took part in - even winning a prize. The pool is lovely and warm and brilliant for really young children too with the segregated shallow area and slide for children over a metre. The beach is a short walk and tenby isn’t too far if you like walking (or your kids do). there is a path or you can enjoy a stroll along the beach. Activities are available some being free others that are chargeable, again the kids attended a couple of these that they enjoyed. Other attractions are not far away by car and within a very short distance your holiday can accommodate lots of days out to places. The caravan was clean and perfect for our requirements with a large fridge freezer to help store the weeks groceries. We did eat out a couple of times and the fish and chips on site are well worth getting for a chippy tea. I would definitely go back again. One gripe would be parking. This can be quite limited when busy and the spaces are quite tight for kids getting in and out of cars.
Shane from Wrexham (31 March 2018)

What a lovely holiday all staff were help full a bit pricie in the shop but other wise really good holiday
Judith (26 March 2018)

Took my son her for his 5th birthday and he really enjoyed himself! third visit here and definitely won't be the last! restaurant is a bit pricey though.
Briony from Swansea (23 March 2018)

Great park, great area, close to a beautiful beach. Real value for money. I highly recommend
Christina from Birmingham (16 March 2018)

Had a great holiday with the family to help celebrate my 63rd birthday
William from Cardiff (03 November 2017)

It's a really lovely lively park set in a beautiful location. It was clean and tidy. The walk to the beach is really handy. We loved the park and would return.
Samantha from Poole (27 October 2017)

Great accommodation but a bit pricey for the activities. . their entertainment was however disappointing to say the least.
Joseph from Oxford (27 October 2017)

Easy access to beach and tenby via a footpath along golf course or on beach. Nice swimming pool
Karen from Broadway (27 October 2017)

Really lovely place, staff were helpful. Just lack of time to fit everything in.
Samantha from Swindon (27 October 2017)

Great.
David from Leigh (14 October 2017)

We found the park facilities to be average but enjoyed the restaurant. One negative was that the caravan was at the edge of the park and to reach onsite facilities we had to walk on the road, this was not ideal with a 4 month old. Staff not particularly friendly but this may be due to it being the end of the season. . . location excellent to explore tenby and surrounding area
Lianne from Hereford (13 October 2017)

Very nice and clean park. Plenty to do even late in the season. Staff very friendly, and the entertainment crowd worked very hard, put on a very good show too. I will recommend the park to my friends and relations.
Michael from Derby (06 October 2017)

Had a wonderful peaceful break. The park was very clean and it’s location to the beach and surrounding areas and sights was brilliant. the caravan was modern and comfortable.
Sylvia from Sutton In Ashfield (29 September 2017)

Lovley holiday . . would go back. . the beach is the best I have seen in britain
John from Maidstone (22 September 2017)

Very nice caravan, clean and well equipped. My only gripe was that there was no teapot, when I queried this I was told they did not supply them because people nicked them, very strange.
Barbara from Perth (22 September 2017)

In general it was good.there were far too many caravans on the site though.the staff were very good and the facilities were good.the location was excellent.sadly the site was flooded.not a good place for people of our age 65+.
Ian from Northwich Cheshire (22 September 2017)

Over all it was ok couple of issues but it was ok
Michael from Penygroes (15 September 2017)

It was a lovely caravan park, the park had lots to do, staff were brilliant. The caravan was nice it was let down by a strong smell of stale urine in the toilet, cleanliness was like a lick and a promise. But overall lovely location and lots to do
Stuart from Knighton (15 September 2017)

Path to beach poor for push chairs and small kids walking there. Fish and chip shop, you had to wait every time for them to be cooked. I waited once 30 mins, thats rubbish. Kids play ground poor. Music for kids so called disco, way way too loud for them and they go to hear music to dance too. Not staff dressed up in clothes and shouting stupid words about things the kids will not understand the story. No disco just staff ranting on about nothing.
Roy from Doncaster (09 September 2017)

Caravan was a long way from the centre of the park and path to the beach unlike our previous visits. Caravan was damp and gas fire left a gassy smell and I have been unwell since returning home. was disappointed as previous visits were excellent.
John (08 September 2017)

We booked late and picked the last week of the school summer holiday. Amazingly we had sunny weather all week so were really pleased. . the caravan was supposed to be a deluxe dog friendly one but was basic and disappointingly was not very clean. . . window latches were broken or dysfunctional and the kitchen tap was faulty. . . the fridge freezer was inadequate for a family of 4 never mind the 8 persons the caravan could accommodate. The tv was also too small. . it was handy to have 2 toilets and the shower was great. . facilities on site were good - we used open air and indoor pools, arcade, skittles, bar and entertainment venue. All were ok but entertainment was amateurish. . we did not purchase food on site. . the site was clean and despite being busy was quiet. . . we walked our dog along the beach which was easily reached. However my elderly parents found access impossible and we saw many young parents struggling with buggy's. This needs to be made clearer for families booking in future and access should be improved. . the site is well placed for tenby and many local attractions. We were never at a loss for something to do. . . overall we had a great time and would recommend this site.
Helen from Ivybridge (01 September 2017)

We had a lovely new caravan, location was good, quite but not too far from all the activities. The settings of the park is very pretty a short walk to the sandy beach and tenby town.
Jennifer from Cheltenham (28 August 2017)

Very busy especially with cars going far too fast around the park. Noisy wouldn't stay again, too expensive for what it is, not worth it
Susan (26 August 2017)

The park has a pleasant look and feel and the staff we encountered were all helpful and friendly. The location was perfect as its so close to the beach and a nice walk into tenby if you dont mind the odd hill. . . the shop onsite is well equipped although overpriced and the food on sale of relatively poor quality. . . we ate out most nights however decided we would stay on site on the last night. The menu is varied and the harbour lights restaurant/pub is nicely done out with plenty of tables. Unfortunately the food was not very nice at all when it came. The burger was the worst I have had in many years and I left most of it.
Louise from Manchester (25 August 2017)

Considering we paid over a lot of money for 1 week at kiln park, we were totally un happy with the caravan we were given. It needed a good clean for starters, dust was everywhere, all the kitchen cupboards were sticky and the waredrobe drawers needs to be cleaned. The carbon dioxide alarm went off which gave us a fright, the tv didn't work for 4 days. I've a 20 month old baby that loves cbeebies!. the microwave was disgusting. To be fair we complained whilst there and most things got sorted and we were given a small amount in a voucher to spend on site.
Zoe from Staffordshire (25 August 2017)

Really enjoyed the place, caravan was great, lots of things to do on site and off.
Ralph (25 August 2017)

The caravan was spotlessly clean upon arrival but initially we were sent to a caravan that was already occupied. The toilets in the bar areas both upstairs and downstairs were very poorly kept and not only dirty but often lacking in toilet paper, particularly late in the evening. The pizza outlet was great in quality but very poorly understaffed. loved the pizza delivery option..very good on a rainy night!. it would be good to have a complimentary shuttle bus going into tenby during the day and evening as parking is a nightmare in the height of season and sometimes it's not practical to walk along the beach/paths into town if elderly or young guests in the party.
Catherine from Dartford (19 August 2017)

Great location, lovely beach, but we were at the entrance to the park right next to a noisy petrol station. Lots of noise at night.
Andrew from Oswestry (18 August 2017)

Great location but caravan I was staying was very old, sofa had lots of stains and dirty. Only place where you can get internet connection is the restaurant which is not that close to the caravan.
Dewan from Clevedon (18 August 2017)

Nice quiet location for our 'van. Well appointed accommodation.
Kevin from Cardiff (14 August 2017)

It was the first holiday we've been on where the site, facilities and caravan were better than they appear on the website. The images online don't do it justice. It is leagues above a normal site. The entertainment area, especially the restaurant and bar area are stunning. The section with the entertainment is upstairs so you don't have to join in. We sat at the bar ordering food while the kids went up. The beach is beautiful and a great walk into tenby. Highly recommend
Jessie from Kingswinford (12 August 2017)

Love kiln park. Been comin here for over 25 years. So many happy memories
Dawn from Yardley (11 August 2017)

Had a lovely holiday
Clare from Maesteg (04 August 2017)

The caravan was a bit dirty and they were all very close together with no outdoor seating. People left rubbish under the caravans and there was stuff scattered underneath ours when we arrived. Looked very messy.
Stephanie from Shrewsury (04 August 2017)

Superb. Staff could be more enthusiastic though.
Amy (29 July 2017)

We had a great time with plenty to do. Only wished we could stay longer. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!
Rachel from Ross On Wye (28 July 2017)

We stayed at the kiln park caravan centre in tenby. We had great facilities on the premises for all the family with plenty to entertain the children all day. Our caravan was spacious and modern with comfortable beds the extra toilet was a real bonus for larger families. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach and close enough to also walk to the town centre which really is worth a visit with plenty of shops and places to eat out. It has breath taking stunning views across the bay and is really one of the most beautiful places I have visited. We also had a lovely day trip to folly farm which is close by. Well worth a stay I highly recommend it.
Paul from Reading (24 July 2017)

Great holiday. So much to do.
Gillian from Warwick (21 July 2017)

A bit disappointed no balcony attached to cara
Colin from Swansea (03 July 2017)

All though the caravan was of high standard the cleanliness of the caravan was of a very low standard the cushion covers were filthy the same with the crockery and cutlery it all needed washing before we were able to use it there was ants all in a wardrobe that my grand kids used. Having said that yes I would go again
Katie from Hereford (30 June 2017)

Overall the site is good. The caravan was a three bed which makes the bedrooms far too small. As for the television i've seen bigger smartphones ridiculous the cost of a larger one would be very small. And why is there nowhere where we can have a drink and take our dog !!!!
Lynn from Essex (26 June 2017)

We take our 4 , aged between 3-8 on holiday each year at the same time. This year we chose hoeseasons kiln park, the caravan was lovely, very clean and everything we needed. I was a bit surprised to get there and find it as actually haven holidays. We have been with haven previously and really enjoyed i,t but we wanted something different. We booked the top of the range caravan which was supposed to have added extras for example welcome pack in caravan which we did not get. But our biggest disappointment was the lack of restaurants and the waiting time for food in the only place to eat in as a family and have a meal, we arrived on the monday and it was around 8oclock when we went to eat, we were told there was an hour wait for food,so because we had 4 young children we got fish and chips and went to the live lounge to eat which wasnt a good idea as it was quite dark. So the following night we went early at 6pm we chose our food and placed our order at 6.05 we were not told any waiting times but the restaurant was certainly a lot quieter than the night before, however at 7pm still no signs of our meal,at this point I asked a waitress who told us we should have been advised that there was an hour wait, at 7.05 they told us it would be 10 mins, eventually at 7.25 our meals finally arrived stone cold. I asked to see the manager who apologised saying there was just one chef and that meals were cooked fresh to order, there was no way ours was, because it was cold,by this time we had 4 very hungry very tired children and a complete waste of £56 pounds. This was a bit of a let down for our holiday because our next night we had no where to go out to eat, this is part of our holidays, because of this a don't think we would return to kiln park in the future.,,
Susan from Blackpool (02 June 2017)

Really enjoyed the weekend, site very pleasing, staff very friendly. Accommodation was clean and welcoming. Seems a bit pricey, but we understand that holiday companies exploit people on bank holiday and peak periods.
Wayne from Bridgend (29 May 2017)

Had an excellent time here with the family. The park has everythin we needed to keep the kids entertained and was nice and close to tenby town centre. We will be staying again
Shaun from Oxford (29 May 2017)

Great holiday park the staff mainly security team went out of their way to help a member of my party with mobility problems , helping her get to and from the entertainment centre well done kiln park most definitely stay again .
Ceri from Ebbw Vale (22 May 2017)

We stayed with our grandchildren for the weekend. the pool was excellent also the park and play area. our grandchildren are 6 and 2 and they thoroughly enjoyed. would most denintely stay again
Susan from Porth Rhondda Cynon Taff (15 May 2017)

Great bank holiday break, lovely helpful staff. need more screens in sports bar. Beautiful site. Good facilities. Will return.
Kirstie from Bristol (01 May 2017)

Would not have picked the caravan though as it is very dated for the price would like a more newer one with plenty of bathroom shower space far to small for family , prefer with decking came straight off the grass into van bring in wet grass , only had broom for sweeping up , bedroom too small for double bed .
Alec from Chepstow (21 April 2017)

Caravan was great. Entertainment in evening felt poor. Queues at the bar were ridiculous in the evenings and at busy times..you need to employ more staff. We stayed over the easter weekend. Good location into tenby though.
Jackie from Leamington Spa (17 April 2017)

Not enough staff in restaurants and bars, queues were just too long every night
Michael (17 April 2017)

We visited out of season, and found it all very relaxed .we didn't use the entertainment complex,as the closeness to the beach was ideal for lovely relaxing walks.
Hilary from Malvern (07 October 2016)

Best caravan I have stopped in. Would definitely use again.
Tracey from Kettering (16 September 2016)

My family live in milford haven, I moved away 28 years ago , kiln park is a family friendly place to take the family, I have using this holiday park for the past 10 years, we have always enjoyed our stay, the on site facilities are all reasonably priced, we already booked to come back next year.
Customer 60 from Lowestoft (10 September 2016)

We have been visiting tenby for 40 years, however, we have not stayed at kiln park since the mid 80s (just after you had the indoor pool and complex built). at that time you had two night venues and a ramp that led up to the upper club room and we stayed a few times during that time (4-5 holidays) with our family. . on this occasion, we were back to a couple again. The caravan was good, clean and could not find any major problems. . the club complex itself had some changes since we were last there but was fine. . general opinions were:. •it all looked a little tired but this may have been the end of the season. •the pool was fine but more changing rooms were needed. •there seems far too much space allocated to catering! there was a big room plus several cafes etc. . •an adult only room/club might have been a good idea with the space available and possibly a sports bar?. •the entertainment was underwhelming, but again this could have been due to it being the end of the season?. I am considering coming back to kiln park in a few years’ time in which we will need 3 – perhaps 4 caravans. Do you have cabins? …and do you have any deals for larger bookings?
Keith (09 September 2016)

Overall good but entertainment was all for children and nothing for adults and food expensive and nothing to talk about
Clare from Chessington (03 September 2016)

Caravan was lovely and clean. My young son unlocked the door and his first words were 'wow'! lots of things there to keep children entertained.
Sarah from Barry (02 September 2016)

The caravan was dirty and located on the junction of two main roads so there was always someone walking or driving past. Nowhere to sit outside the caravan. came back to caravan one afternoon and groundsman was cutting grass right outside windows. next day they were moving caravan next door followed by digger working on plot. Following day they put a concrete base down. appreciate these jobs needed doing but not very relaxing. Not much consideration for guests. Could these jobs not have waited until van was empty.
Lynne (02 September 2016)

We needed to change our caravan and the staff were amazing! lovely resort, lovely location and brilliant staff xxx
Teressa (02 September 2016)

The caravan was lovely and clean. . visited the outdoor pool, it's a shame that you are only allowed a drink in the very confined bar area. surely it could be extended to the area just outside by the glassed area around the pool? especially, if plastic glasses were used!
Joan from Seansea (29 August 2016)

Caravan was disgusting, bird excrement caked on windows, mould on curtains, table no cover and filthy, fire broken, grill in oven broken, caravan damp. When. I showed management they were embarrassed how bad it was. We received compensation, well an offer was made and two weeks later no money has arrived. The kids club needs air conditioning, it's too hot (unless the purpose is to make you drink more?). on the plus side the location was fantastic with good access to the beach.
Robert from Northampton (29 August 2016)

Family really enjoyed the whole experience we didn't want to leave
Rachel from Aberdare (13 August 2016)

Enjoyed the holiday. for improvement, would like to see a larger 'soft play' area for young children/toddlers. . the location to the beach is superb & tenby one of the best beaches we have visited. would prefer if prices were not inflated in school holiday time. I work in a school & have to take holidays out of term time. . . thank you.
Yvonne from Shrewsbury (12 August 2016)

We had a great time, the caravan was very clean and fresh lots to do for everyone and within walking distance from tenby and beach. Peaceful in the evening and very child friendly we would like to stay again soon. . the dog had a great time too and it was very dog friendly.
Alison from Llanberis (12 August 2016)

Excellent family holiday. Couldn't fault anything.
Cecilia from Bolton (05 August 2016)

The children loved it,good swimming pool, clean caravan, food in restaurant good if a bit pricey but other than that we would go again.
Darren from Gilwern (05 August 2016)

Had a wonderful holiday with my husband, daughter and two grandchildren 8yrs and 11yrs. Plenty for kids of this age to do. Indoor swimming pool was great when it rained, but kid also went in the outdoor pool (heated) and on the beach sea despite some typical welsh coastal drizzle. We were able to walk along the beach into tenby a charming little seaside town and get in some souvenir shopping.
Estelle from Swindon (05 August 2016)

We booked the prestige caravan which was lovely. . staff replied quickly when asked a question via their text message service and a maintenance man was at the caravan within 10 mins. . only downfall, no wifi service. 3g signal is non-existent at the park so it would be nice to have had an option of a free wifi service, especially as it's 2016! . . otherwise a lovely little break.
Susannah from Ashford (18 July 2016)

We holidayed in tenby numerous times when the children were younger, so it was very convenient for us to renew our association with the area by staying at kiln park. A problem with the sofa-bed (discovered by cleaning staff), was rectified promptly. The staff were very helpful and friendly and if the weather had been more amenable, we might have used more of the facilities. Overall, the amenities were good with the shop being ideal for just about every eventuality.
Christopher from Tewkesbury (11 July 2016)

This is a beautiful location, however, only suitable for families with small children. the facilities for young children are excellent. . for older people there was no entertainment and the caravan was very basic with not much comfort, no carpet, and there were not even any chairs to sit outside!!
Richard from Christchurch (17 June 2016)

We brought our dog with us to kiln park and although dogs are allowed it was very restricted where we were allowed to be with him and different staff had differing rules.our holiday on the whole was otherwise very enjoyable.
Rosemary from Maesteg (11 June 2016)

We had a great time! on arrival we were quickly checked in and got an unexpected free bottle of sparkling wine. The caravan was clean, tidy and big! we had a great em suite bathroom and central heating which came in handy for those rainy days in may. The only downer was that the children's entertainment went on till 9pm which is ok for young children aged over 5 but no good for a toddler and a grandmother wanting to play bingo. The walk to the beach is no good for a pushchair but the path into tenby town is great and a lovely walk past the golf course. Overall, we loved it!
Samantha from Walsall (20 May 2016)

Loved the caravan in very nice spot

Chloe in the restront was a credit to the park very helpful professional and made customers welcome. Entertainment was more for children and not taking adults needs into consideration even after 9pm main event was good on the saturday night but again entertainment staff made it more for children by directing them on the dance floor although the band was playing good dance music but unable to dance due to children and entertainment staff dominating the dance floor.

Overall a nice park. The pool changing and showers could do with a tidy up as a little grubby. Ps tell the show dancers to slow down they are trying to move way to fast and it detracts from the show.also people in the show are mot as shown on advertising.

Susan from Hebden Bridge (18 September 2015)

Having not been to tenby for 40+ years we decided to have a trip down memory lane and were not disappointed. Caravan & site well maintained and very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very pleased with facilities, can't fault our weeks holiday. Lovely walks, clean beaches and beautiful scenery, tenby town was so pleasant, quirky and a pleasure to explore. One gripe was the seagull mess on tables in the outside sitting area at the entertainment centre. Food at the restaurant was good but drinks expensive, couldn't fault the staff who were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Security staff at entrance kiosk assuring and welcoming. Spa shop well stocked but could do with more choice of goods especially vegetarian options. Thank you all for a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

We felt the kids entertainment were on abit too early in evenings especially if you've been out all day on a trip and need to eat before you go out.

Facilities at kiln park are very good and it is situated in a good location closer to the beach but I think it is over priced
Elizabeth (14 August 2015)

I took my grandchildren in one caravan and my son and daughter in law with my other grandchildren in another caravan. the children had a fantastic time, and the beach and facilities were wonderful. a bit pricey in the clubhouse, but the little ones enjoyed the shows. tenby is lovely and I would definitely go there again.

Great place, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and surroundings. However, we were really disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. It was called deluxe 3, but nowhere near the standard of the accommodation we had on our first visit to kiln park a few years earlier.

Lovely location with really helpful staff. Some entertainment good but not enough for little ones. Pool complex and outside pool was great but not enough changing facilities. Indoor play was very small and tatty. Outside park did not have enough for under 4's. Very poor and limited wifi. Caravan was really nice and clean

Swimming pool very small, slide didn't excite a 5year old who loves water parks. Staff were at best unhelpful mostly unfriendly. Service very poor in entertainment lounge and bar, tables were not cleared or wiped - all sticky. When asked for it to be wiped came with a dry cloth!

Everywhere was very clean and employees could be seen picking up any litter (very little) . at any time of the day. the pools, the shop and restaurant were operated by very helpful staff. I would certainly recommend the park to friends and family. It was a very pleasant walk into tenby by the beach or the path at the side of the golf course.

My husband is disabled and whilst we did not need a "disabled" caravan we needed a caravan that we could park our car next to as his walking was very impaired and we also needed to be near the facilities. whilst the request was not guaranteed by the staff at the time of booking, they did their best and it was excellent. we could not have been any closer. the caravan was beautiful and we would recommend this site.

Swimmimg pool changing rooms were clean but not enough of them and only 2 toilets in changing room is not enough. Some bar staff were friendly and excellent service , while one was not good at all. a great holiday place close to beach and caravan clean and good condition. We would book again as kids loved it. Tenby is a lovely place.

The caravan was in a lovely part of the park only problem with it was it was very cold there were no heaters in the van except the fire in the lounge
Alice from Llangwm Haverfordwest (27 March 2015)

The caravan was not clean. Despite the cleaner actually letting us in, it was still full of animal hair, dust and overall unclean. Weather was fab which was the only reason we stayed but next time will complain or leave!
