Kielder Water is a fantastic site for those looking for peace and relaxation in a stunning location. Very family friendly, and perfect for those looking for a holiday that connects them with the outdoors. Our three children loved going out on their bikes and on the ferry that connects the visitor centers around the reservoir, whilst the on site facilities were safe enough for them to enjoy without too much supervision - the great play area small pool being a definite favourites.
Mrs K from York

Lovely site with fantastic accommodation and lots to do if you like the great outdoors. Have been to this site three times in the two years and am looking forward to booking a break here again.
Mrs T from Hull

Excellent accommodation, beautiful countryside. Brilliant for families and close to Newcastle.
Mr R from Lauder

An excellent short break enjoyed by 3 generations. A spacious yet warm lodge, very relaxing and peaceful yet enough to keep the children busy, all staff were very hospitable and good facilities to dine out on site.
Mrs M from Leeds

The fabulous Bird of Prey Centre was fantastic, and we wish we were there for the Winter Wonderland festivities. Beautiful surroundings, lots to see and do and the lodge was terrific!
Mrs D from Girvan

The lodge was excellent and the location was brilliant.
Mr F from Prestonpans

We had a Tynedale Classic lodge and found it to be very spacious with both a shower room and a family bathroom which had a spa bath which the children loved, and a well equipped kitchen. You must visit the Kielder Bird of Prey Centre as the demonstrations enable you to join in - altogether a very relaxing time was had by all of us!
Mrs M from Glasgow

It was just a lovely, relaxing retreat.
Mrs W from Guisborough

A quiet park ideal for relaxing.
Mr M from Glenrothes

The standard of the fittings in the lodge were superb and it was very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kielder Water Lodges to anyone.
Mrs H from Newcastle Upon Tyne

The holiday at Keilder was a great place to chill out. The scenery is fantastic and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable. T he fact that we could take the dog made it more appealing - thank you for a wonderful break with friendly staff always on hand.
Miss P from Middlesbrough

I have visited the park twice now and it was a great experience both times. The staff are very helpful, the accommodation is very clean and it was a completely relaxing experience!
Miss H from Cramlington

A fantastic setting with wonderful accommodation.
Mrs S from Houghton-Le-Spring

The accommodation at Kielder Lodges was very very clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and for the money we were very pleased. Obviously the setting is spectacular as well and we loved the hide to watch the red squirrels.
Mrs H from Harrogate

Lots to do for all the family did not need to leave the keilder park was fantastic and relaxing.
Mrs M from Reigate

A fantastic week spent in a beautiful place in a luxury lodge, what more could you want?
Mrs S from Wirral

The lodge was beautiful and is in a lovely setting looking down on the lake.
Mr G from Edinburgh

A real get away from it all place in a stunning location and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could have stayed for a month and still found new things to do!
Mrs A from Enfield

I would highly recommend this park. The lodge was beautifully decorated to a very high standard and it is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing weekend with fantastic scenery. I would not hesitate to return!
Miss C from South Shields

A beautiful interior!
Mrs L from The Netherlands

The accommodation was spotless and very well kitted out - I will return!
Mr D from Gateshead

I would recommend this park to everyone I see. The area and the park are first class, and if you like wildlife then this is the place you need to be - deers, squirrel, birds and rabbits etc, you can sit outside your cabin all day and just watch them. The walk around the lake is relaxing as you have no hills and can walk at your own pace. The restaurant is first class and very good value for money - we will certainly be going back!
Mrs H from Mirfield

We had a superb stay, value for money, fantastic accommodation and above all in a very tranquil and beautiful surrounding. we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!!!
Mr D from Barnsley

I would definitely recommend Kielder Lodges to everyone. This is the third time I have been and intend going back in the future.
Mrs K from Gateshead

A superb short break, made even better since the building of the Lakeside Way - a multi use track around the perimeter of Kielder Water.
Mrs F from Keighley

an excellent park, well looked after and cared for. The service was excellent, and the lodge had been updated with new furniture within the 2 years of our last visit. Walks around Kielder on well laid out footpaths with varied distances and new footpaths were made since last visit. Though the park appeared to be fully occupied it was quiet and peaceful.
Mrs R from Wigan

This is our fourth time at this park and we will be coming back as it is very relaxing, has fantastic accommodation and the wildlife is in abundance. The facilities on site are great but you must love the outdoors to get the most out of this holiday.
Mrs D from Blyth

The staff on this park are excellent, from the reception to the maintenance and restaurant they are all outstanding.
Miss O from Coventry

A truly great holiday experience, the park is in a beautiful location and the lodges are spotless and have excellent facilities. We took our young children and we all had a brilliant time!
Mrs W from Darwen

An absolutely wonderful, tranquil location with breathtaking scenery all around!
Mrs B from Edenbridge

The lodge was excellent and catered excellently for our 1 year old son. We would certainly recommend the park for families - we had a lovely time!
Miss H from Hartlepool

A fantastic location - I really felt that I had a great break because of the facilities and staff at the park.
Mrs W from Glasgow

Very clean lodges that were also nice and cosy and warm.
Mr B

It was exactly as advertised - luxury lodges amid beautiful scenery with a peaceful atmosphere.
Mr C from Newton Aycliffe

We loved this place from the minute we arrived. It is very peaceful and relaxing and views are spectacular! Lodges are lovely (very clean)and well presented. Staff couldn't be more helpful! Will definitely return.
Mrs D from Darlington

The lodges at Kielder Water could not be faulted. The staff were more than very good, they were superb and so very friendly and cheerful. The location is just perfect - we have returned home refreshed and will definitely return there. Feeling uptight? this is the place to go to - the stresses of everyday life just melt away as you listen to the gentle lapping water, the singing of the birds and the rustling of the wind in the pine trees. Good facilities all round the lake without being commercialised. So good to see so many youngsters being active and healthy - and with their parents - not a bored, petulant expression in sight.
Mrs. W from Whitley Bay

A stunning and peaceful location with just the right number of lodges nicely spaced out. A real get away from it all yet not too far to drive for all the interesting local attractions, such as Hadrian's Wall, Alnwick Castle (a must for Harry Potter fans) and for those of us from more rural locations the opportunity to visit Europes largest shopping centre, Newcastle's Metro Centre. Then if you add in the opportunities to ramble, cycle and sail, there's something for everyone!
Mrs T from Weymouth

Space and quiet - a luxury!
Mr B from Culemborg

Very peaceful, friendly staff, lovely location.
Mrs R from Heathfield

This break was for my 50th birthday and it was fabulous - the weather, site staff, and Ray and Raymond at the bird of prey centre were so pleasant with a hands on experience with the birds. Waking up in the morning to a fantastic sunrise, and about 20 finches on our balcony with us when we were sat there. I would recommend this park for every age as there is so much to do and see.
Mrs G from Fordingbridge

The park at Kielder was excellent. The lodges were excellent with a great layout and facilities, and it is a great base for a quiet and relaxing holiday in beautiful countryside.
Mr G from Pontefract

The holiday was great, the lodge was great but there is a need for better choices of venues for evening meals. one night most of the close by facilities were all closed or closed early; the one we did find had a very limited menue choice. One could easily get the feeling that these facilities are run for the benefits of the staff etc rather than the holiday maker! However once again the holiday site was all we expected and we would certainly recomend it to others and visit ourselves again. Thank You
Mrs W from Braintree

We were happy with everything -I couldn't improve it!
Mrs G from Ashington

An excellent lodge with stunning views and very friendly staff made it a very pleasurable weekend - thanks.
Mr S from Washington

If you like tranquility, wildlife and water there is no better place in the UK!
Mrs B from Nottingham

We went for my sisters birthday, excellent service, very friendly and we are already planning on coming back!! Very realaxing, we saw 5 red squirels, and yes its true, the birds really do eat out your hand - it was like a Disney movie with the rabbits in the back round!! There is to explore, a fantastic place to have a picnic and right by the river - thanks Hoseasons!
Miss K from Newcastle Upon Tyne

A perfect place for peace and quiet if you need it. However there are plenty of activities available to entertain the children if necessary.
Mrs K from Pudsey

This is a fabulous park providing peace and quiet.
Mr S from Stoke-On-Trent

If you are looking for a "great escape" then Kielder Water can provide that for you - not even mobile phone reception is available, which resulted in a refreshing break and renewed energy for lifes challenges.
Mrs P from West Lothian

What a beautiful location! Kielder is like it's own little world! We stayed for a week but wish we had two! The lodge's setting is lovely - we had the lake view one side and the forest the other. Stunning.
Mr P from Sittingbourne

Glorious countryside.
Mrs S from Holsworthy

A fantastic location to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing time in one of the UK's most scenic areas, for those who want to expend some energy fantastic mountain biking is on your door step.

The location of Kielder is second to none. It was a part of the country we have never been to before and we were amazed by all the local attractions and Kielder Water itself. We would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family and would love to go again.
