"A Relaxing Hideaway" We had suffered the loss of a mother, grandmother and wife in our family and desperately needed to get away from it all. We packed up our car and set off not entirely sure what we would find. It was amazing, peaceful, relaxing, refreshing and invigorating. I felt the sense of peace, freedom and extreme gratitude that there was such a place where I could escape to so as to spend quality time with my children, husband and father after losing my mum. The birds, squirrels, phesants, deer, owls, bats need I go on reminded me what a truly wonderous thing life actually is. Thank you so much. Mr D from Osset

Our short break was for our daughter to spend time with her sister as they do not see each other very often. They are aged 3 and 7 and they both loved it and enjoyed playing hide and seek in the cabin, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. They had fun following the trails in the forest and stepping in the puddles (it rained a lot while we were there). When asked what they would like to do next year they said they wanted to go back! It really was a lovely place to stay - we have been to many of the Hoseasons parks and this was among the best. You really felt as if you were a million miles away from it all! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. There was also many activities; we went on the orienteering course and had great fun. If you have children there would be plenty of activities for them, that would engage them in outdoor activities; broadening their knowledge of the countryside and what it has to offer. A great weekend and we would love to go back. Mrs R from Hull
