Customer reviews

This holiday is great for the those who love to get wet and love to try out new things. The staff at all the activities were very friendly and saftey was paramount. I couldn't fault this holiday - it was brilliant!
Mr H

Even though the site was full, it remained peaceful. Beautiful setting. Central for touring.
Mrs G from Crieff

The one thing which would make me recommend this holiday to others would be the staff and activities which we did with Highland Activities. The staff themselves could not have been more attentive and each of the activities we undertook were well explained to us beforehand. After every one the kids were left smiling and wanting to do them again!
Mrs B from Thames Ditton

We have booked dozens of holidays with you and have always been pleased.
Mrs M from Consett

Yes! Fantastic time, great activities on park. Staff were very helpfull and ensured we had a good holiday.
Mrs M from Bromley

Would recommend this park.
Mr H from Arbroath

the park was great for a relaxed time if you wanted to do something it was there to do but if you didn't then there was no hassle. The peace and quiet was great and had to be tried to enjoy it.
Mr L from Paisley

It's a perfect quiet location and easy to travel to Inverness, Kyle Lochash and any where on the West coast. The views are stunning and the accommodation was clean and efficiently placed. My three year old loved his experience even in rain. I would definitely go back for more.
Mrs D from London

The location of the Water Park was great, only a short distance between Spean Bridge and Fort Augustus. The views from the Loch Side Lodges was breathtaking. Also plenty of watersports for older children. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Mr G from Aberdeen

Ideal location for touring the Highlands and excellent accommodation.
Mr S from Scunthorpe

It was a very worthwhile trip and good value for money.
Miss H from Barrhead

Very well equipped lodges, pleasant staff and a well maintained site.
Mrs N from Stirling

Excellent accommodation, spacious with quality furnishings and great views. We loved that all bedding and towels are provided, that there is a laundry on site and we could cater for ourselves. The park is in a perfect location, suitable for exploring a variety of historical resorts or sites of interest, sampling adventure activities or just taking time out to soak up the views and relax. Enough facilities on site to save complete isolation but not too many to ruin the peace. Great balance, great place, we'll definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Hoseasons.
Mrs E from Aberdeen

Beautiful location. Comfortable cabins - fully equipped. With the excitement of activities to take part in either on sight or locally.
Mrs B from Livingston

yes for the peace and tranquility over all it was great just the place to getaway
Miss V from Inverness

The holiday was marvelous, great park for dogs plenty of woodland areas for walks and the scenery was beautiful.
Mrs M from Perth

I took my boat on this holiday, access to water was great and the loch itself is sheltered. All in had a great holiday here and would come back again.
Mr M from Alloa

A great location, with loads of outdoor activities right on your doorstep.
MR S from Glasgow

Park is in a good location for touring the Highland and Islands on the West Coast. Friendly staff and lodge well laid out and good appliances for self catering. Take a raincoat..
Mr F from Dumfries

This is a fabulous holiday for families. My teenage daughters aged 17 and 14 loved the outdoor things available such as canoeing and quad biking. The holiday was a real away from it all retreat, and the park is small so you do not feel overcrowded at all. Being situated at the side of the lock made it ideal for watersports enthusiasts as it was a stones throw from the lodge to the waters edge. A fantastic holiday if you want to escape the rat race and enjoy tranquility.
Mrs B from Nottingham

A great holiday for families with teenagers who like to do things. We did white water rafting, kayaking, mountain bike riding, clay pigeon shooting, archery, air rifles, wake boarding, bumper rides and speed boat rides. Prices pretty reasonable and there were lots of activities we didn't get to try because of lack of time. BRING WARM CLOTHES
Mr J from Dartford

We had a fantastic break. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation excellent.
Mrs M from Glasgow

Fantastic location!! Great to get away and enjoy the amazing countryside - we are so lucky to have all of this on our doorstep.
Mrs P from Greenock

We would recommend this holiday to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing break. The location beside a Scottish loch is idyllic. The bar is friendly and the restaurant is very good, paticularly its use of local produce. Although not used, the Highland Activities offer a great deal to those who prefer a less relaxing holiday than we do.
Mr M from Skegness

A different self-catering option. Very peaceful. Beautiful scenery. An ideal centre for walking holidays. Conveniently located to access the main attractions of the Highlands.
Mrs S from Ashford

The location of Great Glen Water Park is stunning. The accomodation is spacious, clean and has all the mod cons you could possibly want. The restaurant is first class and the food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Mr F from Christchurch

Loch Oich lodges at the Great Glen Water Park were extremely well appointed and comfortable. It was also centrally located to some of the very best attractions and scenery Scotland has to offer. I would certainly recommend these lodges to anyone who is looking for a worry-free, comfortable stay and good value for money. : )

Ms W from Ringwood

We had a fantastic holiday! It was one of the few holidays where we were able to be with children from 7 to 15 and they were equally happy. With everything from white water rafting to mountian bike riding available you could fill every minute if you wanted to or, with the loch outside your accommodation and boats available, you could spend a relaxing day in the most beautiful surroundings I have ever seen!
Mr J from Dartford

A quiet location, but lots for children and adults to do. A great central location for seeing lots of Scotland, and for choosing from the multitude of fabulous walks - from a gentle stroll around the loch to venturing over to Ben Nevis.
Mrs W

Great outdoor facilities.
Mr S

Would definitely recommend the holiday, had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed the activities.

We have been 2 years in a row now and we really enjoy it. The park is in a beautiful area set beside loch lochy, the views are spectacular and the whole family enjoyed it and we will be back again next year. There is plenty of water sports to do with the monster activites centre, and the food in the restaurant is fantastic, all home cooked with fresh ingredients. The staff are very helpful too!

Great range of outdoor activities near by and a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. Walked for miles and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities at the end of the day.
Miss D from Portknockie

The park is quiet and in a beautiful setting, the staff are friendly and helpful and we had a lovely break. We were there Friday till Monday and were grateful for the tranquility. We had takeaway food from the bar on Friday night which was of a high standard, and even had a homemade touch.
Mrs A from Airdrie

A good base, good walks around the area and really cosy accommodation with great views from the loch view cabins.
Mrs W from Sheffield

I would highly recommend this holiday as you have access to anything that any fussy person could want. An all year round holiday home or holiday base, and make sure you read the info at hand as there is so much activities from skiing to water sports, and all the nature you can get. We plan to return every year - thanks!
Mr D from Stirling

A fantastic setting, an excellent restaurant, the kids loved the pool and we chilled for a full week. This was our third time and we will definitely be back.
Mr H from Strathaven

The lodges were very clean, ideal for a quiet weekend break away, and set in fantastic scenery!

What a great place to stay! Relaxation, and peace and quiet and our lodge was lochside so we had superb views all day long. The lodge was immaculately clean and tidy and it is situated near to Great Glen way - for walkers this is great! A brilliant base for a walking or touring holiday, or just to get away from it all and great for outdoor people, kids and dogs. I loved it, my husband loved it, my 4 year old loved it, and the dog thought he was in doggy heaven - we would go again!
Mrs. A from Alloa

A beautiful setting (lake front lodge), great for watersport/sailing enthusiasts, bird twitchers, walkers and general sightseeing!
