We had a child with special needs with us and although she was 14 she only has the mental age of a 4 year old. the play staff were excellent with all the children no matter what age or abilitiy. I don't remember being told that we would need to provide real basics such as toilet rolls, on previous holidays we have been provided with such basics as cloths, sponges etc or have been given the chance to purchase such a bundle which would have been helpful.The signs about the swimming pool opening hours were not correct and the staff did not have up to date information about this. I would recommend a stay at Hoseasons Burgh Castle site as it is set in tranquil surroundings, not to far from the resort of Yarmouth and offers really good facilities for all the family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. Mr H from Wokingham
We booked this holiday park at the last minute (5 days in advance) for a short break with my partner and five children. We didn't know what to expect, and were pleasantly surprised. The park was clean and the caravan we booked in was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals for 7 every night. The park has great facilities including an indoor and outdoor heated pool, adventure playground, mini golf, bike hire, amusement arcade and "wacky warehouse" style indoor play area. The children loved the evening entertainment - the entertainments team worked very, very hard and this meant the grown-ups could relax with a drink. There was daytime entertainment too although as we had good weather we didn't use this. Outside of the park we went to Great Yarmouth to the pier, to the dog racing which was a fun and cheap way to entertain the kids for a few hours (kids get in free), and the highlight was certainly Goreleston beach which was amazing. Well worth the ?330 we paid for the 4 nights (Monday - Friday) and I would definately go again. Recommended 100% Mrs C from Loughborough
