Oulton Broad Holiday Village is in a lovely setting on the Broads, next to a very nice park. Some good long walks. If you don't drive, the railway station Lowestoft/Ipswich/London is a few steps away but not obtrusive and bus stops for Lowestoft and surrounding areas are close by. The park is well situated for exploring the coastal resorts of Southwold, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. It is also very close to Africa Alive, a superb attraction. Going into the lemur enclosure is just the most wonderful experience. Miss E from Orpington

Location is perfect for anyone without a car or for anyone who wanted to go places without it. theres a bus stop right outside which will take you door to door to all essential places, also theres a train service onsite which will take you into the heart of Lowestoft, where you will find everything you need. shops and pubs are around and of a plenty with amazing views of the broads and at night a tranquil setting whilst the sun goes down. staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you, discounts are also available for shops and big named attractions. all in all the few days spent away was made more pleasurable by the straightforwardness of each concept. An excellent holiday, the bungalow was very clean and had everything you needed, the hot tub was brilliant and our view was across the gorgeous Oulton Broad. Only five minutes walk away was all the attractions of Oulton Broad. The power boat racing was really good, and just a short drive away is roller blading, the attractions of Great Yarmouth and a classic car museum. We had two teenagers with us aged 14 and 17 and everyone enjoyed it as there was something for everyone. On site was a great gym and swimming pool, and the hairdressers also managed to cut a 14 year olds hair without any complaints!!! We all want to go back - an excellent holiday, thank you.
