Had a long wekend at the Woodmansey caravan, and could'nt ask for more! Caravan was fantastic, gorgeous layout! On site was brilliant for my two kids, who especially loved the early morning rooster call... And loved that the ducks & chickens would wait outside the caravan for them to come and see them!! All round great family get away! Mrs M from Stockton-On-Tees
The park was excellent and so quiet and peaceful. Nigel and his wife were very welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this park with no hesitation and hope to revisit in the future! Mrs W from Darwen
A beautiful, peaceful park with very friendly and helpful staff. A perfect hideaway to recharge your batteries - we look forward to a return visit in the future. Mrs M from Keighley
My wife and I have had two fantastic holidays at Barmston Farm this year. The caravan and the fishing on site are first rate, and the park owners, Nigel and Fiona were most helpful with suggestions on where to visit and eat in the area. Mr M from Keighley
We would really like to recommend Barmston Farm Holiday Park. We as a family love caravan holidays but don't like all the rowdy parks with clubs and entertainment - this park is tranquil, peaceful and lovely with all the animals and wildlife. In the surrounding area there are good shopping facilities, restaurants and takeaways, Beverley is packed with shops and York isn't too far away. We had a lovely time and will be returning in the near future. Mrs O from Deeside
Wonderful little site, the 3 boys in our party, 4, 5 and 7 had a great time. The games room is excellent - wish we had looked at it earlier in our stay and the caravan (Woodmansey) was spotless and had little touches such as coffee and tea, salt and pepper and washing up liquid - not something you get everywhere!!! We will definitely be visiting again. Mrs R from Loughborough
We had an excellent holiday. It was perfect for our needs and my little boy loved playing outside in the well kept grounds. I would definitley go again. Mrs H from Huddersfield
The park was small only having 5 caravans, so it was very quiet which was excellent. I would recommend this park for families with younger children as it was on a farm and they had a lot of different animals that you could see and feed. All you need for an enjoyable holiday was there from the caravans and its facilities, to the laundry and park facilities. I would just like to thank the park owners for a job well done. Mr L from Beverley
A fantastic place, fantastic people and one of the best holidays we have ever had! Mrs C from Redruth
Great secluded setting yet close to all amenities, the park was well maintained we even took our dogs, very friendly staff but not in your face. Our grandson, 5, loved the walks and the animals would definitely go again. Mr C from Blaydon On Tyne
Excellent location for touring the area, close to all amenities, quiet and relaxing and ideal for country walks from the site. Mr C from Enniskillen
What a lovely little park - we were surprised there were only 5 caravans but the park is well maintained and around a small pond with six hens, one cockerel and a handful of ducks and ducklings wandering round. Perfect for those who like to fish as there is a nice large pond in an adjoining field. It was perfect for us as we like to be out all day and have a nice lazy meal and watch TV in the evening with a bottle of wine. Mrs N from Sale
We had a fantastic time at Barmston Farm Holiday Park - really lovely surroundings and safe for the children to play. Mrs H from Workington
The site was peaceful and beautiful. The caravan was very well equipped, even down to kitchen roll! The site and staff were very welcoming to young children and our dog. There were animals for the children to visit and they were given an Easter egg each on arrival. There were plenty of places to walk our young dog and the staff seemed very laid back about her being there. We would highly recommend this site and certainly stay there again. Mrs H from Waltham Cross
We spent a week at this lovely, tranquil park, and the only "noise" came from the chickens and ducks during the day that were very friendly, and liked to cluster around the caravan! The park is a good base, and accessible to Beverley town and surrounding villages such as Driffield and Howden, and check out Hornsea for the beach. Recommended pub is the Ship Inn just up the road from the park, which is the locals venue, and who are very friendly. Stuarts of Driffield in Beverley serves the best fish and chips in our view, and there is an excellent Indian resturant also in Beverley called Akash. This holiday was great, as both of us spent a "chilled out" week there. Top marks to Nigel and Fiona, the park owners for their hard work in creating this gem of a place. Mrs S from Tamworth
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and a spot of fishing, this is the perfect place. Get greeted every morning by the chickens. Mrs A from Middlesbrough
This was an excellent caravan, it was well equipped and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ms T from Castle Douglas
Great little site. We went with friends, two teenagers and a one year old. Our Granddaughter loved the new sand pit with the diggers that Nigel the owner has installed new for this year. Good for walking along the banks of the river Hull especially if you have a dog. You can walk for miles. Fishing lake that is well stocked and kept very tidy. There are only five caravans on this little site so it is very private. This is our 2nd visit and we are already looking to book again for later on in the year. Looking forward to our next visit. Mrs P from Manchester
