A fantastic place to get away from the hustle of everyday city life and work. To be out over the dunes and on the beach in a couple of minutes is priceless! A superb park for getting away. Mr D from Leicester
If you want peace and quiet then this is definitely the place to go. The staff were excellent and the beach is stunning (and also quiet). Mrs C from Leeds
An excellent location if you want peace and quiet with the added bonus of a breath taking wow factor going over the sand dunes from the caravan. Mrs W from Halifax
I would recommend this park due to its great location and peacefulness - the owners were also friendly. Mr B from Westbury
Beautiful location and lots of relaxing fun. Mrs W from Bexleyheath
Have already recommended, such a nice comfortable, place to stay. Mrs B from Stafford
The park is in an ideal 'away from it all' location for those who like a simple holiday with a beautiful, natural beach yards from the door. A good base for exploring mid-Norfolk and the Broads, and slightly further afield, the North Norfolk coast. Mrs V from Coventry
Lovely peaceful spot, 1 minute from the sea which is beautiful. Our 3 yr old didn't want to leave the caravan! Mr B from Colchester
The Anchor Park is a peaceful park with no loud club or amusements and is therefore an ideal location for a quiet time near the sea. Mrs M from Nottingham
This is next to a private beach, and if you are looking for tranquility and to get away from lifes daily stresses, this is the place for you. It is near to some beautiful locations just a short drive away. Mrs D from Stoke-On-Trent
An excellent, quiet holiday, often the only sound at night was the wind in the dunes and the waves on the beach. Mrs E from Leicester
If you like away from it all holidays with direct access to a beach, this is absolutely perfect!! Mrs P from Wigston
Peace, quite and lovely people, a little heaven. Mrs R from Kings Lynn
What a wonderful place to retreat to - in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful beaches 50 yards from your caravan, WOW! Another amazing holiday here and we have already booked the next one - thanks, we can't wait to come back again! Mrs W from Wolverhampton
This park is for families or couples who really want to get away from it all. It is situated 1 minute away from the beach and it really is a lovely setting. The beach is beautiful too and we had it all to ourselves - apparently even in the height of season it is still a very unpopular beach as getting to it by car is difficult and there aren't any shops etc....perfect!! The owners of the park are lovely people, they give you their mobile number should you need anything, and also reception is available. Other than that you're left to your own devices, so getting away from it all is just that. We stayed in Danforth caravan, in January, and the caravan was heated throughout - it was much warmer than our house! Miss G from Stafford
This park is in a lovely position and is very well maintained. Mrs H from Billericay
The accommodation was very clean. Although the site was quite remote it was a good base for visiting surrounding areas. A couple of minutes away from the long beach, which we enjoyed for having walks along early morning/evening. Even saw a seal pup on the beach. Mrs B from Bolton
The park was very peaceful and relaxing - just what we were looking for. The beach was fantastic and on the doorstep. Mrs M from Wakefield
We have just returned from a fab midweek break at Anchor Park and had to write some feedback. The owners were so friendly and helpful, and the caravan was clean and comfortable (even the pillows and bedding were soft and comfy which is not always the case). It was a quiet, remote park, and a 2 minute walk to the beach which the kids loved. Gill, one of the owners was particularly lovely and remembered my 4 year olds birthday whilst we were there with a special suprise - 'thank you Gill'. A great place and right in the centre of many places to visit. Mrs J from Lincoln
Very remote, no shops or pubs nearby but fabulous location for a completely get away from it all break. Mrs D from Milton Keynes
A lovely rural setting, close to the beach and very quiet. Mr R from Mansfield
A great location for walking on the beach and seeing the sunset - a quiet and peaceful break. Mrs. M from March
Relaxed, carefree holiday without the over abundance of rules which you see on so many sites. Mrs M from Mansfield
Good place if you want to escape from it all. Mr S from West Drayton
We had a great time. The site was smaller & even more remote than expected but was just what we were looking for & the type of holiday we wanted. Although we were in a caravan it felt private but help & assisstance was there if we needed it. Mrs S from Rayleigh
I would recommend this holiday if you want to get away from everything. This is a very quiet location and very beautiful beach and also very clean. the people who run this site are very friendly and helpfully they also seem to know what you need before you do. Mrs B from Cambridge
We were due to fly out to Marrakech but volcanic ash stopped that, telephoned Hoseasons last minute to book a short break, got helpful advice, booking was easy and straightforward. Lovely peaceful location. Ideal for walking either on beach or in countryside with dog. Made very welcome on arrival, had nice dry April weather and brilliant short break. Perhaps we didn't get the temperatures or the trips to the Atlas Mountains, but we really enjoyed ourselves in the Norfolk country and towns (and the dog enjoyed a holiday too) Mrs B from Belper
We really had a lovely, relaxing time. The park was lovely and peaceful, with amazing views of countryside, and at a very short walk you could enjoy the sea views too. It was great to just walk up over the sand dune and be on the beach for a early morning stroll. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and they were ready to give assistance and knowledge of the area, but only if you required it. We went in October and was lucky with the weather, but would love to go back in the summer to really enjoy the position of the park, being so close to the beach. The caravan was very clean and everything that you needed straightaway to get your holiday going was provided, they have tried to think of everything! Mrs A from Sidcup
If you're looking for a break from everything and to spend quality time with family members, Anchor Park is ideal. With access to a beach and surrounding country roads to walk along, I would definitely book again! Mrs H from Norwich
Simply a great location for a relaxing break! Mr W from Ipswich
Spectacular location, friendly welcome and a perfect place to chill out, direct access to a quiet beautiful beach. Mr M from Kettering
A peaceful site. Good access to the beach and the site was safe for children as it was small and homely. Mrs F from Bedford
A very good, quiet park. The owners are very helpful with information and it is well recommended if you are looking for a a relaxing, quiet holiday. Mr M from Dartford
Ideal for getting away from it, but close enough to find plenty of things to keep busy! Ms L from Twickenham
A lovely, quiet and peaceful park, close to the beach and a great place to relax and see wildlife and nature. Mrs C from Mansfield
Anchor Park is in a beautiful location, very quiet and relaxing. Mrs K from Halesworth
Although the caravan was not one of the newest we have hired, by far it was the cleanest. The owners should be commended for the immaculate condition of the inside of the caravan. We would recommend Anchor Park to anyone. Mr S from Runcorn
I would definitely recommend Anchor Park to anyone looking for a quiet, get-away-from-it-all break. Surrounded by open countryside and separated from the beach by just a few sand dunes, it was absolutely perfect. We loved it! Ms S from Cheltenham
The park may have only been small, with caravans on it, but it was a lovely place to be. The people running it were lovely and friendly but it was quiet, and we loved it so much we may well go and stay there again next year. It was our type of place and it certainly was the best place we have ever stayed! Mrs C from Ramsgate
Just six caravans on the site, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The site owners are friendly and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you are looking for a peaceful get away from it all holiday the this place is perfect. The beach is lovely and sandy and perfect for children and the beach is also almost empty as there is very limited parking at Eccles on Sea. We saw lots of seals close up fishing just off shore. This part of Norfolk is both pretty, unspoilt and gloriously empty, with the bonus of being close to the Norfolk Broads, Norwich and all the coastal resorts of Norfolk. Mrs T from Ipswich
Anchor Park is ideal for that "Get Away From It All" break, and the beach access could not be bettered. We enjoyed a splendid break there and will definitely return! Mrs H from Selby
Relaxing - a time to recharge your batteries, the owners very helpful but unobtrusive - we will book again. Mr C from Kettering
From the time we arrived at Anchor Park to the time we left we couldn't fault the facilities and friendliness of the family run park, they couldn't have been more helpful. The accommodation was immaculate and the personal touches that were apparent on our arrival after a long journey were very welcoming and very much appreciated, what a great start to our holiday! Mrs A from Walsall
This is a beautiful small park. If you are looking for a club, entertainment, restaurant etc then this park is not for you. However, if you are happy to make your own fun and want a peaceful holiday then this is for you. The beach is one of the best in the area with plenty of sand so take your buckets and spades! There are only 6 caravans on the park so you will soon get to know your neighbours if you want to. The nearest shop and pub is about a mile away, so close enough to get to, but far enough away that your kids won't be pestering you for money every 5 minutes. We were made to feel so welcome on our arrival. Our caravan was spotless, fresh and contained everything we needed. This park is an absolute jewel. Take your outdoor and indoor games with you and be prepared to relax! Mrs T from Haywards Heath
I would highly recommend Anchor Park as a holiday destination! Especially if you are looking for what we were, a quiet out of the way near to the beach site. It was wonderful! We will be going again! Ms M from London
The staff made you very welcome. It was very de-stressing and peaceful The area was lovely and the locals were so friendly. Miss T from Coventry
Fantastic site, quiet and secluded. Lovely people who own the site. It was my daughters birthday whilst on holiday and they even sent a card and present. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break. Mrs N from Worksop
