We received a warm reception from the owners on arrival and had a relaxing, enjoyable week in the little barn. Please note. Mobile phone reception is very poor, sometimes nothing at all (vodafone) and there is no wifi. Andrew from Essex (19 July 2014)
The cottage was somewhat disappointing as it needs decorating and there was a musty smell all the time. The double bed had 2 separate single duvets on it which was a bit crazy for a couple. The place wasn't that clean either on closer inspection. the courtyard was a mess and not nice to sit out in. There isn't much to do around the place either so it would be better to stay on the coastline. We wouldn't return to norfolk, the drive is too much especially on those narrow country lanes! Fm from Newcastle Upon Tyne (12 July 2014)
Delightful cottage and a very charming and welcoming hostess charlotte. Somewhat difficult to find a good satnav vital. Some weeds in the courtyard required a little attention. William from Morecambe (05 July 2014)
Little barn smelt fausty. No inventory and bare basics for equipment. Not even a fish slice or oven glove and casserole dish was plastic!!! Barry from Lichfield (21 June 2014)
Accomodation was very warm and comfortable (especially the beds!!). Location made it a very quiet peaceful holiday but with amenities close. Owners of the property very nice and prepared to give any help. Mrs T from Thatcham (16 June 2012)
The Little Barn is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area with a lovely private courtyard garden. The accommodation has a lot of charm and character with a very cosy and comfortable bedroom. The owners were very welcoming and there if needed. Mrs B from Maidstone (20 June 2011)
Best of both worlds. Set in the middle of the countryside but close to wonderful North Norfolk coast. Mr R from Coventry (15 September 2010)
Very peaceful location and cosy accommodation. Mrs L from Ipswich (30 August 2010)
Superbly presented accommodation in a quiet rural area. The cottage is secluded and tranquil and the private courtyard is a particular feature. The best bed that we've ever encountered in a holiday cottage. The owners live next door and are keen to please. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this cottage at any time of the year. Mr T from Liverpool (26 July 2010)

The Little Barn was a very warm and cosy place to stay with excellent facilities, the owner was very welcoming and it is very close to coast, we will go back. Mrs S from Norwich (02 June 2010)
