This is the second time we’ve stayed at rose cottage & we’ll certainly be back again. The cottage & location are perfect for a small family to explore the beauty of norfolk & all it has to offer. Simon (27 October 2018)
Fantastic time and our dogs had plenty of room in the garden. roomy cottage and well appointed. A few small things need fixing such as catch on side gate and bolts on lower half of the stable type doors. hedge at front of shared drive needs trimmed to enable one to see road traffic. David from Fife (11 August 2018)
Lovely clean cosy cottage, all amenities at hand, lovely private garden, enjoyed our stay, Margaret from Fridaybridge Wisbech (04 August 2018)
Excellent cottage very well equipped. The garden is exceptional if you have dogs Denise from Pleasley (21 July 2018)
Lovely cottage, great location, the owner very helpful- we had everything we needed and it’s very dog friendly, we’ll definitely be back again and would recommend the cottage to all our friends Sara from Spilsby Lincolnshire (11 May 2018)
The fridge needs replacing it either didn't keep our food cold or froze it. The table in the garden is rusting and my son cut his finger on it. The living room smelt of dogs which even my 4yr old son commented on could do with being tiled rather than carpeted to combat this problem. Staircase was described as being steep it's closer to being a ladder could not expect very young children to use the room which meant my husband and I slept apart so our son could safely sleep downstairs. Having said that older children would be fine. Overall a nice cottage with a lovely garden just requiring some tlc. Nicola from Southend On Sea (11 July 2015)
Lovely cottage, quirky but fully equipped Mark from Hull (22 May 2015)

This is a loveley cosy cottage with Quirky second bedroom but the stairs are very steep so probably not good for young children. Lovely garden and also good beach within reasonable drive. Mrs F from Woodbridge (21 July 2011)

Home from home, all mod cons, garden superb for the dogs, we have already recommended it to our family and friends. Mr B from Derby (29 May 2011)
Rose Cottage is a "chocolate box" cottage, it is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We had a wonderful weekend there and can't wait to return. The cottage is warm and cosy yet modern where it needs to be (kitchen and bathroom). We couldn't have chosen a better cottage. Mrs A from Spalding (02 March 2011)
Lovely cottage ideal for dog owners. Very nice people who couldn't do enough for us. We will certainly go back. Mr G from Huntingdon (09 February 2011)

Beautiful quaint cottage picture perfect. Mrs H from Coalville (16 August 2010)
Whilst we were on holiday, some guests staying in another cottage asked us to show them round ours, they were very impressed and will be booking our cottage with hoseasons next year. The holiday was lovely and the cottage so pretty and quaint, ideal for the dogs with a really lovely garden. We had a really lovely relaxing week. Mrs G from Rayleigh (01 July 2010)
Great place for chilling out no need to even leave the cottage if the weathers nice, the dog loved the lovely enclosed garden. Mrs C from Chatham (14 June 2010)
Rose cottage was delightful and perfectly suited our needs. The large garden front and back made it feel very tranquil despite it being conveniently sited right in the centre of the small village (one pub, one shop, one church). There were pleasant walks from the door and further walks (inland and coastal) and boat hire available within short drives (less than 30 mins.) Ideal for people with a dog who like walking in quiet countryside. Mrs A from Cardiff (26 May 2010)
Had a great relaxing week and the cottage was everything that I had imagined it to be. It was also in a central Broads location with some good eating houses all around. For those who prefer cooking the cottage had a good clean well equiped kitchen. Mr L from Woodbridge (06 September 2009)
The cottage was very clean and the gardens absolutely gorgeous. The beach at Sea Palling is fantastic with golden sands, clean water. I recommend hiring a boat for a relaxing trip along the Broads, reasonably priced. Mr L from Corby (07 August 2009)
A lovely, cosy and well equipped cottage. Very well situated for both the Broads and the coast and a large, enclosed rear garden which was fabulous for our dog. Good off street parking and we will most certainly book again. Mrs R from Blaydon-On-Tyne (29 July 2009)
Fantastic cottage in a great location, garden especially good for dogs. Mrs B from North Shields (27 September 2008)
It is the perfect holiday home for anyone with dogs. The garden is so enclosed you know they won't get out. Very close to lovely beach walks that you can take the dogs too as well. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Mrs H from Maidenhead (13 September 2008)
Well equipped good standard accommodation. Excellent for dog owners and a good base to explore both the broads and the seaside. Mrs B from Cambridge (02 August 2008)
Excellent cottage - very well equipped. Good location for the coast and the Broads, highly recommended. Mrs J from Darlington (27 May 2006)
