Home from home, beautiful settings, very well equipped. The owners have put a lot of thought into the villa. My family had a fantastic week feeling very comfortable and relaxed, would recommend to everyone. Carol from Oxford (17 June 2017)
Very enjoyable, great location and a very comfortable place to stay. Good layout of the villa Dorothy from Derby (29 October 2016)
I booked the villa in the main as a honeymoon place for my daughter to stay with her partner and two young children (3yrs and 9months) and my other daughter and partner also stayed for a few nights. . the villa was all that was expected and more with toys for the children and books and tv etc.clean and well appointed and a lovely decor. The complex and facilities are superb and the staff excellent. . thank you! Chris from Cromer (23 September 2016)
We just got back from here a week ago and I can honestly say that we didn't want to come home!. villa 50 is spacious, clean and so well equipped. All towels and bedding were provided, we had an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, everything! the villas bedrooms are beautiful with large walk in wardrobes in each room and dressing table with mirror.the bathroom has bath and a shower. The only downside was that for a villa that sleeps 7 you'd expect more seating in the living room as there is only a 2 seater and a 3 seater but there was only 5 of us so it didn't matter. Had my in laws come as well though it wouldn't have been enough. . it's only a 5/10 min walk down to the beach and if you come out of the villa and across a little car park you can see the sea and the views are beautiful!! it's a perfect base for exploring cromer and the surrounding areas. The shop is a 5 min walk away and supermarkets, seafront. And town etc are just up the road. Were hoping to book for next year because we've fallen in love with the place. The kids loved it too. It's not hectic and busy like other seaside towns but who wants to be rushing about and pushing their way through crowds on holiday? it's such a lovely place to unwind and relax which is what holidays are about. Leanne from South Yorkshire (03 September 2016)
Comfortable, well equipped accommodation. Lovely location, good facilities. Chris from Melksham (06 August 2016)
A lovely villa and great facilities in the country club. Jill from Pontefract (30 July 2016)
Our overall holiday experience was very good, the villa was in a great location with on site facilities for the whole family. Our only criticism would be the two single beds on the ground floor were very uncomfortable. may I suggest perhaps to invest in a couple of top mattresses to rectify this, otherwise the other beds were perfect. Pat from Leicestershire (15 July 2016)
Great little place, large bedrooms, good onsite facilities & close to the beach. Andrea from Chelmsford (28 March 2016)
Had a great break Marie from Cambridge (19 October 2015)
Lovely weekend in cromer. accommodation was great. Jason from Mansfield (28 September 2015)
The villa is at the top of a big hill, so not good for people with access issues. you could walk to the beach, but it was down a large amount of very old steps. The use of the swimming pool was good. There was no free wifi and it was very expensive to purchase for the week. The villa was well equipped but with a very small kitchen. We had a lovely time with enough space for 3 of us, but I think for many more people it would feel cramped. Gemma from Worthing (15 August 2015)
Great place but could do with an en suite upstairs as it sleeps a lot of people for only one bathroom Lisa from Derbyshire (08 August 2015)
Excellent property so clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were a family of four and still had tons of space. My only suggestion for this property would perhaps be an ensuite or second toilet as one bathroom for the amount of people the property sleeps Paula from Clacton (01 August 2015)
Our third holiday at villa 50. We like the resort and the fact that the villa guests have full use of the resort leisure centre - that is why we book villa 50 rather than other privately owned villas available. . as usual all very clean and well equipped - just a couple of points - the travel cot had been left up in one of the bedrooms, we did not need it but left it up as we were only using that bedroom as a spare, but it should have been put away. Also a broken tumbler was on the windowsill in the kitchen - we left that also. . but all in all a very comfortable stay. Helen from Cambridge (11 April 2015)
Villa 50 was more than could be asked of a holiday let beautiful property every thing you need warm and comfortable, the only thing that could improve villa 50 is a second bathroom or an en-suite the bedrooms are big enough to accommodate one in either double room. The one thing that will stop me returning to this site is the management of the site poor customer care. Barry from Leighton Buzzard (04 April 2015)
Nice property, swimming pool is good. the main reason we probably not return is that the property sleeps up to seven (we had six) but there is only one bathroom with the toilet within the bathroom - so required some negotiation at peak times! there isn't actually enough comfortable seating for six - I suspect it would be good either in the summer when you can use the outdoor area or for four adults. kitchen is cosy and ok for simple meals but saucepans / serving dishes not big enough for feeding six. Celia from Bedfordshire (27 October 2014)
A lovely convenient villa for cromer. A nice walk in to town along the cliff edge. Good all round facility, thanks Robert from Wokingham (30 August 2014)
Our third visit to cromer country club in three years and villa 50 was the best villa so far. It was lovely to have an outside terrace, even though the weather wasn't all that kind to us!. a couple of minor points, the shower needs fixing as the shower head slips down the pole so, unless you are under three foot, it makes showering a little awkward. I marked down on cleanliness as the apartment appeared very clean but we had to move the sofa and it was clear it hadn't been hoovered thoroughly. We also kept finding long, blond hairs all over the furniture. and finally, I think free wifi should be available to all guests regardless of whether you are a club member or not. . as I said, these are minor points and we had a wonderful stay and would recommend villa 50 Jaki from Worthing (16 August 2014)
The accommodation more than lived up to our expectations and a lovely time was had by the whole family. Comfortable and well equipped. One small niggle being that on arrival I had to clean the carpets and kitchen floor as food and dirt from the previous occupants hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen utensils also needed to be washed. this said I would definitely book again and look forward to relaxing on the balcony in the sunshine. Adrian from Norwich (09 August 2014)
Found the walk up to the club everyday quite tiring. However, lovely walk down into cromer! can't fault the appartment but it was tricky with 4 adults and 3 children having the one bathroom. It was on th small side but we booked late and didn't have much choice. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we liked the terrace outside! we were grateful of help in the night when 2 of my family went down with sickness bug and needed fresh bed sheets. Thank you! Tracy from Norwich (02 August 2014)
Had an amazing hols. Great villa in good location. Kay (05 July 2014)
We enjoyed it so much we have booked villa 50 again in september, the only downside it has no toilet upstairs , otherwise everything else was perfect. Confirmed Purchaser (21 June 2014)
Very comfortable accomodation ,was geared up to accomodate my small grandchildren and would stay at villa 50 again thank you Gillian from Spalding (07 June 2014)
Lovely property, on a hill as shown, great outside terrace with furniture, plenty of space and safe for my grandson. Very quiet, warm and comfortable. Large upstairs bedrooms (room for the cot) and the kitchen had everything we needed. not far from the reception area with great indoor pool etc the takeaway ( pizza/pasta etc) was good value. The pathways/slopes to the car park were daunting at first but in fact were manageable with the pram. It was a fair way to walk down to the beach but cromer was worth it. We had a great time with our family. D. from Herts. (05 May 2014)
Great place on a great site - would definitely stay again. Mary from Melton Mowbray (11 October 2013)
Very nice, peaceful location. Excellent for families with children - toy bucket provided! (train set etc. + buckets & spades too) high chair, cot etc in top condition. Would stay again. Simon from Gidea Park (07 October 2013)
It was lovely just what we needed. Just a bit difficult pushing a pram up the slops from time to time. Very friendly staff. The patio could do with an up date. had a great time lovely walks close by the swimming and gardens excellent . Gwen from West Norfolk (27 September 2013)
Villa was very well equiped, but could do with carpet/upholstery cleaning a bit. Patio area alsoneeds repair.facilitiers at country club excellent and pool was not busy at times we used it(early evening) Mike from Scunthorpe (06 September 2013)
We ha a great holiday and will look to come back in the future. Jackie from Brandon (10 August 2013)
We had a fantastic week at villa fifty, the facilities at both the apartment & country club were of a very high standard.the apartment itself was very well equipped & at no point did the six of us feel claustrophobic. The staff at the complex were always very helpful & jonny the entertainment guy was nothing short of amazing. Top holiday,we will be back!. Richard from Sheffield (03 August 2013)
Really child friendly, good location with a nice cliff top walk to cromer. Emma from Leeds (13 Jul 2013)
The service, particularly the reception staff were exceptional. in particular, gemma provided a stairgate at very short notice. all the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was superb. Sarah from Cambridgeshire (17 Jun 2013)
Really good facilities and available items for our baby (highchair etc). very clean and more than enough crockery, cutlery etc. The bedrooms were extremely spacious and allowed a lot of room for storage and comfort. David from Cambs (13 May 2013)
The location was as described. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The bedrooms were of generous size though the kitchen was rather small. Use of the country club facilities was a bonus, particularly the pool and gym. Patricia from Sandy (10 May 2013)
Very well kept and the site was good. Staff all very polite and friendly. the swimming pool was very pleasant. We ate in the restaurant which had great food at reasonable prices but there were not enough staff on duty to be served quickly enough. the property was spotless, well equipped and nicely furnished. Confirmed Purchaser from Leicester (06 May 2013)
Very clean, well equipped, comfy beds and bedding, plenty of room for son and friends. Also important, and why we booked this villa, was the free access to leisure facilities, great for myson I n particular. Helen from Cambridge (13 April 2013)
The 2 sweater sofa was comfortable and good to have a proper fridge/freezer this time Maureen from Melton Mowbray (20 October 2012)
Great place in a beautiful location. Jan from Inverness (12 October 2012)
Location was great and so was access to the beach. House was a good size and clean and tidy liked the balcony and outside space. Also the indoor pool was invaluable! Lisa from Leeds (04 August 2012)
Helpful staff at reception Derek from Lichfield (09 July 2012)
For elderly people there were quite a few steps, as the site was on a hillside. The site gave easy access to Cromer and surrounding area. The restaurant was excellent and the all staff were very friendly and helpful. Customer 41 (June 2012)
