Holiday and weather both good. more clarification needed on your information sheet as regards parking i.e. Some confusion as to access to car port as between ground and first floor'. lounge door would profit from some covering. although drop down bed was comfortable and curtains were adequate the fact that both the main door and he lounge door were glass and at right angles to the road did mean that there was some penetration by car headlights by vehicles approaching from that side Confirmed Guest (08 July 2017)
A fantastic cottage to stay at,the cleanliness was superb, very comfortable beds, a welcome tray was very much appreciated.an excellent location ,with virtual direct connection to all local amenities.very friendly local people.10 Sharon from Craig-Butler (22 April 2017)
Couldn't have been a better location. apartment very comfortable. Lesley from Canvey Island (30 October 2016)
Location was lovely, however experienced the following issues: no vacuum cleaner provided so floor became very dirty and could not keep it clean, curtains were disgusting, walls very dirty found dead flies and mosquito's squashed on walls, found spiders webs on walls, bed sheets stained form age and use, general cleanliness was very poor, suggest a new house cleaner as there was dust and grime everywhere. tv stations were not tuned and no tv instruction book provided (managed to download manual and fixed it after 4 days), only two towels provided when accommodation sleeps 4 persons. combi boiler did have a mind of its own at times, would churn out hot water then would switch off, would need to powered off then switched on again and heating advanced to get boiler fired to provide hot water (ps we do know how to work combi boilers.) Bashir from Abu Dhabi, Uae (30 July 2016)
Ideally located in the heart of the village, with a lovely view of the river. Choice of eating places, including two pubs, one right opposite, so no need to cook your own meals. Parking a bit of a pain, hard to get onto the concrete/paved area. . lovely to be all on the same level though and fully kitted out with even a washing machine. Wifi went down after 2 days, because when the people left upstairs, they mistakenly turned it off. We could of phoned the caretaker, but had no signal on our phones. Debra from Lincoln (25 June 2016)
Only problems are phone network signal very poor. Had to walk for ages for a signal. Also place very clean but only places that you can see. Just don't drop anything behind the bed as you may get a nasty surprise. Sue from Dagenham (13 May 2016)
Excellent accommodation close to the river. Facilities very good and chinese takeaway just across the road if you didn't want to go out for a meal. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a general store just a short walk away. Central location for lots of tourist amenities. If upstairs is let the parking is tight if you have a large vehicle as you have to park off-road in front of the window. Brenda from Chatham (24 October 2015)
A very pleasant stay in a comfortable apartment, although there were a few problems with the shower. The location is superb and the village of horning is delightful. Barry from Warlingham (27 June 2015)
Great cottage in a lovely position. Be aware that unfortunately, the pub opposite & the one in the village do not accept dogs, but the one about 15 min walk away does & is very friendly! (good food too!) Mike from Ely Cambridgeshire (03 March 2015)
Great location shower does not work properly beds a bit hard Peter from Kimbolton (12 February 2015)
A lovely apartment in a perfect location. Loved the decor and finishing touches. Everything we needed was provided. We had a fabulous break. Eileen from Broadstairs, Kent (11 December 2014)
Thank you to neville and eleanor for a fantasic stay at tracara. the location is superb, overlooking the river bure and within stumbling distance of the new inn pub (with it's wonderful open fire and friendly staff - very welcome on a cold november day). our teenage son especially enjoyed the pull-down bed - a great novelty for him, although it was even harder than normal to get him out of it in the morning :-). accommodation was very clean, warm and comfortable, everything you need for a break in the broads. would certainly stay again. Paula from Wivenhoe (24 November 2014)
A charming apartment nicely laid out and very comfortable. It is in a great location to explore the norfolk area. John from Hertford, Herts (02 November 2014)
As a base in a pleasant location, the property is convenient and comfortable. just enough utensils for basic cooking, should you wish to. Paul from Cambridge (13 September 2014)
No arrangements made to let us in. Scrambled about for a key. People in pub opposite were helpful. Landlady was missing and did not phone us back. Eventually got in. Red and black decor is a bit garish. No toothbrush charger socket. Lovely location opposite river . noisy people upstairs. Could do with a share of the verandah or garden as somewhere to sit when nice. Some shop owners a bit brusque. Think tourism comes too easy for them. Can't fault romance of river and boats though. Confirmed Purchaser (16 August 2014)
Very nice place to stay lovely village. Plenty of place to eat and have a drink. Comfortable but if there is anybody upstairs it is a bit noisey as for wooden floors could do with a bit of soundproofing. But it is very quiet if nobody is there. Richard from Donington Lincolnshire (28 June 2014)
Brilliant Lorraine from Skirlaugh, Hull (21 June 2014)
Tracara is one of the nicest placeswe have stayed in.from arrival nothing was too much trouble for the owners.so close to the water and a very handy pub for meals.if you wish too take your dog he will be made welcome.there is a dog walking erea just a few yards away ther are steps but if you have any problem with stairs there is a slope just up the road.this is a lovely apartment with 2 recliner leather sofas and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The close proximity of the pub causes no problems.we will be returning to tracara as soon as we can .a super relaxing holiday Sandra from Grimsby (10 May 2014)
We were surprised that the door opened directly onto the road and that there was no access to the broad on the photo. there was no garden so we had to walk our dog along the road, with no footpath to get to the path by the broad/river. there was a set of steps up to the recreation field, but too many steps for us (and our dog)! also we had to park in front of the lounge window. the apartment itself was comfortable and well decorated. Sandra from Rugeley (22 March 2014)
Pub just across the road, could not have been better Roy from Honiton (18 October 2013)

Wonderful could not have wished for better very comfotable and clean location is ideal Graham from Leicester (28 September 2013)
We really enjoyed our week in tracara this september. We were given a warm welcome. There were plenty of leaflets with local information in the lounge. The sofas are fitted with recliner seats. We could watch the yachts and cruisers passing up and down the bure from our windows. There was an excellent chinese take-away just across the road and one of the three horning pubs is also across the road from the flat. It was a really enjoyable holiday. Keith And Pat from Balsham, Cambs (14 September 2013)
Within walking distance of interesting shops, restaurant, pubs and tea shops. lovely setting opposite the river bure. good size for two. Sarah from Fair Oak, Eastleigh (07 Jun 2013)
Property located very close to extremely friendly pub serving cooked breakfast. . property ideal for a couple. . . Alice from St. Andrews (13 April 2013)
Mainly all good points ,comfortable, clean,, nicely situated,, heating excellent, for the weather we had ,would have gone again because we love the area, but for the one bad point listed below. Leslie from Stanton Suffolk (30 March 2013)
Tracara was very well situated, we were a stones throw from the pub, and the same to the chinese and shops.the locals were all very friendley and invited us to play in the pub quiz on our first night, the owner made sure we was ok and had every thing we needed,we will definately go back. Elaine from Dagenham/Essex (11 March 2013)
Great location on the river, with local pubs, restaurants and shops. Comfortable accommodation with good heating for the early season. Parking right outside the property. Friendly and helpful owners. Peter from Farnborough, Hampshire (08 March 2013)
Bigger than expected, very comfortable, convenient parking. Many normal and usual digital channels on the tv were not available, maybe an area issue so satalite tv maybe an option. Lovely view of the river and so convenient for the pub opposite with good food and a good real ale pint. Melvyn from Margate (22 February 2013)
Great position in horning near restaurants and pubs. The bed set into the wall is a brilliant idea to give more space. Beautifully decorated and very modern and comfortable. Steve from Linford (18 February 2013)

Simple, well decorated and maintained accommodation. Lovely comfy sofas and well equiped kitchen. Pillows slightly hard - next time I’ll bring my own. Other than that we loved it. 3 pubs, a cafe and a delicatessen nearby so lots of yummy food available. Customer 38 (April 2012)
Had a great time, lovely place. Customer 39 (December 2011)
I was very suprised when i first entered the property as it was far beyond my expectations, the decor was lovely and furniture looked as though it was new. I met the owner of the property before I left who was very nice and keen to know how the holiday went. I would not hesitate to book the apartment again if I visited the broads. Customer 40 (August 2011)
Lovely place, easy reach to other parts of interest, peaceful and lovely, local shops, everyone friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Customer 41 (February 2011)

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed. We were however told towels wouldn’t be provided but they were! Customer 47 (September 2010)
Unfortunately our week in Horning was marred by the weather but the homeliness and standard of Tracara certainly made up for it. Customer 48 (September 2010)
Nice use of space. Liked the use of the built in bed into the wall of the sitting room and the separate laundry area. Kitchen well equipped. Customer 49 (July 2010)
Great location. Big, one bed place. Customer 50 (March 2010)
