Beautiful place to stay, but over 3 floors, which was advertised, it's not brilliant for those with dodgy knees. Very clean, very well-appointed and very kind hosts. Love the area but would choose somewhere on a lower level!. fabulous area and wonderful walking and sightseeing - beaches are a must! Robert (10 June 2017)
Great accomodation with everything we needed for a short or longer break. Great hosts. Alison from Stamford (05 June 2017)
This is a lovely cottage to stay in, it is well presented and contains everything you would need. Although being split over 3 stories, it perhaps isn't suitable to anyone who struggles with stairs. It is in a nice quiet location, but still convenient for local attractions and provides a great base to explore the area from. Graham from Leicester (02 June 2017)
This was an excellent holiday home. It was conveniently located for local attrac tions e.g. Sandringham, rspb reserve etc. we would definitely stay here again. Confirmed Guest (19 May 2017)
Perfect accommodation for what we wanted. We would definitely return. Lorna from Northampton (12 May 2017)
Excellent holiday cottage Simon (31 March 2017)
The owners of this property were lovely - very accommodating and even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending to save us a taxi!. . the accommodation is immaculate and finished to the very highest of standards. It is ultra modern and you have everything you need with quality in mind at every turn. . it is located very handily for the north norfolk coast and a walk to the pub - but take a torch!. . do stay here if you appreciate modern accommodation and the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. . do not stay here if you want a character cottage or can't do stairs - the bedroom is on the second floor, kitchen/bathroom on the first and lounge on the ground so a cup of tea is always a staircase away! Becky from St Helens (26 February 2017)
Immaculate feature rich building in quiet location with lovely views through large windows and an impressive gothic arched oak front door. . top end kitchen and bathroom and all 3 levels give a different outlook. . some additional touches like tv in kitchen, coffee machine like nepresso would give that even greater luxurious feel. . . helpful and welcoming owners without being intrusive. Paul from Suffolk (20 February 2017)
Excellent accommodation , well equipped with very good quality furnishings. Spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Walking around the coastal paths and beaches was wonderful. . one of the best cottages, out of around 30, that we have stayed in over the years. . . would certainly return. Karen from Suffolk (28 December 2016)
Great stay only issue if being picky is that there is no toilet on the same floor as the bedroom so when cold through the night you have to go downstairs. Beth from W. Yorkshire (25 November 2016)
Stuart was a lovely host , excellent holiday home with very quiet and beautiful surroundings . absolutely immaculate with everything you would require for a break away . we would definitely recommend the pump Jo from Braintree , Essex (13 November 2016)
First class accommodation in a beautiful location. William from Howden (10 November 2016)
We were very impressed with this 'cottage' annexe set in a lovely part of the country and would thoroughly recommend a visit. Jane from Cricklade (21 October 2016)
I did not understand from reading the description that the property was on three levels , I found this somewhat taxing for that reason I would not book this property again. Also I didn't find the owners as friendly as some of the other properties i've been to. Eileen from Glasgow (30 September 2016)
It was a lovely property with helpful owners. the only drawback from our point of view was the fact that it was on three stories and we are used to living in a bungalow. Alan from Loughborough (09 September 2016)
We had a great time, the weather and the setting were fab. A tv in the kitchen would be great. Joanna from Walton (02 September 2016)
Excellent accommodation in a quiet location. Extreemly comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. Good location with a selection of pubs and restaurants nearby. Good base for touring and the north norfolk beaches. Allan from Simonstone/Ribble Valley (12 August 2016)
A lovely three storey, modern, high spec holiday home. great location, helpful hosts. ideal for a couple who appreciate a rural location and quality surroundings. Sue from Rugby (05 August 2016)
A 5* property, immaculate and perfect in every way. The rooms are just gorgeous. Helen and stuart have created a beautiful and stunning holiday home to enjoy a norfolk holiday. Margaret from Newcastle Upon Tyne (29 July 2016)
Excellent, very comfortable, good location and access to the coast. Would return. Michael from Ashbourne (24 June 2016)
Set in idyllic location giving you a most relaxing holiday whilst being within walking distance of beaches and eating places. A property not to be missed !! Brett from Rochdale (17 June 2016)
This is a fabulous apartment in a lovely peaceful location. it is exceptionally well equipped with 5 star quality features throughout. the location provides easy accessibility to numerous bird reserves and other holiday activities. stuart and helen were extremely welcoming and helpful. we will certainly recommend this accommodation to friends and family and look forward to returning again soon. Barry from Northampton (13 May 2016)
A fantastic place to stay. The owners made us feel very welcome. The accommodation has been done up to a high standard and was very comfortable. We woke in the morning to bird song and a view over the garden through the wall length window. It was convenient for travelling along the north norfolk coast. It is close to old hunstanton and a short walk to a lovely hotel with a good bar and restaurant. the only down side could be the 3 sets of stairs as the accommodation is on 3 levels. We cannot recommend the pump house enough. We had a great 4 night break. Susan from Wellingborough (15 April 2016)
Outstanding accommodation matched by helpfulness of the owners. we will definitely visit again and have already passed the details to friends and family. Lance from Bratislava (27 February 2016)
