An excellently appointed and very comfortable cottage situated within easy range of bracing walks and places of historic interest. The owners were available if needed. M V from Nottingham (28 April 2017)
Our second time here at the old dairy and not our last, very clean and comfortable. Good position for visiting areas of north norfolk. Nigel (17 March 2017)
This was our 10th visit so it is obviously a great favourite with a warm welcome always. Confirmed Guest (21 October 2016)
We were really pleased with the old dairy . it was nicer than the photos . quiet location , spacious, well equipped, warm . generous welcome pack . ideal location for the north norfolk coast and bird reserves. Leah from Rotherham (30 September 2016)
The cottage was superb very clean and a lovely welcome pack to greet us on arrival. Situated in a lovely village with local shops within ten minute drive. Only twenty minutes from coast with superb walks and views. Will be booking here again very soon. Nigel from Newark (16 September 2016)
A lovely cottage, just needed wifi and a tea cosy. Debbie from Breeds (11 July 2016)
The old dairy is beautiful. Furnishings and decor perfect, although for 4 adults an extra arm chair would of been beneficial (comfortable 2 seater and 1 arm chair). welcome pack very nice and unexpected. Kitchen had everything you need for a holiday. For us location in the evenings wasn't ideal as you cannot walk to a pub/restaurant due to lack of footpaths and narrow lanes. Location for visiting norfolk and all it has to offer superb. Outdoors would of been nice to have some private seating but as the owners were away was not a problem sitting in their front garden. Maggie from Nottingham (08 July 2016)
Excellent. We really enjoyed the accommodation & location. Marian from Bedford (10 June 2016)
Although listed in the details there was no washing machine also there was nowhere that any washing could be dried we would have appreciated some reduction for a two week stay as there is no cleaning linen change or welcome tray for the second week. Susan from Sussex (27 May 2016)
Wonderful place to stay. We were made very welcome by the owner and enjoyed the surprise welcome pack. The location is great for visiting the coast from kings lynn to cromer and also inland. David from Stourbridge (23 October 2015)
The old dairy is a beautiful barn conversion. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would deffinatly return if I wanted a place in norfolk. Nancy from Milton Keynes (09 October 2015)

The old dairy was an excellent base for exploring the northern and eastern coast. it provided a most pleasant place to relax after a day out, and to prepare for the next day's adventure. Olga from Hampshire (12 June 2015)
My 2 daughters and myself had an absolutely lovely stay in the old dairy which was very welcoming, comfy and cosy. Woodburner was so easy to light and there was loads of wood supplied. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor, especially the art work. The proprietor was extremely helpful and all in all 3 very tired adults left after their 4 day stay feeling rested and rejuvenated and determined to return to this lovely part of norfolk to stay in the old dairy again! Confirmed Guest (11 May 2015)
The welcome pack was much appreciated. the cottage was comfortable and provided a base for a relaxing holiday. Rita from Isle Of Wight (19 September 2014)
Fine cottage Ted from Spikkenisse (06 June 2014)
The old dairy is a lovely, spacious cottage, all on one level and ideal for 2 people. The owners greeted us with a very generous welcome pack including a bottle of wine, milk and butter in the fridge and enough bread and croissants to start our holiday. There was also tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc. In fact everything we needed to settle in. The location was brilliant for exploring north norfolk and only a short drive to several different nature reserves. The only down-side was that there was no footpath to walk safely the mile to the excellent restaurant at the kings head hotel in great bircham. However, the tesco at hunstanton was only a 15 minute drive away and ideal for self catering. Susan from Derby (23 May 2014)
A bit chilly on arrival but once the log burner is fired up the whole place warms up. Perfect. thank you. Clive from High Wycombe (21 April 2014)

Lovely place. Fitted out to a high standard. The owners charming people and nothing too much to make our stay very enjoyable. Customer 28 (September 2011)
What an amazing cottage! Very warm and cosy. It was very clean and had everything you needed, if it is a few days or a few weeks stay. Absolutely brilliant. Very peaceful location and a very good base to get around in a car to visit all of the Norfolk. All the attractions are in car journey distances. The most lovely touch that the owners did is leave a little essential pack of tea, coffee, milk etc so you don’t need to worry about getting the vital essentials when you arrive. That certainly made a difference. It just shows that they are a very thoughtful people. Customer 29 (June 2011)
