The hosts david and lesley are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist with the places to visit, walking, eat and drink. Its an absolutely charming cottage, very well equipped and secluded. George from Colchester (10 September 2016)
The cottage was gorgeous with every amenity. as my partner had recently come out of hospital the dairy was ideal for him as it was all on one level with no stairs to climb and as well as a large bathroom it also had an ensuite toilet in the bedroom. the bedroom had oak beams up to the ceiling and the bed was extremely comfortable. it was so quaint and there was a lovely garden to the rear of the cottage. we would definitely recommend this cottage as we had a lovely weeks stay. the owners were very helpful and we had great weather too! The location was very good-easy to find, and very near the coast, the broads and norwich . with many interesting places to visit, it was always lovely to return to the peace and quiet of the cottage with its beautiful garden overlooking the meadow. Owners were helpful but not intrusive. The only minus for us was the broadband which was rather lacking at times but there were several cafes nearby which had free connection. We would certainly return. Christine from East Sussex (06 June 2015)

Property had been converted from farm buildings to a high standard with excellent facilities and comfort. Pleasant sitting out area and separate access and parking. Customer 47 (May 2010)
The location was very peaceful - ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. The owners were very welcoming and always available for a chat or if had any problems/questions. The accommodation was very comfortable. The heating was excellent. Other properties we have rented in the past have been poor for heating so this particularly impressed us. It was lovely to have an en-suite toilet as well as toilet/bath/shower room. Parking was very easy. Customer 48 (April 2010)
