Lovely spacious cottage. Great location. Loved the outdoor seating area got the sun all day. Susan from Devizes (11 August 2017)
The bungalow was lovely . if a handrail were in place up to the front door, it would be very helpful and much safer for someone with mobility difficulties. . best wishes. Elizabeth parry Customer 2 (23 June 2017)
It was a wonderful stay in the cottage. Big for 2 persons. We loved to watch the sheeps in front of the window. It's a lot to do in the surrounding. I think, we will come again. Gaby (26 May 2017)
Loved holiday cottage, views were brilliant. Also, location with river perfect. Lovely lambs plying in field right outside front window. Only down side sofas a bit to soft, does not help with back problems. Paul from Ferndown (19 May 2017)
Faultless, it looked good when booking it but even surpassed that. We'll be amazed if we don't return. Bill from Tarleton (14 April 2017)
A lovely cottage in a stunning location. We would definitely visit again. Bethan from Colchester (17 February 2017)
Had a lovely weekend at the cottage, in early february 2017. When we arrived the place was freezing cold, and the central heating took an age to take the chill out of the rooms. We found that instructions for the oil meter reading were lacking. A notice on a wall like the charge for wood would have been useful. . the facilities were excellent, a very quiet lovely picturesque environment. Yvette from Halifax (06 February 2017)
A very spacious, clean, comfortable and homely cottage.everything you could want is in this cottage, all you need to bring is food and drink, amazing views and very private and secluded, there is a private caravan site nearby but does not in anyway affect the view. I highly recommend this cottage and we will be going back there to stay many more times when ever possible. It's 2 minutes drive to betws y coed village and 5 minutes to llanrwst village. Weather was not great so could not experience the bbq and garden area but I would imagine it's lovely in the summer. Vicky from Chelmsford (25 November 2016)
Fabulous time at the cottage, this was our 2nd time at the cottage and we will be returning nxt yr to . it was lovely and clean and very spacious and it was only a short walk to the lovey village and a 5min drive . the location was brilliant very peaceful. Sandra from Soham Ely Cambridge (21 October 2016)
A great cottage on a beautiful place! we enjoyed walking around in the neighbourhood and we liked the sheep. Judith from The Netherlands (05 August 2016)
A very pleasant cottage with facilities for all tastes.good options on fuel used ie oil, electric and logs.location is good for llanberis and conwy, our target locations. Jack from Buxton (10 June 2016)
Very spacious and comfortable cottage in a beautiful and quiet setting with superb views of the river, woods and hills. close to betws-y-coed and its amenities. convenient for walking and birdwatching. Anne from Taunton (27 May 2016)
We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage it was just what we wanted, lovely views and privacy, I would recommend to all ages. Michelle from Stoke-On-Trent (11 March 2016)
Lovely peaceful, relaxing week - a central location for snowdonia, close to betws y coed village and yet away from any hustle and bustle, with open fields of sheep to one side and a garden that reaches down to the river at the front of the cottage. Really enjoyed the log fire in the evenings! hope to return in the spring, when we can make more use of the outdoor patio furniture with the longer daylight hours. Thank you for a lovely break! Natalie from Pembrokeshire (12 February 2016)
The cottage was in a great location and the communal area's were really spacious. really great layout and had everything that we needed. only one little grumble, the rooms were so big it took ages to warm up! Gareth from Worcestershire (03 January 2016)
Was not expected whether , rain and wind, but we can't expect perfect on that time .very nice place for holiday ... Confirmed Guest (07 December 2015)
Fab cottage our second stay there and we will hopefully return again Lisa from Manchester (27 November 2015)
I think I was lucky as it was very quiet as the caravan park had hardly any residents living in at the moment because when the place is busy it could be quite noisy. Graenia from East Barnet (23 October 2015)
Had a fantastic time the cottage was absolutely fantastic very clean and spacious and a great location .we hope to come back again. Sandra from Soham Ely Cambridgeshire (16 October 2015)
Lovely cottage in a great location, hope to return one day. Barry from Welwyn Garden City (18 September 2015)
Lovely location! Confirmed Guest (04 September 2015)
Pro: huge space in the cottage, nice rooms, great location. Close to the river, close to walking routes, surrounded by sheep. Silent and peaceful. . con: no wi-fi, non-existent mobile data coverage. Practically you are off-grid. . warning: be careful when you first arrive to the cottage. It is easy to scratch the bottom-left-back of your vehicle, if you don't realize that the slope has an edge. Jeno from Budapest (17 July 2015)
A lovely spot and fabulous views. I needed a rest and that's what I got. no noise what so ever. loads of space in all the rooms. pity the weather hadn't been better but it didn't spoil it too much. loads of walks round about and dog loved river at the bottom of the garden. Would certainly book it again when we do a welsh holiday. betws-y-coed is a lovely village with great eating places and friendly shops. I think the only improvement would be wifi. Patricia from Ulverston (22 May 2015)
What a great cottage, everything we could have hoped for. The garden is not 100% enclosed if you have a dog that likes to escape over low walls but our big dog was fine. Great location, we will definitely return as there is so much to do nearby. Welcome treats were a lovely addition x Sonia from Southampton (17 April 2015)
Great cottage in a great location. Graham from Coulsdon (26 September 2014)
The cottage more than met our expectations. We were a tiny bit concerned at the proximity of the campsite, but we needn't have worried. It didn't affect our holiday at all. There was no noise and we hardly even clapped eyes on anyone, so don't let it put you off. We all felt totally relaxed and at home and would happily go back again. It's a fantastic location. Sue from Betsw Y Coed (01 August 2014)
The cottage wass very clean and comfortable in an ideal location, the only things that let it down for us was that it didn't have an enclosed garden and it didn't have a garage, both of which was one of the reasons we booked it, especially the garden as we took our dog, having said that we would go again. Sandra from Dorset (16 May 2014)
Cottage was lovely and well located for most activities. Rooms were very spacious and views wonderful first thing in the morning. Karen from Canvey Island (18 April 2014)
Beautiful cottage, everything was perfect, couldn't have asked for anything more. Coffee by the river in the morning a bonus. Local town lovely & very scenic. Food at the stables bar in village absolutely fabulous, would love to stay at the cottage again & have recommended it to friends. Lorna from Poole, Dorset (28 February 2014)
At the end of a farm track past the camping and carvan site lies this spacious single story cottage. Perfect for dogwalkers and those with young children. Plenty of space inside with a large kitchen diner and very large living room opening out onto a ptio area. Overlooks the river opposite and country walks all around. Only a mile from betws so handy for the pubs, shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel remote from the busy tourist honey pot. A very welcoming cottage and would stay again. Richard from Coventry (24 February 2014)
Lovely nice large cottage in fantastic part of wales. very clean and well equiped, just a bit too far to walk to and from the village though. Debbie from Lytham St Annes (21 February 2014)
Lovely homely cottage, much bigger than the photos suggest. Perfect location, great facilities, loved the log fire every night! Sue from Gibson (25 November 2013)
In betws y coed, down a dirt track road . sits an idyllic place, our holiday abode. We stayed four nights, in this cosy home. Just me and my hubby, steve and joan. We lit the log fire to warm our butts. While watching the squirrels collecting nuts. We walked through forests, up hills, by rivers. The cold, wind and snow gave us the shivers. But knowing the cottage was warmly waiting . we will gladly award it a five star rating Joan from Pontefract (22 November 2013)
This is a lovely cottage adjacent to the caravan park but separate from it and about 3/4 of a mile out of town. The rooms are all comfortable and well furnished and the tiled floors in the hall and kitchen make it especially well suited for dogs/walkers/mountain bikers etc. there is a path into the forest directly opposite so you can walk or ride direct from the property. Paul from St Neots (01 November 2013)
Quiet and peaceful. Lovely aspect. Anthony from Pontypool (04 October 2013)
Very spacious. comfortable. Convenient for the town (1.3 miles) but far enough out to feel in depths of the country. Robert from Cullompton (21 Jun 2013)
Spacious cottage. Quiet location Brian from Southampton (07 Jun 2013)
Loads of space - good for the kids. Fab log fire. Very comfy beds. Lovely location - isolated, so can make noise without disturbing others (good for the kids) Jez from Manchester (31 May 2013)
Great peaceful location by the river, lots of living space. Central to go exploring other beautiful areas of wales, though betws y coed is a great place too, we have stayed there before in local hotels but the cottage is the best we have been to by far Lucy from Halesowen (10 May 2013)
Fantastic location, very spacious and comfortable. Adam from Sheffield (05 April 2013)
Great location, lovely views, well equipped and comfortable. Zoe from Derby (25 January 2013)
Lovely location. Very nice cottage with lots of room. Barra brith and jam on arrival was a very nice touch Stephen from Elvington (02 November 2012)
The cottage is in a very quiet location but has everything you need in the way of comfort and facilities. Customer 43 (November 2012)
Lovely property, very quiet location (maybe busier during summer). A perfect place to unwind. Customer 44 (October 2012)
Extremely spacious and comfortable, v large dining kitchen. Beautiful location with patio going round 3 sides of the house. The only thing it lacked was a barbecue which would have been nice. Customer 45 (July 2012)
The Cottage was very spacious, despite being only a 4 sleeper. It was amazingly well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Owner Jenny popped in the day after we arrived to see if we were settled and needed anything - this was really nice and made us feel welcome. She had left chocolates and a bottle of wine for us on arrival. The cottage was very close to Betws-y-Coed and close to lovely drives. Even the rain (and there was lots of it!) couldn’t dampen our spirits. If we weren’t out for dinner, each evening was spent in the lounge next to the big roaring fire. We all agreed that anyone finding fault with this lovely accommodation is VERY difficult to please!!! Highly recommended! Customer 46 (December 2011)
Excellent location, wonderful cottage in a scenic location. Lots of wildlife, cottage very spacious, fantastic fire, beds comfy, every thing you need. Very quiet and private cottage, with attention to every detail and very clean. The photographs don’t do this cottage justice. Customer 47 (October 2011)
A great location in a lovely peaceful cottage. All the required facilities as well as a wonderful log fire in the lounge. Lots to do and see and Betws y oed is a nice walk from the house with loads of good restaurants and lovely cream teas...not for the dieters!! Customer 48 (September 2011)

Sufficient furniture to be comfortable and all in good condition. Beds were clean & comfortable. Cottage was very clean and homely. Great base for exploring Snowdonia area. Customer 49 (September 2011)
