A lovely place to stay, everything has been thoughtfully taken care of to ensure you have a good time. The owner is very helpful recommending places to see and walks to do. The welcome pack left for us was great. A secure garden straight out from the cottage meant we didn’t have to worry about our dog. We would definitely recommend this cottage and i'm sure that the others at chatham are of the very same high standard. Avril from Water Orton (07 July 2017)
Just reflecting on a fantastic week away at ty sam. As other reviews have said, everything catered for by the owners eurwyn and viv. Cottage is finished to a very high standard, really comfortable and cosy. The welcome hamper was a nice touch, the private garden overlooking the fields was a fab addition for our dog and us during the hottest week of the year. Great location for touring this part of wales. Fantastic walks on the doorstep to the beach and the local pub. In a word - recommended ! Peter from Whitley Bay (24 June 2017)
Very comfortable, clean quiet cottage, we particularly liked the quiet location and having our own outdoor space. Marjorie from Kent (17 June 2017)
We have enjoyed our stay at ty sam, beautiful little cottage and very friendly owners. Outside tap to wash a dog would be a bonus but we have managed without. We would like to come back. Katerina from Chichester (09 June 2017)
We loved the location and the friendly welcome from the on-site host. he was on hand all the time but not at all obtrusive. We particularly enjoyed the "welcome" gifts of local food and beer. The cottages (we occupied the large one ty cai and the adjoining smaller ty sam) were very well equipped, very attractive and very well designed both inside and out. The area offers many attractions within easy reach by car as well as being located in a stunningly beautiful setting. Without a car, coastal walks are accessible from the front door. I wish we could have satyed longer! Christine from Holmfirth (21 May 2017)
We had the best holiday ever at the cottage, me my husband and our little westie tilly. Everything was perfect and the owners of the cottage were fantastic. The cottage is situated perfectly for a lot of places to visit. Very quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness was second to none and the gift hamper was a lovely touch. We will definitely be going back. Sylvia paul and tilly Paul from Co.Durham (19 May 2017)
This is a well presented cottage in a very quiet rural location. Nearest pub over a mile away although the caravan site near caenarfon aerodrome serves food and drink. Near a footpath that leads to caenarfon aerodrome and the beach. Philip from Padiham (14 May 2017)
Lovely cottage in country location. Very clean and with good amenities. ideal for walking and a good base for day trips. The owners very friendly and welcoming. Anthony from Leeds (10 May 2017)
Cottage had everything we needed & spotlessly clean. . the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Lovely walks on the beaches & in the countryside. We had a really enjoyable stay & would thoroughly recommend a holiday at ty sam Anne from Cheltenham (05 May 2017)
Perfect and beautifully presented cottage in a stunning loaction. Willows from Droitwich, Worcestershire (29 April 2017)
Perfect, peaceful location for walks from the doorstep, but only a short drive to the nearest town. Secure garden for the dog, with lovely seating area for humans to enjoy the fresh air. Ty sam was spotlessly clean and airy. We found it to be well equipped and plenty big enough for our easter break. We enjoyed the welsh produce in the very generous welcome pack and found our host to be very welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Sally from Sandbach (17 April 2017)
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this lovely holiday cottage, the location is perfect for exploring both the coast and the mountains. Helen from Nottingham (24 March 2017)
Lovely holiday cottage, welcoming and friendly owners. A welcome pack is supplied and the cottage is well equipped with all the essentials. Everything was spotless and clean. Our dog loved the garden and walks to the beach. The log burner was a great way to dry out after wet days. We would love to come back, as so many places to visit nearby! thank you so much! Victoria from Alton (01 March 2017)

Fantastic 2 night stay in january. . eurwyn was a great welcoming host and even helped us with a flat tyre on the car. . . really convenient location for exploring north wales and the cottage itself was full of all sorts of homely touches. The private garden is ideal for dog owners too. . . would definitely recommend staying in ty sam to anyone. Tom from Stoke On Trent (22 January 2017)
Ty sam is a beautiful cottage! would definitely stay again. The cottage is perfect for a quiet peaceful week away. Great location; on the coastal path that leads to dinas dinlle beach and on the doorstep of snowdonia. Loved every minute! Lisa from North West England (13 January 2017)

We really enjoyed our week at ty sam. The cottage was very comfortable and the owners made us very welcome. We had a log fire each evening which made the cottage very warm and cosy. Anne from Aberystwyth (03 December 2016)
It's a tastefully designed conversion, with a combination of quality fixtures and some vintage furniture pieces to compliment the barns character. Really clean and comfortable, on the coastal path so you can walk to the stunning dinas dille beach. Bus stop and route to snowdonia are all nearby, great place would definitely go again, with a really friendly owner as well. David from Nantwich (25 November 2016)
Lovely little place, ideal for a peaceful break away. . the owner is very helpful. Suggestion would be to consider wheelchair access as I think this would increase occupancy. We would return again Vicki from Liverpool (16 November 2016)
Cosy well renovated property, owner very friendly and helpful. Chris from Stafford (27 October 2016)
Lovely well equipped cottage, perfect location with the footpath next to the garden. Friendly local pub, friendly helpful owner. Lots of places to visit in the area. Loved our stay there. Letitia from Clitheroe (24 October 2016)
Because we have a german shepherd dog the location a small problem as sheep were next to our cottage, this meant we had to restrict his exercise to the beach, not a problem, the beach has miles of golden sand, a fabulous place for dogs. Our dog max thought he had died and gone to doggie heaven!!!!! the owner, erwin, just couldn't do enough for us, he was amazing and so friendly. The cottage was gorgeous, we thoroughly enjoyed our break. Would come again. Frank, sue & max from whitchurch, shropshire. Sue from Whitchurch (04 October 2016)

Well appointed and very cosy country cottage. It is located within easy driving distance of the main attractions of north wales and anglesey and walking distance of the welsh coast - approx. 1.5 miles. . local information and details of attractions and places of interest are well documented in the cottage . . we would like to thank the owners mr and mrs edwards for their kind attention during our stay and congratulate them on the very high standard of their work in converting the earlier farm building into a superb country cottage. John from Maidstone (11 June 2016)
Excellent location, high spec cottage. Perfect, will defiantly be back Chris from Stafford (17 April 2016)
The cottage was beautiful. Every small detail was thought about and the welcome hamper was a lovely extra. The owner was a lovely gentleman (didn't get to meet his wife) who was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Ss from Brighton (20 March 2016)
We had a cheery welcome from our friendly host, and really appreciated the goodie pack, especially the scrumptious bara brith! lovely eco friendly cottage; our stay was during one of the coldest weeks of the winter and we were toasty warm. The property was equipped with all the facilities for your stay, including a good wi-fi signal, particularly useful for me as I had work to do. . the view from the cottage to the snow covered mountains was spectacular, and the coastal footpath was right next to the enclosed garden, handy when we walked our dog. J R from Bristol (12 March 2016)
