Amazing comfortable cottage . really enjoyed our stay. Anthea from Cambridge (04 August 2017)
Really enjoyed our stay at sweet pea cottage. We found the floorboards upstairs rather creaky, we were a bit nervous that it'd wake our toddler at times, but he slept really well! very clean cottage, with a simple, enclosed garden. Location was good, pleasant & quiet but not a lot to do in the village itself. . we would definitely stay again. Gemma from Leicester (07 July 2017)
Although it's small, the cottage offers enough room to relax and spend a day inside if needed because of the weather. The garden is lovely, safe for small children and lots of birds visiting. The conservatory is really nice, it provides spaciousness and light for the living rooms and is a great place to read if it rains. If done reading, there is a big tv with dvd and various games. Our 1 year old enjoyed the different rooms (3) and garden as well and there was a small table with chairs for him at the conservatory. Note that the second bedroom is small and the kitchen as well- I wouldn't recommend it to 4 adults that are culinary enthousiasts. The beach is at walking distance, so is the tesco express, a bakery and busstops: there is a coast hopper that brings you to hunstanton, king's lynn etc if you don't feel like driving yourself. The cleaning team is real friendly and nearby if you need them. M. (30 June 2017)
Had a great time without driving very far. Plenty to keep an 8 year old granddaughter entertained. Anthony from Leicester (02 June 2017)
We did enjoy our break in sweet pea cottage, it was very clean and cosy and done out to a high standard! the location was excellent we would recommend the fish and chip shop and the indian across the road and a ideal for when visiting all the other coastal towns. The only thing I would say is that having stayed in many holiday cottages I have never had to buy my own toilet roll, we had 1 roll provided to last us 5 days and there was no hand wash in the bathroom and a bit of washing up liquid would also be helpful. I couldn't seem to find a welcome book either with all the local information and instructions how to use some equipment. Other than than that everything was lovely. Alison from York (12 May 2017)
One of the most comfortable cottages we have ever stayed in every thing you needed was provided it was clean comfortable and very pretty it was in a lovely location and all the local people were so friendly it was right next door to a really tasty bakery I would highly recommend this cottage we have already booked up again Christine from Brandon Suffolk (27 February 2017)
We loved sweet pea cottage, will definitely return. Kara from Stowmarket (06 February 2017)
Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Quiet area and private garden too. Lovely place to relax and have some peace and quiet. Lynne from Lowestoft (03 February 2017)
Just a great place to stay if you like walking autumnal empty beaches. Confirmed Guest (28 November 2016)
Beds weren't very comfortable but other than that the place had everything you could need for a lovely stay. Confirmed Guest (31 October 2016)
This cottage needs a housekeeping information sheet for cooker, washer central heating wi-fi and key location. the front of the visitors book information for the key and wi fi were not found and we had to contact the owner. Val from York (21 October 2016)
A really lovely cottage, very pretty and comfortable. Village quiet and attractive with everything you could need. The coastline is beautiful and there is plenty to see and do in the area. Would stay here again. Confirmed Guest (30 September 2016)
A teeny tiny cottage in a lovely village. . the location is brilliant. There is a bakery next door; a lovely butcher around the corner (and a tesco, post office, takeaways etc.). it is within 15 minutes' walk to the beach and to norfolk lavender. For children, norfolk lavender has an indoor soft play and an outside park/animal petting (both £6-8 entry). the village swings/slides are also lovely, and the duck pond has a lot of friendly ducks. Judging by the local newspaper, the residents look down upon nearby hunstanton. . the cottage itself is just about big enough for 3 people, but the kitchen is particularly small if you need to cook. The cupboards and utilities are really squeezed in. For example, the drawer on the washing machine won't open behind a shelf - you need to pop to tesco and buy tablets that go in the drum. Otherwise, everything inside is well kept and clean. There was a fun selection of games, books and dvds too. . the walled garden contains comfy chairs and gets sunshine all day long. There is a washing line. It is not quite 'contained' in a toddler-proof way, as the side gate has rotted a little and wouldn't stay shut. But the chairs and sunshine go perfectly with a glass of wine on a summer evening. Richard from Durham (12 August 2016)
The cottage was perfect for my two daughters and i. Close to the beach, a cycle ride away from hunstanton and its facilities, and short drives from other attractions. Would definitely recommend sweet pea cottage for small families looking for a uk holiday Andrew from High Wycombe (22 July 2016)
Benefits from a quiet village location with on site parking and essential shopping facilities nearby, but if you are looking for open aspect/views etc then sweet pea is not for you. . but very clean and well equipped plus good supply of information on local attractions. Excellent coast hopper bus service - much better than driving and searching for parking. Trevor from Settle (08 July 2016)
Beautiful cottage in a lovely area Gail from Leicestershire (24 June 2016)
Beautiful cottage inside and out. Lovely area, will come back again. Victoria from Ipswich (06 May 2016)
Very nice and homely. Some soaps ect would be nice. Confirmed Guest (02 May 2016)
We would have given it 10 out of 10 but there was no information pack i.e how the cooker work (spoilt one dinner in it), heating or relevant info about local doctor/dentist etc all this infor is in another cottage we hire in heacham. Carol from Barton Seagrave (22 April 2016)
Sweet pea cottage is a lovely idyllic little property. Very well equipped. Cosy, warm and enchanting. Close to local shops and a great pub near by for food. Confirmed Guest (18 April 2016)
We stayed in sweet pea cottage for 3 nights and explored north norfolk, we had a great time and loved the cottage.lovely Linda (14 April 2016)
Rented the cottage for our friends to stay, it was very homely with everything they needed Julie from Heacham (18 March 2016)
Small but nice house. Well equipped, allthough a dishwasher instead of a washing machine would even be better. Good house to stay with kids; games and highchair available and enough options to play hide and seek. Din from Zwolle, The Netherlands (04 March 2016)
The cottage is absolutely lovely even in a cold february! it was warm, bright and cosy all at the same time. Philippa from Essex (29 February 2016)
Lovely cottage in perfection location for exploring north norfolk… will definitely be back! Jean from Swindon (22 January 2016)
Enjoyed our stay in sweet pea cottage lovely homely feel, we would love . to come back to sweet pea cottage sometime in the future, thank you Caroline from North Walsham (09 October 2015)
A very comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage. A few minor suggestions. Feather filled pillows and duvets don't suit everyone. The kitchen lacked salt, pepper and kitchen towels; however, there is a tesco express just 2 minutes walk away, so that wasn't a big problem. Stephen from Wolverhampton (02 October 2015)
Good location for chip shop, pub and tesco express, what else do you need. the front doorway is low but you remember to duck when you have hit your head a few times! Jan from Leicester (18 September 2015)
Nice cottage, we were very happy overall. Alex from Ely (31 August 2015)
Th cottage was beautiful and surprisingly spacious and was in a great location for days . . out. The local pub does some great food at reasonable prices and the staff are really . . friendly. we had a fantastic weeks holiday and would definitely visit again. Fran from Surrey (28 August 2015)
Absolutely gorgeous cottage. It was very clean and had all the things we need - literally home from home. A nice private garden which is frequently visited by lots of small birds which was really lovely for our little girl. We would definitely stay again as it really was a beautiful cottage. Highly recommend. Vicki from Cambridge (17 July 2015)
Lovely presented cottage, set back from the main street. Lots of charm, great outdoor space. Perfect for families. Nikki from Southwell (10 July 2015)
Sweetpea cottage is a lovely place to stay; it's central to many of norfolk's attractions and very comfy and homely Walter from Bletchley (12 June 2015)
A lovely holiday cottage, very clean and well equipped. perfect layout for our 11-month old to explore the cottage safely and great to have a travel cot and highchair supplied. You can't see it in the photos but there is a small sunny garden which was a great asset. Anna from Cambridge (05 June 2015)
Yes, very comfortable clean and quite. Thank you Susan from Kent (22 May 2015)
Very clean and welcoming little cottage. Just watch your head if your over 5'10! the reason we wouldn't go back is firstly we have been there now, and secondly, now we have been, we prefer the west country coast. James from Horley (10 April 2015)
The cottage was lovely. Well presented, clean and had all the facilities we needed for our weekend stay. The location was quiet but also close to the local shops and a few takesways. Clare from Basingstoke (23 March 2015)
