A lovely well equipped apartment in perfect location, easy walking distance to beach and shops. A nice added extra was the welcome pack of various luxury items including chocolate. . we had a great time and could find no faults at all. Cromer is a good location to base in to explore lots of norfolk attractions. Andrew from Worcestershire (07 July 2017)
Sea breeze was really comfortable , spacious, well equipped, a true home from home feel. . we came as a family group with three generations, and the wi fi was essential for our teenage grand daughter. . it was a bonus not having to use the car each evening to go for our evening meal, and a couple of days didn't use the car at all, as the local amenities were so good. . we would recommend to anyone, and would be happy to return again. Pat from Romford (30 June 2017)
Ideally situated, close to the centre but on a quiet street. Well equipped and very spacious. Ian from Nottingham (12 June 2017)
Great place to stay very spacious, and a fantastic location. Customer 4 from Northampton (02 June 2017)
Brilliant apartment, the photos don't do it justice(it's bigger than it looks in the photos). we had an amazing weekend and will definitely be back again. Thank you Cobb from Bedfordshire (29 May 2017)
Comfortable apartment, ideally located a short walk from north lodge park, happy valley, beach, shops and church. Lovely welcome pack too! Steven from Northampron (28 April 2017)
Very spacious, comfortable flat. Excellent, quiet location, close to the beach, reached by a short walk through the park. Deborah from Dunstable (14 April 2017)
Great flat - spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Located in a quiet, residential area but very convenient to the town centre. Very generous welcome pack on arrival. Cromer has a train line that also connects you to other seaside towns and norwich. Plenty of good pubs, restaurants and walks available from cromer. I would definitely stay again and would be happy to recommend to friends and family! Sonia from Bourne Lincolnshire (07 April 2017)
What a fantastic place to stay ... I took my dad and my brother who are getting on in years ;0)) and they thought it was the bees knees... massive rooms with all mod cons.. only a short walk to the town center with plenty of pubs ;0)) and shops. Simon had left us a welcome package of tea coffee milk biscuits and extras !!! ... we will be calling again..thank you so much. Steve from Leicester (17 October 2016)
The flat was very good our only criticism was the garden which the description stated a b/q was available but the size and state of the garden if we had found the b/q we would not have used it. We would be pleased to receive the owners comments on this point. Jack from Glossop (16 September 2016)
Every room bright , spacious, and comfortable. very well equipped. delightful welcome pack. Confirmed Guest (09 September 2016)
Excellent location, bear to local shops, restaurants and pier. Well supplied flat. Loved fact we could walk everywhere! would definitely recommend Deb from London (02 September 2016)
Had a great time in a spacious apartment. Loved the fact that there was enough space in the lounge to spread out and the large hallway was very useful. Best of all we liked that we didn't need to use the car as everything in cromer is in walking distance. Highly recommend. Emma from Rochester (26 August 2016)
The flat was spacious and well equipped, we felt really at home there. It is located on a very nice quiet street very close to the beautiful beach and pier. Would love to go back. Jo from Dorking (12 August 2016)
A lovely flat, close to town centre and sea front. Clean and well equipped with a seaside theme. The fridge freezer was too small for a 6 bed , selfcatering flat - too small for frozen pizzas. Apart from that small quibble everything was lovely and we hope to return soon. Sue from Redditch (01 April 2016)
Lovely apartment did not want for anything lovely for 4 plus people but felt a bit lost in such a big flat as used to a smaller property this is not a complaint just a personal observation. Beds lovely and comfy and a good size bathroom was a bit cold some nights but the c/heat soon warmed us up,only one set of keys though a bit awkward as some days we went our own ways two sets would have been handy, all in all well worth the stay . Confirmed Guest from Oulton Broad (09 October 2015)
Lovely holiday accommodation - spacious, comfortable and in a good location close to the town centre and sea. Our five year old grandson stepped inside and pronounced it "the best holiday house ever", and it continued to win admiration throughout the week. Highly recommended. Austin from St Albans (21 August 2015)
A spacious and well equipped house in a good location. an initial problem with a loose wire to the cooker connection was addressed immediately by the owner so full marks for that. the beds were a little soft for elderly backs but no ther fault to be found. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again. Jean from Royston, Hertfordshire (14 August 2015)
The location was perfect .. the house wasn't clean, in fact I would go so far as to say it was disgusting in places, value for money no ! Brett from Bridgnorth Shropshire (31 May 2015)
Very well positioned holiday home but decor tired and sound of people overhead intrusive. Regina from West Sussex (29 May 2015)
