Great accomodation for our family vacations. We enjoyed the 15 min. Walk to cromer with the beautiful view of the town. To our surprise - maybe we didn't read the description properly - the flat is part of the quite big cromer country club with lots of amenities like the indoor pool (which was being renovated at our stay) or table tennis. Only critique: the reception was not sure about our status as residents but non-members to the country club, free wifi being reserved for members only, for instance. Arno from Nuremberg (10 September 2016)
Beautiful site, great facilities and perfectly equipped holiday home. Confirmed Guest (03 September 2016)
The location was lovely and the on site amenities were good. The villas sofas and bed linen needs updating Amanda from Norton (16 July 2016)
Had a lovely week at this apartment which is part of cromer country club. the accommodation itself was very clean and well equipped. the sofas were a bit soft, and could probably do with replacing, but we tended not to spend much time just watching tv. the beds were comfortable, and bed linen was clean and good quality. the extractor fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy, especially if anyone got up in the night. having use of the club facilities (pool, gym, restaurant etc.) was good. I have never seen a resort so obsessed with cleaning - even the depth signs on the wall around the pool were polished every morning. Lynda from Warwickshire (02 July 2016)
Excellent base to explore norfolk broads, also several birdwatching sites available close to hand. Good facilities at cromer country club, with scenic coastal walks. Keith from Pontefract (11 June 2016)
Situated in the grounds of cromer country club the cottage twenty four is a . . little outside the main attractions of cromer however there is a useful walk through a. . small wood on to a cliff top walk to cromer town/pier which takes approximately 25. . minutes. In the grounds of the club is a good pub/restaurant serving a good range of. . meals at reasonable prices. There is also a swimming pool, a gym and a coffee area. The. . grounds are immaculate with staff keeping everything in good order all the time. Frank from Alfreton (21 May 2016)
We booked villa 24 because of the included use of the swimming pool for our children. The actual apartment was very functional- sofas uncomfortable, grill and one of the rings on the oven not working but everything else ok. It did have an extremely loud fan in the bathroom so we used a torch at night because quite frankly it would have woken everyone up. Also no welcome pack provided- whatever that is?!i do think that all holiday cottages should at least provide a welcoming pint of milk to make a cup of tea/coffee or perhaps a bottle of wine. The pool was extremely clean and not very busy in the mornings. Lots of rules though!. I would not recommend eating at the amber restaurant- we were only able to have dinner in the bar area as they always said the restaurant was booked up- but no-one was in there at the time we went 6-7pm. The food was mediocre, tepid temperature, poor menu and staffing inconsistent. Patricia from St Albans (15 August 2015)
Super resort. This cottage's location on the rose garden is lovely. A disappointing aspect of this cottage was that you had to pay to use the pool. £50 for the week unless you're a member of the country club. Kate from Leicester (19 July 2014)
Ideal for the four of us although the bedroom could have been a little larger as we have two teenage girls with us and the bunk beds are not very big. we did also find the double bed in our room very small. the accomodation though was pleasant, well equipped and in a great location within easy reach of walks into cromer and overstrand. we also had use of the swimming pool and spa facilities but were disappointed that we were not able to use these during adult sessions between 7 and 8pm bearing in mind the two teenage girls with us are 15 - not ideal being with babies and toddlers. Clare from Sheffield (31 May 2014)
Lovely resort and appartment. There were one or two small faults due to wear and tear such as fridge door shelves and slightly damaged flooring. Noisy pipes and toilet re-flushing needs looking at, but little things like that don't spoil our holidays! we loved the decor and felt very at home. Super friendly staff and lovely facilities on site. Val from Colchester (07 September 2013)
The apartment was very dirty, the toilet reflushed, the bath had been re-grouted over mould, no furniture had been moved in months to clean, windows were filthy, tv didn't always turn on, there were so many stains on the settees it was unbelievable, there was a tampon under the tv stand. It was very clear from the outside of our apartment that ours was privately owned because every else had nice tables and chairs and we didn’t, terrible location, in one leaflet it said restaurant was open 11am to 9pm so tried to ring at 3:30 and was told it said on a different leaflet that it closes in the middle of the day. We couldn’t put the bathroom or kitchen lights on after the kids went bed because a noisy fan would come on if we did. We left a day early. Definitely not worth the money we paid and would definitely noy recommend to anyone. The only good thing was the help we had unpacking. Serina from Coalville, Leicestershire (17 August 2013)
On arrival house not ready, had to wait 40 mins over allotted arrival time. House was dirty, stained sofas, chipped crockery, fixtures & fittings dirty or broken. Mould in bathroom. Tv remote not working. Smell of damp throughout house & clothes stored in limited wardrobe space damp by the end of the week. Feedback on the website as far back as 2012 have not been addressed. Lyn from Bedfordshire (03 August 2013)

Villa 24 is a great place to stay if you’ve a young family. It is clean and has all you need, etc modern kitchen. Dining area, lounge area and 2 good sized bedrooms. Location is good and complex has a swimming pool and lots of games for children to enjoy. Entertainment is very good, lots to do for any age. We all enjoyed our our stay here and would definitely consider it again. Customer 20 (June 2012)
Fantastic location. Property was great for us & our two children (5 & 7), equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Garden to front area of apartment meant we could easily sit out & watch the children play. Swimming pool & games room really handy for when the weather isnt so good. On site restaurant, food lovely & service very good, not overpriced either. Path to beach very handy so didnt have to use the car all the time if we wanted to go out. Customer 21 (June 2011)
Liked the simple layout. Customer 22 (July 2010)
