Great location that could not be better , great walks for dogs nearby . one improvement that could make it a 10 across the board would be for the lovely courtyard outside the cottage to be made dog friendly which could be easily done with two gates Confirmed Guest (17 February 2017)
Lovely warm cosy cottage. Well equipped. Just some minor repairs required on freezer door, bin lid and a small leak around sink and toilet. This didn't spoil our holiday and the cottage was in a beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful owners. Helen from Ipswich (28 December 2016)

An ideal holiday base for our holiday, we stayed there 50 years ago for our honeymoon. The owners where excellent and helpful. It was a relaxing holiday, with excellent weather as a bonus Geoffrey from Norwich (23 April 2016)
Very comfortable, clean and warm with some nice characterful touches. some low doors for the taller and unwary, but handled with due diligence not an issue! it is a working sheep and cattle farm so some challenging moments for vegetarians but all in all, we would return quite happily. excellent location for a day's round trip to virtually anywhere in the region you might wish to visit by car, or on foot with the dog! Neil from Lewes (31 March 2016)
The only thing I would say is if your taking dogs , there is no fenced in garden , other than that perfect Gillian from Salisbury (26 March 2016)

An excellent location for betws y coed and the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage had a lovely warm and cosy atmosphere. Tom and sarah were very friendly and welcoming. There was a plentiful supply of logs for the wood fire. We also enjoyed feeding the two donkeys carrots and making friends with the resident dogs. Definitely hope to return to this cottage. We had a fantastic stay over new year at this cottage. it was perfect for two and very cosy. The owner, tom was very friendly and helpful. The unlimited logs included was also great. The cottage in general was very clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I did just find that when I needed to move the bedside table to get to the plug socket, that it was very dusty behind that, but other than that was very pleased and would definitely stay again. Louise from Manchester (04 January 2015)
We loved it. You need to be prepared to drive everywhere and restaurants, shops and hotels shut christmas eve to boxing day inclusive it seemed. Amanda from Eastbourne (28 December 2014)

Comfortable and well-equipped cottage in superb location with a brilliant farm walk on the doorstep Chris from Retford (13 September 2014)
Had a great time.very clean and friendly. Would recommend it.our little dog loved it as well Josephine from Essex (06 September 2014)
The cottage is so cute and quaint we just loved it. The only let down was how desperately un comfortable the bed was and how horridly hard the pillows were it really spoilt it. When we arrived the owners son greater us as his mum was in america. We saw him on another occasion and he was lovely. Disappointingly his mother made no effort to introduce herself upon her return so we never met her which I felt was rather rude and not how opi would treat my guests. Once again I can not fault the friendliness of her son. Rachel from Bury St Edmunds (23 August 2014)
Lovely cottage and excellent welcome pack.very peaceful and great location. Susan from Staffordshire (16 August 2014)

Loved the little cottage. Had a wonderful honeymoon. Would highly recommend. Lovely location. Owners were friendly and helpful as needed. Simon from Winkleigh (07 June 2014)
I stayed here for a week with my husband, baby and our dog. It was the perfect place for our week away. The cottage suited our needs and the owners were friendly and very helpful, responding to any thing we needed. It was a little further outside of betws-y-coed than we had realised but it was just a short drive away and we ended up preferring our location for the peace and the beautiful countryside. There is a farm trail that starts from the farm/cottage which we would highly recommend. This was a wonderful morning out. Would definitely return. Emma from Rushden, Northants (24 May 2014)
A wonderful cottage with all that 2 people could need, very nice owners, the farm walk is well thought out and signed. The cottage is close enough to amenities yet far enough away to be in the country. watch out for micky, a small dog who will steal your heart. . this is a well designed, clean and ideal cottage whatever the time of year. Paul from Mansfield (24 March 2014)

Wood burner was great to come back to after a day out in the cold, plenty of wood to help yourself to just on your doorstep! . feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but then it is not too far from local town for shops and restaurants, so you get the best of both worlds. Plenty to see and do nearby. Had a great relaxing week here! Vicky from Hove (30 March 2013)
