We absolutely loved our stay at rascal's barn. It is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It is so comfortable and has everything you could need. The games room is amazing and the kids loved it. There are so many details that make it a home from home. We found that it was a good base to explore north norfolk. We would definitely return! Joanna from Maidenhead (04 August 2017)
Brilliant place we will definetly be back Matt from Berks (21 July 2017)
Lovely cottage, perfect, quiet location. Ideal base for a week in norfolk with plenty to do nearby. Well equipped for adults and children. Hope to come back next year. Catherine from Royston Herts (14 July 2017)
Rascals barn was well equipped and had the home from home feel about it. Very pleased with the barn, had a really good week. Staying in this property had everything we required and was close enough to visit all the areas of north norfolk quite easily, from the good location of the barn . Philip from Castleford (23 June 2017)
The cottage worked very well for our party (two adult couples) and is very well equipped. The location was good so that we could visit the coastline either side of cromer. The countryside behind the coast is lovely. We hadn't been to north norfolk before but we intend to return for more explorations. Nick from Hereford (09 June 2017)
The owners have created a lovely cosy home from home experience, there is lots of little extras that really helped to keep the children occupied. My only negative is that there wasn't a wok or large frying pan. I would love to go again in winter to try out the log burner. John from Leicestershire. (02 June 2017)
Lovely barn, very well laid out with games room in the entrance area. We had some very relaxing evenings in after long days out at the local attractions. Duncan from Buckingham (07 April 2017)
Great cottage for a family get away. A boutique feel cottage balanced with family friendly facilities makes it a great place for both adults and children. . will definitely recommend to others and likely to return if in the area again. Trevor from Retford (13 March 2017)
Had a fantastic christmas break. Would definitely recommend and return. Frances from Orpington (27 December 2016)

Beautiful barn tastefully & thoughtfully equipped very cosy and good location would definitely return Ronnie from Suffolk (28 October 2016)
Perfect weekend away, the only issue - would loved to stay longer. . . will definitely be booking this again Trisha from Essex (03 October 2016)
Our second stay in this amazing cottage. How anyone can give this place less than 10/10 is beyond me. It's immaculate, very luxurious and also incredibly child friendly. There's a games room, boxes of soft toys, dolls, cars, puzzles etc. Kitchen incredibly well equipped, even with cling film & foil. As a previous reviewer has said, there is no mobile phone reception, but there is wifi and a landline phone for emergency use. The location is great as there is loads to do within a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be booking again for next year. Best holiday cottage I have ever stayed in. Penny from Bexhill On Sea (23 September 2016)
We had a very comfortable stay at rascals barn. Thoughtful welcome pack of milk, biscuits and wine plus plenty of teabags and coffee available. Comfortable beds and lots of space. There is a terrific play room to keep younger family members happy. The owners have put a lot of thought into making the stay a memorable one and we would be very happy to stay again. Ann from Peterborough (16 September 2016)
Great little place to stay for the weekend! packed with character and lots of extras! need a convex mirror at the entrance as you come out of the driveway onto a road and there are no views either way. Mark from Newark On Trent (12 September 2016)
Brilliant brilliant fantastic will definitely be telling everyone we know how much we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return. Thanks for a lovely week of good memories Neal from Wakefield (09 September 2016)
Lovely well equipped accommodation Nick from Hertfordshire (05 August 2016)
It was not made clear prior to booking that the accommodation was not serviced by an acceptable mobile phone polling signal. . the vehicle exit from the barn suffers from a blind bend and vision restricting hedge. This could be addressed by the opposing positioning of convex driver-assist mirrors. . a small matter: there was a shortage of microwave safe cooking bowls available from the kitchen cupboards. Steven from Ipswich (29 July 2016)
Great property in the heart of the countryside. a wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries. Colin from Clitheroe (24 June 2016)
A wonderful, cosy, luxury barn in reasonable proximity to the north norfolk coast. we will be back. Anna from Coulsdon (02 January 2016)
Excellent holiday home, in perfect location. With everything you need and more, loads of lovely toys, games and books for the children. Huge amount of living space and everything at a very high standard. Welcome pack was very lovely. We will definitely visit again and would recommend! Angela from Stowmarket (02 November 2015)
This was a great base from which to explore a beautiful part of norfolk. we really didn't want to leave Sarah from Sussex (23 October 2015)
The barn conversion is modern and sparkling like new! we were so impressed with the contents of the kitchen and the owners had thought a lot about what would be necessary. Location is lovely and rural yet there is a shop one mile away that sells everything you'd need. Unfortunately, we had an emergency on our departure day to which the owners were sympathetic and understanding. We cannot wait to come back and stay here for family holidays in the future. Kelly from Chelmsford (12 October 2015)
Lovely place to stay lots of thoughtful little touches. would book again if returning to norfolk. Sue from Horsham (09 October 2015)
Beautiful cottage. Will be returning again. Owner was immediately contactable and helpful. Lots of attention to detail. Tina And Friends from Herts (05 October 2015)
Rascals barn was every thing you could want in a relaxing week. Comfort, style, a bottle of wine waiting for you to enjoy. Everything was thought of for your comfort. Spotless, well equipped , warm. Loved it. Karen from Warden Bay (02 October 2015)
Amazing cottage for our first family holiday with 18 month old baby. cottage was scrupulously clean, very well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Very toddler friendly, she loved all the bears and toys! loads to do within a 15 min drive of property and waitrose was nearby which was also handy. Local pub a bit run down and unfriendly, but excellent fish and chips nearby. Am definitely going to book again for next year. Penny from Bexhill On Sea (25 September 2015)
Fantastic property Confirmed Guest (18 September 2015)
Beautiful luxurious converted barn, my husband, my three year old and I had a wonderful stay. Helen from Yorkshire (11 September 2015)
A comfortable and well-equipped cottage which provided a good base for exploring north norfolk. Katherine from Surrey (19 June 2015)
We arrived early evening on a very hot day. there were so many keys and it wasn't obvious which fitted which door and so that took a while to work out. when we actually entered the barn it was so hot we couldn't breathe. we opened as many windows as possible and then found that the heating was on - high! after searching for instructions for the oven and not finding anything I phoned the contact number but unfortunately the owner did not know which of the dials/switches operated the oven. it was a case of switching a few things on and hoping for the best. the water in the shower wasn't always hot despite us setting the temperature. Denise from Worcestershire (15 May 2015)
The barn was beautiful and had everything and more. It was a home from home and I would definitely recommend it to others and would return!! Natalie from Bedford (13 April 2015)
Fantastic barn - pictures really do not do it justice! central location for cromer, sheringham, blickling. Hall and felbrigg. Children very well catered for and barn has excellent finish which gives that feel of luxury! Charlotte from Norfolk (13 February 2015)
Loved it Kinerman from Essex (04 January 2015)
A fantastic cottage which we will definitely be visiting again. it was extremely well equipped and our daughter absolutely loved all the toys and games. the location was perfect for us and the open plan kitchen lounge made for a perfect space for the family to enjoy. Chris from Colchester (10 November 2014)
Beautiful barn inside and out. We had a lovely stay. The under floor heating was lovely and the wood burner a nice touch on a cold evening. it was also child friendly with the stair gates if required and lots of toys and games. also nice to have a bottle of wine and some chocolate biscuits for when we arrived! would highly recommend rascals barn to anyone. Gemma from Bures (24 October 2014)
Cottage very good but remote. not in walking distance of pub Kerry from Yorkshire (17 October 2014)
Gorgeous modern barn conversion with a touch of luxury throughout (underfloor heating was fab). it was perfectly located a short drive from the beach (ideal with our three year old) and nowhere was really too far to drive to. Lovely quiet location and the wine they had left us on our arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. I wouldn't normally wright a review but we loved this property and norfolk so much couldn't resist. If you're umming over whether to rent this property you definitely should, very toddler friendly too with stair gates etc.. Kate from Lincoln (26 September 2014)
Fantastic accommodation, really pleased with the value for money, cute idyllic barn very clean and very well equipped. Rachel from Cambridgeshire (12 September 2014)
A beautiful barn with excellent facilities. Finished to a very high standard and real attention to detail. Child/baby friendly and perfect location for the coast. Would definitely visit again. Sarah from Colchester (25 July 2014)

Quiet and relaxing break in a beautiful setting. Cottage very tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard John from Worcestershire (13 June 2014)
Excellent cottage, very well equipped and would stay again. Best one we have stayed in to date Confirmed Purchaser (02 June 2014)
What a delightful place, a lovely contemporary interior...just perfect for a relaxing getaway! the little touches made the difference, a nice bottle of prosecco waiting for us on the dining table, chocolate biscuits and a fully stocked coffee machine. Would love to stay again! Andy from St. Ives, Cambs (05 May 2014)
A superb barn conversion; games room and large utility room (separated from the main barn by a small courtyard) were a bonus. very tastefully decorated, restored and laid out, rascal's barn is a near-perfect holiday destination in the heart of norfolk. cromer and sheringham are very close-by, and there's an excellent fish and chip shop (and restaurant) in the same village as the accommodation. highly recommended. Karen from Mildenhall, Suffolk (02 May 2014)
Rascals barn looked great on the website but was even better in reality. We had a lovely time there and everything we needed and more was in the barn. It is gorgeous. Jacqueline from Tamworth (25 April 2014)
We really enjoyed our stay at rascals barn & will certainly return. The barn itself is beautiful, very we'll equipped with lots of extras such as the games room that has loads of games books & toys for children (&adults) of all ages. There also more toys tucked discreetly away in the twin bedroom so even if the weather isn't so good the kids won't be bored. The little extras such as the bottle of prosecco, coffee machine & molton brown toiletries all added to that luxury feel. In fact I think the only thing missing were some nice fluffy bathrobes! . it is in the perfect location to explore the north norfolk coast and countryside. We really enjoyed our trips to wells by the sea, mundesley & blakeney to see the seals. There is a really nice farm shop nearby & plenty of other places to eat out if you don't fancy cooking. The ship inn at mundesley was nice and no1 cromer served great fish & chips. Overall our holiday was so good none of us wanted to come home! Rebecca from Notts (11 April 2014)
Rascals barn is a beautifully converted barn with absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The owners have added thoughtful touches and the cottage was very clean and well presented. It is a great location to explore the north norfolk coast and easy to get to. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Philippa from London (21 March 2014)
Beautiful barn conversion and felt like home from home! would love to stay there again. Paul from Guidlford (14 February 2014)
A very relaxing stay felt very looked after and we had a week of sun which helps! extremely well decorated and attention to detail was well received. Thank you rascal barn . Sue from Winchester (07 February 2014)
