Very nice Page from Lincolnshire (17 June 2017)
Fantastic cottage, very friendly and helpful owners, the garden is fully enclosed so we were able to let our cockapoo run free. Every where was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this cottage. Alan from Worksop (20 May 2017)
Wonderful home from home cottage. Thoughtfully equiped. A lovely restful base to come back to each day after visiting the local attractions. Had a glitch with the tv that was promptly fixed when reported to the owner. Will look forward to staying there again next year. Caroline from Market Rasen (06 May 2017)
Lovely holiday, but in the evening wanting to relax the tv was unwatchable very poor Brian from York (29 April 2017)
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . it is very comfortable ,well furnished with very good quality goods and with décor which showed the care of the owners. Our only concern was that there were fragile ornaments which could have been knocked from a shelf. Pleased to say, there were no incidents. We stayed near the north coast last year and preferred that part because of the huge numbers of sea birds but this cottage suited us very well. Brian from Nr Abergavenny, Wales (04 March 2017)
This is a delightful cottage, ideal for 2 persons. The owner had it lovely and warm for us; feb. Outside temperature was close to freezing. We found the small sitting room area comfortable and pleasant to sit in in the evening. The small dining area perfectly adequate and the kitchen section had everything we needed. Bedroom a little tight but fine. Bathroom good sized. We were very pleased with the cottage and would certainly use it again. Nearest pub restaurant is vernon arms about a mile away. Leonard from Bedford (10 February 2017)
Gave us a chance to relax and rest, location was quiet and peaceful. The owners more than friendly and generous, made the stay all the more delightful. Brian from Leamington Spa (11 June 2016)

A lovely and very clean cottage. A very warm welcome. Nina from Scunthorpe (29 August 2015)
A lovely little cottage, very clean & comfortable with everything you could need.a warm welcome from pam the owner on arrival and some lovely treats for us & our dog! we had a great week and found that we were near enough to all the places we wanted to visit, plus there were lots of walks nearby for the dog. Confirmed Guest (15 August 2015)
My husband and I had a lovely week in puddleduck cottage with our little dog. the cottage was cosy and welcoming, and it was nice being able to open the door to the enclosed garden and let our dog run free. the owners were also friendly and welcoming. We were also very impressed with the area. as we had our dog with us, we had to find things we could do with him and, fortunately, there were plenty. we took him on the coast hopper bus, on the steam railway, on the broads, and to the beach. we also took him to national trust parks and some gardens. in fact, all the things we would have wanted to do if we didn't have him with us. we also found plenty of good places to eat locally and out and about. Valerie from Maidstone (18 July 2015)
Warm welcome, cottage very clean and well thought out with every thing you would need, we will be back and will recommend to friends. Ray from Billericay (06 June 2015)
As good as it can get we couldn't fault anything at all Judith from Fleckney, Leics (06 March 2015)
Cottage was warm, clean, very well equipped and in a good location with friendly owners. the bed is a standard double with a wooden footboard, if you are tall and have a problem with a bed this size, you may have a problem here. I also found the mirror in the bathroom was set too low to use without stooping. Otherwise the cottage and enclosed garden were excellent, with a surprise welcome package! Joe from Knutsford, Cheshire (27 February 2015)
Pam made us very welcome and the cottage was spotless. Couple of minor things. The lock on the door was a little difficult at times to lock/unlock from the inside. Plus my wife has back problems and the mattress wasn't quite supportive enough. Not bad by any means but a little uncomfortable for her. Other than that an excellent place to stay and very well positioned either for the north coast or the broads. Ian from Lee On The Solent (14 February 2015)
Lovely cottage, owners very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the new year. Colin from High Wycombe (18 December 2014)

An excellent little cottage with everything you would ever need. Very comfortable warm bed (we stayed in november), thoughtful finishing touches, biscuits for the dog (and us), milk, coffee tea sugar eggs, we wanted for nothing. pam and family are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, we will definitely be returning. We were given a warm welcome (and 1/2 dozen freshly laid eggs) on arriving at this lovely cottage. It was perfect for the two of us. There is so much to explore in the area that the week sped by. The garden was quiet and totally private, a lovely place to relax after a long walk along our favourite beach. Pat from Birmingham (10 August 2013)

We had a lovely week in a super cottage in a very nice location with lots of facilities on site. very professionally managed. our only problem, and we were warned in advance by the proprietor, was that two 6 feet plus people, really needed a longer bed. but we were told and its was no-one elses fault. other than that very very good. Gordon from Chorley (06 Jul 2013)

We had a very warm welcome from Pam and Milly the dog and the accommodation was very cosy and comfortable. Although the weather tried hard it did not spoil our holiday and we saw some wonderful wildlife on the nature reserves. With many attractions in the area we were not stuck for things to see and do. Customer 45 (June 2012)
Excellent cottage, very comfortable, very cosy, everything we could need. The owners very friendly and helpfull. the garden was very secure and private, ideal for dogs. Would use again with pleasure Jenny from Sheffield (19 May 2012)
Really well equipped and comfortable. It is a cottage for 2 but we did not feel cramped at all. Adequate and convenient parking space and the welcome ’goodies’ and availability of information were much appreciated. Customer 47 (April 2012)
Nice cosy little cottage. Always enjoy a log burner or open fire so the small wood burner was a boon. Not to far from the coast with Cromer only about 3 miles. With the longer days of the summer months I expect the location would prove to be a good walking base. Customer 48 (December 2011)
Puddleduck Cottage is lovely comfortable cottage which makes a perfect base to explore North Norfolk. Customer 49 (October 2011)
A lovely property, really cosy. The owner who live next door couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Even had a daily paper delivered to the door. Really enjoyed our restful holiday in a beautiful part of Norfolk. Customer 50 (October 2011)
The owner of the cottage & site Pam, was very helpful & always seemed available. The details did say a pub was a mile away, but think that was a bit optimistic. Over all though we had a lovely break. Customer 51 (August 2011)
Puddleduck cottage was simply perfect for my hubby, dog and me. Extremely warm welcome from the owners. We were delighted when Pam showed us around the cottage, something we have never had in other cottages we have stayed. It is the ideal base in a location which is easy to access the local attractions without much driving to do. We simply don’t have any negative comments to make. Customer 52 (July 2011)
A warm welcome from the owners and a welcome supply of ’essentials’ (tea, milk and cakes) when we arrived. The cottage was well appointed and we would have made use of the garden if the weather had been better. The enclosed garden meant no concern about letting our dog out without constant supervision. Customer 53 (June 2011)
The cottage was very clean and everything you could have wished for. The owners were ever so helpful and very welcoming. All in all a fantastic holiday and good weather to boot. Customer 54 (April 2011)
There was everything you needed in the cottage, well thought out and very cosy. Customer 55 (June 2010)
The cottage had a delightful atmosphere and we particularly liked the cosy arrangement of the rooms and open plan kitchen /diner and lounge. The garden was completely enclosed which was highly suitable for our dog, and it was a sun-trap enabling us to sit enjoying the sunshine in the garden with a book and a cup of tea. Our host was very friendly and informative of the area. Customer 56 (May 2010)
Well equipped, very clean and cosy with the owners close by if there are any problems or to offer advice on places to visit. Customer 57 (March 2010)
