Perfect location - walking distance to beach, cafes and shops. Kings chalet park is well laid out and well maintained, mature trees and large green spaces between chalets. Poppy is best for dog owners and dog lovers, a deep clean would be necessary in the chalet to control pet hair and pet odour from carpeting and soft furnishing. Liz from London (15 July 2017)
Lovely chalet in beautiful setting. Easy to walk into cromer, along the coastal path. Never been to such a dog friendly place, dogs excepted in most places, shops even leave out water bowls for dogs Confirmed Guest (07 July 2017)
Lovely clean well thought out chalet 10 mins walk into cromer excellent location to visit other areas in norfolk if you have a dog short walk to meadow /woods and cliff top walk into cromer we loved it would definitely recommend and would book again myself Mark from Leeds (24 June 2017)
The chalet was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. we would definitely stay here again. Ann from West Malling (28 April 2017)
Small but has everything needed for a weekend visit. Very tight in the main bedroom but the value for money is excellent. Would 100% stay again Dave from Nottingham (31 October 2016)
It's not a cottage; it's a chalet bungalow. it's adequate for up to 4 days for 2 people and a dog, but it is quite small, however it is well equipped and provides a comfortable short stay. the close proximity to cromer town is a big bonus, and with some wonderful walks, either through woods or on the overstrand path into cromer. Jan from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (08 July 2016)
Enjoyed my stay using the chalet as a base for travels around norfolk. The chalet was fine had all equipment needed, but we were only there in the evenings. . very compact but fine for a few days, electricity took my money without giving me any power a couple of times over my stay. Parking is a not near the property so any heavy bags need to be carried Helen from Coulsdon (01 April 2016)
We had a fantastic time. would definately book again. Gail from Nuneaton (25 March 2016)
Cold, damp, no welcome pack showing where the meter was or anything like that. Dan from Maidenhead (06 April 2015)
Please check heater in front room Confirmed Purchaser (30 August 2014)
Good cheap no frills accommodation but instructions for finding property we're not good Pat from Maldon (05 May 2014)
Suited us for a short break. James from Hadleigh, Essex (18 October 2013)
We were happy overall, it was quite a long walk down to the beaches. Connie from Dereham (03 August 2013)
Chalet was clean and very well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.we found the steps difficult and did not realise from the picture that they were so high.as my husband is a little disabled we should have checked before booking.our mistake. Patricia from Leicester (27 Jul 2013)
We found the field adjacent to the site very handy for our dog and the shop in the village handy for newspapers. Customer 15 (June 2012)
We found the site well signed and chalet was exelent, the site layout was outstanding with the lawn and tree frontage providing both a pleasent outlook and privacy. The large field which provided an exelent exercise area for the dog and access to the footpath over the cliffs down to Cromer pier and town centre allowed us to leave the car on site, thus saving parking fees would recomend this site to both families and dog owners alike.
